Una Healy supported by Saturdays at solo show

Una Healy will be cheered on by her Saturdays bandmates at her first headline solo show.
The 35-year-old singer/songwriter is performing at the St Pancras Old Church in London on Wednesday night (15.02.17) and will be showcasing songs from her debut solo album ‘The Waiting Game’ which she has just released.
And Una will have lots of support in the audience as Frankie Bridge, Vanessa White and Rochelle Humes, pregnancy side-effects permitting, will present to watch her sing.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz ahead of the show, Una said: "Vanessa’s coming down to the show tonight, Frankie is coming and Rochelle’s a maybe. It depends on how she’s feeling because she’s so heavily pregnant. But they’re so great they’re so supportive of me as I am with all their ventures too. It’s so important to support each other and I think it’s important to have that."
Sadly fifth member Mollie King can’t make it to the gig as she is in Los Angeles and she’s "gutted" to be missing the reunion.
Una said: "Mollie’s not coming – although she came to my first show – because she’s in LA at the moment, she’s gutted she can’t come."
‘Stay My Love’ Una admits she does have butterflies ahead of the show because she’s stepping out on her own with her new country/folk sound but she insists her time gigging alone back home in Ireland was good preparation for the concert.
She said: "This is the first one, which means it will be the most pressure of all, but I’ve been looking forward to it for so long. It’s such different music, and a different type of show to do it with a live band; this reminds me of the old days when I used to gig a lot, it almost feels like going back in time. I can think back to the days when I used to transport myself around with a PA and a guitar and do the gigs. But the pressure will be there because people won’t know what to expect because the last time they would have seen me on stage would have been with the girls. This is all brand new music, but hopefully the people there will have got the album and will know the songs."
