Vicky Pattison quit ‘Geordie Shore’ to be healthier.
The 27-year-old reality star has undergone a radical transformation of her body over the last 12 months and realised her time on the programme needed to end because it was jeopardising her healthy eating regime.
Asked if she left to live a healthier lifestyle, she said: "Completely. I would work so hard before going into the house to look good and it would go to s**t in two weeks.
"There was a Milky Way and Doritos cupboard that was the devil! It just hit me like a tonne of bricks that it wasn’t me any more. Have you seen how many calories are in a Jagerbomb?!"
Following her own transformation, Vicky has been lending her support to former castmates Charlotte Crosby and Holly Hagan as they battle to lose weight themselves.
She told OK! magazine: "I’ve been there constantly for both Charlotte and Holly because the process can be quite taxing.
"Because I’ve been through it I was able to tell them what to expect. I don’t know how they’ve done it while filming two series of the show!
"Charlotte did find it tough at times but they both look fantastic."
