The Voice’s Emma Willis offered new deal

Emma Willis has been offered the chance to host 'The Voice' for another year.
The 37-year-old beauty has impressed viewers after she replaced Holly Willoughby, and it is said bosses are very keen for her to return with her co-star Marvin Humes for the show's third series.
An insider told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: "From day one, Emma has been incredible. She's connected with the singers and their families.
"She'll get emotional and caught up in their stories and songs. There's no holding back and it's not forced. She's very natural.
"Marvin and her got on really well too - they have this great chemistry. It was always going to be a tough act for her to follow Holly, but Emma seems to have struck an even bigger chord with people."
Although she currently works for a number of channels - due to presenting the likes of 'Celebrity Big Brother' on Channel 5 and 'This Morning' on ITV - the BBC are keen to utilise her talent as much as they can.
The source added: "She is spread across several channels at the moment - working on 'This Morning', 'CBB', 'The Voice' and 'Heart FM'.
"The BBC are hoping she'll stick with them and not totally defect to ITV.
"She's liked by women and men. She's intelligent and can turn her hand to lots of different things."

Victoria Beckham loves Strictly Come Dancing

Victoria Beckham is a huge fan of 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The fashion star has become obsessed with the show, and professional dancer Kristina Rihanoff was impressed with how much she knew about the ballroom contest.
Kristina told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "I had the pleasure of talking to Victoria and I just found her so lovely. She was asking me a lot about the show.
"She knew so much about how I had done with my partner Ben Cohen. I was a little surprised actually. She knew if he'd had a good week doing ballroom and a bad week the next. Very specific stuff.
"For example, she said she liked his lifts which shows she must really be paying attention!"
It seems Victoria watches the show with her husband David and their children Brooklyn, 14, Romeo, 11, Cruz, eight, and two-year-old Harper, and it has become a big part of their "quality time".
Kristina added: "It was nice to know she is watching with her family. She was very sweet about her family spending quality time together for 'Strictly.' "

Cheryl Cole given X Factor ultimatum

Cheryl Cole has been given six weeks to decide on her 'X Factor' future.
The 30-year-old singer is in line for a sensational return to the TV talent show, but the end of her first run brings back bad memories of her divorce from Ashley Cole and her battle against malaria - and so she isn't sure if she'd be happy being back as a judge.
An insider told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: "She is in a good place, the best she's ever been.
"She is focused on her music career and doesn't know whether she wants to throw herself back into the spotlight to this degree again."
However, her uncertainty could cost her a big-money return, with Simon Cowell said to be keen to get a quick decision either way, so he can begin the hunt for a replacement if necessary.
The source added: "He doesn't really understand what there is to mull over and just wants it sorted out.
"Contracts will need to be signed in May. If Cheryl is going to pull out they need to have someone else to go after. They are hoping for an answer in the next six weeks."

Holly Willoughby: Kylie is sexy

Holly Willoughby thinks Kylie Minogue is a "sexy pocket rocket".
The former 'The Voice' presenter has gushed about the singer, who is now a coach on the BBC talent show, and is a fan of the new series.
Holly said: "She's great. She's amazing! You know, she's this little sexy pocket rocket that has just come in and been warm and lovely. The thing about that show is that the format speaks for itself. It's brilliant and I said the only reason I left was because within my life it just was a bit too much for me to commit to time-wise.
"Otherwise I would have been there to the bitter end. It's a brilliant show."
The 32-year-old beauty was also shocked to receive a National Television Award last month for 'This Morning' with co-host Phillip Schofield.
The pair fought off tough competition to win Best Daytime Show at the ceremony.
She told Bella magazine: "It was amazing. Every year you think, 'Oh, is it our year? I don't know.' The first one is amazing, the second one is incredible, the third one was like, 'You what?!' The fourth one was like, 'Now c'mon.' It's amazing. An honour."

Paloma Faith was too nice for The Voice

Paloma Faith turned down 'The Voice' because she's too nice.
The quirky singer has revealed she was offered the chance to become a mentor on the TV talent show but she knew she wouldn't be able to cope with criticising the contestants.
Speaking to the Daily Star newspaper: "Yes they did offer me 'The Voice' but I didn't think it was right.
"I don't like the idea of eliminating people because I don't feel confident enough about my own abilities to judge any body else."
Kylie Minogue accepted the chance to become a judge on the show after Jessie J left, and it has proven to be a great move by producers.
According to reports in The Sun newspaper, the 'I Should Be So Lucky' hitmaker has brought in an extra two million viewers for the current series and could be in line for a pay rise if she returns for another year.
A source said: "The Kylie effect is incredible - she's turned the show around.
"This could have been the final series but if the 'Kylie Effect' holds, it's a dead cert to come back.
"Thanks to her, it's finally looking like a serious rival to 'The X Factor.' "

Susanna Reid offered £1m for ITV move

Susanna Reid has been offered £1 million to move from BBC to ITV.
The 'BBC Breakfast' host will have the chance to quadruple her current salary if she makes the switch, and her current employers are preparing themselves for a battle to stop her departure.
An insider told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "We know how hard ITV has been coming after her, so it must be a tough decision.
"We thought she was very happy here but they're pulling out all the stops."
However, in December Susanna proclaimed her love for the BBC and insisted it "runs through" her.
She previously said: "If you cut me open I would bleed BBC. I said when BBC Breakfast moved to Salford that the BBC runs through me like a stick of rock - nothing has changed."
The move is still said to be tempting though, because it would mean an end to her five-hour commute from London to Salford.
A spokesman for ITV - who insisted Aled Jones and Lorraine Kelly are still a big part of their plans going forward - promised "changes" were being made.
They revealed: "There has been a review of 'ITV Breakfast' and some changes will be announced in due course."

Kym Marsh’s daughter auditions for Britain’s Got Talent

Kym Marsh's daughter Emily has auditioned for 'Britain's Got Talent'.
The 'Coronation Street' actress - who was joined by her soap co-stars Alison King, Ian Puleston-Davies - supported the 16-year-old singer in Manchester and it is said she has been a "good mentor".
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Kym knows what it takes to go all the way. Emily has a great chance and has a good mentor."
Before her daughter's audition, Kym took to Twitter to voice her support and wish her "baby" all the best in her audition.
She wrote: "Wishing my baby all the luck in the world today! Too proud of you emz. (sic)"
Kym - who appeared on talent show Popstars and formed band Hear'Say in 2001 - was on hand in Manchester, and judge Alesha Dixon told Emily she has a "fantastic teacher" to guide her through her career.
She said: "You've had a fantastic teacher then, in your mum."
Meanwhile, comedian David Walliams praised Kym's daughter for being "so brave" by auditioning for the show despite the pressure of her mum's great success.

X Factor USA axed due to Simon Cowell’s departure

Simon Cowell's 'X Factor' UK return means the US version has been cancelled.
The media mogul confirmed yesterday (07.02.14) he will make his judging comeback after a three-year break, but the American show won't continue without him at the helm.
In a statement to MTV News, he said: "I've had a fantastic time over the last 12 years, both on 'The X Factor' and ' American Idol'. And apart from being lucky enough to find some amazing talent on the shows, I have always had an incredible welcome from the American public (most of the time!).
"Last year, for a number of reasons, I had to make a decision to return to the UK version of 'The X Factor' in 2014. So for now, I'm back to the UK and I want to thank Fox for being an incredible partner and I also want to thank everybody who has supported my shows. America, I'll see you soon!"
In the statement, Fox entertainment chairman Kevin Reilly added the show was nothing "without Simon".
He continued: "To all of us at Fox, Simon is more than one of the most prolific TV personalities of our time - he's part of our family.
"A consummate showman and partner, there's no one more passionate or creative than Simon, and we feel so fortunate to have enjoyed such a wonderful, collaborative relationship with him over the past 12 years.
"Unfortunately, there is no 'X Factor USA' without Simon Cowell, but we understand and support his decision to focus on the international formats and on the next phase of his personal life. We wish him the very best, and it's our sincere hope that we work together again soon."

Casey Batchelor: Peter Andre romance ‘fizzled out’

Casey Batchelor's romance with Peter Andre "fizzled out".
The 'Celebrity Big Brother' beauty enjoyed a fling with the singer-turned-reality TV star before romancing Lee Ryan on the Channel 5 reality show and she says the brief relationship didn't last because they didn't have chemistry.
She said: "Pete was a lovely guy, he was very funny. It just fizzled out between us. We became friends. There's no hard feelings.
"It was so long ago now. I just think he is a very genuine person. I remember him being very funny and charming. He doesn't have a bad bone in his body."
The 29-year-old star met the father-of-three - who recently welcomed daughter Amelia with his fiancee Emily MacDonagh - through a friend and says they enjoyed casual dinner dates.
Casey explained: "I went to his coffee shop with him, we went for dinner ... we just went on general dates, nothing out of the ordinary."
Casey also revealed the 40-year-old star - who has son Junior, eight, and daughter Princess Tiaamii, six, with ex-wife Katie Price - often paid her compliments on her looks.
She told new! magazine: "He just said I was beautiful."
