Ruth Jones in talks for Stella series 5

Ruth Jones is in talks for series five of 'Stella'.
Contrary to reports claiming the hit Sky sitcom will come to end after series four, the show's co-creator insists she has no plans to pull the plug on her colourful characters from the fictional Welsh village Pontyberry any time soon.
She said: "Far from it being the end of 'Stella', we are talking to Sky about doing a fifth series."
Ruth, who writes and stars in the comedy drama, admits her company Tidy Productions, which she founded with David Peet, is also teaming up with the BBC for other projects but they will also continue to work with Sky.
She explained: "It's true that Tidy Productions is developing other projects, including a comedy and a comedy drama for the BBC written by myself and David Peet, which we're really excited about.
"But we love working with Sky and we love 'Stella'. You certainly haven't seen the last of her. She's from Pontyberry after all -and made of stronger stuff!"
Meanwhile, Sky admit their main focus is giving viewers a fantastic fourth series and a christmas special.
A spokesman for Sky said: "Right now we're all focussed on delivering a great Christmas special and fourth series for 2015. We're incredibly proud of the series and love working with Ruth Jones. We're in talks regarding a fifth series of 'Stella' and when we have further news we will let you know."

Nicola McLean: I’ll ‘always’ have eating disorder

Nicola McLean will "always" suffer with an eating disorder.
The 32-year-old model admits she starved herself for a week after she saw photographs of herself last Christmas, and she believes she'll never be able to shake off her negative feelings towards food.
She said: " My youngest memory of an eating disorder is when I was 11, I think I'll always suffer. I just can't ever see a time where I can eat normally.
"The phobia gets bigger and bigger and bigger until it takes over one's life."
She added: "When I saw those pictures, I didn't eat for seven days, not one thing passed my mouth. I lived off Diet Coke and Prosecco."
The blonde beauty believes her obsession with food got worse after she became a mother to sons Rocky, seven, and Striker, four.
She explained: "Becoming a mother didn't help either, I actually got worse after Striker and dropped to six stone. I lost half my body weight in six months."
However, Nicola credits her sons and her footballer husband Tom Williams for helping her with her disorder.
She told the Daily Star online: "Apart from the kids, Tom has been my saviour. It's bad because people say you should never be dependent on someone, but I can't live without him. I'm obsessed."

Coronation Street star Barbara Knox arrested for suspected drink-driving

'Coronation Street' star Barbara Knox has been arrested for alleged drink-driving.
The soap stalwart, who has played newsagent Rita Tanner in the ITV show for over 40 years, was taken into custody by police following an afternoon out with her daughter Maxine Ashcroft.
The incident occurred after Maxine, 56, was breathalysed as she drove home with Barbara in the passenger's seat, and was found to be three times the legal limit.
But when the 80-year-old star later turned up at Cheshire's Knutsford Police Station to bail out her daughter, she was allegedly arrested herself because cops apparently believed she had also been driving under the influence.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Barbara wasn't happy her daughter had been arrested. She kept yelling, 'Do you know who I am?'
"She turned up at the police station knocking on the door and demanding her daughter be released. But the officers suspected she had driven to the station herself so they arrested her as well."
Barbara is said to have been bailed until next month, while her daughter has been charged with driving over the limit and will appear in court on April 2.
A Cheshire Police spokesman confirmed to the paper: "Police stopped a car in Hollow Lane in Knutsford. A 56-year-old woman from Gloucestershire was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving.
"An 80-year-old woman from Knutsford later arrived at Knutsford Police Station and was also arrested on suspicion of drink-driving and bailed."

Kit Harington backs Game of Thrones male nudity

Kit Harington has called for more male nudity on 'Game of Thrones'.
The hunky actor - who plays Jon Snow in the hit fantasy drama - thinks it's only "right" the show's male stars show off as much skin as the female characters in steamy scenes.
'Game of Thrones' is known for its abundance of female nudity, with stars including Emilia Clarke and Natalie Dormer stripping down for their roles.
Kit told GQ magazine: "It's only right, if you're going to make a show where nudity and sex is a large part of it, that you be a part of that."
However, the 27-year-old star wouldn't necessarily be happy to film a full-frontal scene - but would take his clothes off if it were integral to the plot.
He added: "I wouldn't say I'd be happy about it ... It would have to be f***ing well deserved."
Viewers previously saw a steamy sex scene between Jon Snow and Ygritte - played by Rose Leslie - but the actor admits he used a body double.
He said: "When it came down to [film] it I had a broken ankle, so the only time you saw my ass, it wasn't my ass."

Stella to end after four series

Ruth Jones says 'Stella' is to end after series four.
The actress has revealed the hit Sky 1 comedy about a single mum living in the Welsh Valleys is due to come to an end after the next series because "it's time" will have come.
She told The Sun newspaper: "We have no plans to do any more after the fourth series. Everything has its time. It's good to enjoy the moment."
The 'Gavin & Stacey' star admits the show, which she co-created, writes and stars in, took up so much of her time since it first aired in January 2012 that she is excited about finally being able to concentrate on new projects.
Ruth explained: "It takes eight months of the year. When I set up my TV company, I knew I'd have to really commit to it and that's what I've done.
"I've thrown everything into 'Stella' and enjoyed it so much. You sow something and it grows and grows. The plan now is to develop new projects."
Series three of 'Stella' ends tonight (28.03.14) at 9pm.

Sam Faiers feeling more ‘positive’

Sam Faiers has started eating again after being diagnosed with Crohn's disease.
The 23-year-old star has been living on nutritional shakes over the last six weeks due to the inflammatory bowel disease - which severely affected her condition while in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house in January - but is now enjoying solid foods such as white rice and chicken.
She said: "I've only been able to start eating in the last week. I have to eat plain foods like white rice, potatoes, chicken and fish. It's nice to eat proper food."
'The Only Way is Essex' star says she is feeling "very positive" at the moment and looks forward to being able to drink "loads" of alcohol in the near future when doctors lift an alcohol ban.
Sam has only been able to indulge 'in a "small glass of wine now and again" due to her recovery.
She added to the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I've been filming for 'TOWIE', I'm feeling better in myself."
Sam lost a stone-and-a-half in January due to the condition and was rushed to hospital twice while in the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house.

Mel B tipped to join The X Factor

Mel B is being lined up to become a judge on 'The X Factor'.
Simon Cowell - who is returning to the singing competition's judging panel with Cheryl Cole - wants to hire the Spice Girls singer to fill the 'alpha female' void left by former judge Nicole Scherzinger.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "Mel is top of Simon's list. He thinks she has just the spark the panel needs. He doesn't want any shrinking violets or pop stars who are just eye candy.
"He looks at it as Cheryl Cole is a princess and Mel is an alpha female."
The 38-year-old star - full name Melanie Brown - already works for Simon on 'America's Got Talent' and show bosses are confident she can juggle the two commitments.
The US talent competition - which airs over the summer - will end in mid-September, just in time for the 'X Factor' live shows.
Mel B, who was previously a judge on the Australian version of 'The X Factor', divided opinion as she proved a harsh judge when she served as a stand-in panellist on the show two years ago.
Meanwhile, Simon, 54, has hinted veteran judge Louis Walsh will be back on the show this year, joining him and Cheryl, 30.
He said: "I can't imagine the show without him."
The music mogul suggested he is eager to hire an unknown music industry expert rather than a star to join the panel too.
He added: "It would be someone who does this for a living -- a manager, a songwriter. That's my preference."

Charlie Condou would return to Coronation Street

Charlie Condou might return to 'Coronation Street'.
The 41-year-old actor - who plays bisexual Marcus Dent - will bow out of the ITV soap this summer in a bid to spend more time with his family in London, but he hasn't ruled out reprising his role in future if his career doesn't take off.
He said: "I've got a bit more time [left]. I'm not leaving until June, so I think I'm on screen until August or something like that. They told me that nothing hideous is going to happen!
"It's a bit early for me to start meeting on things yet, but there's a few things that are around and about, so hopefully I'll get a job!
"You look at people like Kate Kelly (Becky McDonald) who's in 'Mr Selfridge' now and Julie Hesmondhalgh (Hayley Cropper) who's just left and is now doing so many things. Hopefully there'll be life after 'Corrie'.
"They're leaving it open for me anyway, so if there isn't, hopefully I can come back!"
Viewers saw Marcus face backlash from fellow residents recently after he settled down with Maria Connor (Samia Ghadie) and her young son Liam, and then cheated on her with badboy Todd Grimshaw (Bruno Langley).
Speaking on ITV's breakfast show 'Lorraine', he said: "He's always wanted a family. I think he got caught up in all of that and he wanted to be a family - and I think he did love Maria. I think he really loved her, but it wasn't to be."

Ricky Wilson: ‘Happiness’ makes you thin

Ricky Wilson believes "happiness" is key to losing weight.
The Kaiser Chiefs frontman sparked rumours he had been sticking to a diet in preparation for his coaching role on 'The Voice' UK earlier this year, but the hunk insists he shed the pounds purely by having a positive outlook on life.
Speaking to Geoff Lloyd on his Absolute Radio Hometime Show, Ricky said: "I got that gig on the TV show two weeks before we started filming, and if I had lost the weight for the TV, I'd be selling my secrets. I just haven't been on TV in a while, so no-one has noticed.
Geoff added: "Yeah but usually if people aren't on TV they let themselves go, they become obese."
Ricky replied: "I had the opposite because I didn't worry about anything. I think happiness makes you thin."
Meanwhile, the 36-year-old singer, who stars alongside Sir Tom Jones, Kylie Minogue and Will.i.am, still can't believe he landed the job on the singing show because he claims he's the "least famous" person on the panel.
He explained: "I do find it quite unnatural to be sat next to... let me put it this way, I am the least famous person at that particular party, so I'm always looking down the line going, 'You invited me?', 'What am I doing here?'."
