Viscountess Emma Weymouth was ‘catwoman’

Viscountess Emma Weymouth was given the codename ‘Catwoman’ before her ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ casting was made public.
The 33-year-old model admitted getting a place on the show was shrouded in so much secrecy, she couldn’t even tell her mother she was having a "dance trial" and she was banned from mentioning the programme by name.
She said: "I had a dance trial, which was so top-secret I couldn’t even tell my mum.
"Even after I got the job, I had a code name for my first costume fitting – Catwoman – and I wasn’t allowed to refer to the show by its name, or tell anyone what I was doing or where I was going. It was so exciting!"
Emma – who has sons John, four, and two-year-old Henry with her husband, Ceawlin, Viscount Weymouth – laughed off suggestions the ‘Strictly’ ‘curse’ will hit her marriage as she and her husband get on well with bother her dance partner Aljaz Škorjanec and his wife Janette Manrara.
Asked if her spouse is worried about the so-called curse, she told Grazia magazine: "Haha no! Definitely not.
"I’m there to learn to dance.
"My partner Aljaz’s wife, Janette, is a dancer on the show and she’s incredible.
"We are going to get them both up to the house. And Caewlin has been in the live audience so he met everyone. It’s like a family."
Emma admitted she is her "own toughest critic" and doesn’t want to let anyone down with her performance on ‘Strictly’, but she’s also determined to enjoy the experience.
She said: "The adrenalin is super-high and I’m my own toughest critic.
"I don’t want to let my partner down or my family but I’m determined to enjoy it because you can only do it once."
