Lee Ryan says his arrest has been a big "wake-up call".
The Blue singer - who was arrested on Friday (11.04.14) on suspicion of drink driving and later charged with failure to provide a specimen and criminal damage - has admitted he has "let people down".
He told the Daily Star Sunday newspaper: "I know I've let people down. Being arrested and ending up in a cell was the biggest wake-up call to me.
"It made me realise there is a problem I can't keep ignoring. I need to do something about it."
It was confirmed yesterday (12.04.14) that Lee - who was also found with a controlled substance in his possession - will be going to rehab to help him overcome his persona issues.
He added: "Me going to rehab isn't a cop-out. I still take full responsibility for the way I've behaved.
"There is nobody to blame but myself and I'm deeply ashamed of what has happened.
"I am doing this because I have finally admitted I need help. I want to stop hurting the people around me."
Will.i.am is set to quit 'The Voice'.
The Black Eyed Peas star - who has spent three years on the show - has reportedly decided to leave to focus on his own music career, following the departure of fellow coach Kylie Minogue.
An insider told the Daily Star Sunday newspaper: "Kylie quitting is a huge blow but the knock-on effect is going to be ten times worse.
"Will wants to concentrate on his own music and with Kylie not coming back he's told producers he won't either.
"The fear is that [Sir Tom Jones] and [Ricky Wilson] will follow suit.
The TV talent show has already been commissioned for two more series, but bosses are concerned about the possibility of having to find an entirely new quartet for the judging panel.
It is said Justin Timberlake is being discussed as a potential replacement, due to the 'Mirrors' hitmaker's talent and credibility.
The insider added: "Justin Timberlake's name has been put forward as the perfect replacement for Will and Kylie.
"He's a huge star, which would give the show credibility and he's still relevant, which would bring in the viewers."
David Walliams had to apologise after wrestling Simon Cowell on 'Britain's Got Talent'.
The former 'Little Britain' star tackled his boss during an audition after the 54-year-old star tried to stop an act the rest of the panel wanted to continue, and he was told he had crossed a line.
David told The Sun on Sunday newspaper: "Simon is quite a serious person and he doesn't want me dragging him down to my level, as I learned at one point when we had a wrestle.
"There were a couple called Que Sera, who sang 'Love Changes Everything', and he said, 'Oh I hate this song'. But we all wanted to hear it.
"So he tried to put is hand in the air to stop the song and we ended up wrestling. He said, 'I'm a serious music mogul, people can't see me wrestling on TV.' "
It turns out this isn't the first time David has been given a dressing-down from Simon, who was less than impressed when his co-star hit him with a pen he threw during one of the shows.
He added: "He had a word with me too over pen-gate - when I lobbed a pen at him during one show. It turns out that I'm a better aim than I thought - and I hit him.
"The thing is you are trying to be outrageous and funny, and you are going to fail some of the time. You see it over the years that comedians do get it wrong.
"So I had to say sorry to him about the whole thing. He just said to me afterwards, 'David, David that was too much', and I said, 'I'm very sorry. I'm sorry.' "
Ferne McCann says 'The Only Way is Essex' will be "strange" without Sam Faiers.
The 23-year-old reality TV star is sad that her best friend has decided to quit the show after the eleventh series ended last month and feels the show won't be the same without her.
She said: "I'm so sad that Sam has left 'TOWIE'. She's my best friend and it will be strange for me and Billie [Faiers, Sam's sister] not to have her on set.
"But she wants to concentrate on her relationship with Joey Essex and they're getting on much better since he's not been on the show. I think it will be good for them."
Ferne had her fair share of drama on the latest series of 'TOWIE', clashing with newcomer Fran Parman, and she foresees more catfights ahead as Lydia Bright - Fran's pal - has returned to the show.
She added to Star magazine: "I'm still hurt about arguing with Fran Parman. She said she thinks I'm not a girls' girl but I've always stood up for women and I always welcome new people.
"I'm also surprised Lydia Bright is back. She's lovely and we move in the same circles, but we've never been on the show together. She's good friends with Fran, so the next series might bring some drama."
Danniella Westbrook is engaged after a whirlwind romance.
The former 'EastEnders' actress has reportedly agreed to marry martial arts fighter Tom Richards after he proposed while they were on a romantic break after just two months together.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "The proposal took Danniella by surprise. She's over the moon. They booked a romantic break to Palma and Tom thought it was the perfect opportunity to show her how much she meant to him.
"It was a beautiful proposal as he went down on one knee by the pool as the sun was setting.
"Danniella instantly said yes and burst into tears. She can't wait to get back to the UK and show off her diamond ring."
The 40-year-old actress will have to wait to get married to her 24-year-old fiance though, with her divorce from estranged husband Kevin Jenkins - with whom she has a 12-year-old daughter Jody B - still ongoing.
The couple split in January after 12 years together, and Kevin was her second husband following a brief marriage to van driver Ben Morgan in the 1990s.
Amanda Holden says the 'Britain's Got Talent' judges are all "genuinely good" friends.
The star - who appears on the panel alongside Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams - is glad to be back for another series and insisted the quartet haven't argued too much so far.
She told the Daily Express newspaper's Saturday magazine: "It's such a laugh and the days fly by. It's lovely to be back with everyone.
"We all have genuinely good friendships and we all bounce off each other. I love Alesha, Simon and David.
"The energy on the show is really fast, snappy and upbeat. It's great. I don't think the four of us have had many disagreements this year. We've all been pretty much on the same page."
The show will kick off its eighth series tonight (12.04.14) and Amanda is convinced there is still plenty of talent across the country to justify its longevity.
She added: "I know I say it every year. Even my husband always say, 'Can't you think of something different to say?'
"But every year I say, 'Thank god that there is still so much talent out there.' "
Lee Ryan will seek "professional help" for personal issues following his arrest.
The Blue singer was arrested yesterday (11.04.14) on suspicion of drink driving and later charged with failure to provide a specimen and criminal damage, and it is said those close to him are concerned.
In a statement, a spokesperson said: "This low point has caused considerable concern to Lee's family, loved ones and of course the Blue boys.
"Worried about his recent erratic behaviour, management have now intervened and taken appropriate action.
"No excuses will be made on Lee's behalf, but he will be seeking professional help for those issues that he has been unable to overcome on his own."
In the statement, it is also confirmed that "a controlled substance was found in his possession" after he was picked up by police at 5.30am.
The spokesperson said: "I can confirm that Lee was arrested in the early hours of Friday morning. He was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and is awaiting a court date.
"He was charged with failure to provide a specimen and criminal damage. A controlled substance was found in his possession."
Lee Ryan reportedly urinated in his cell after being arrested for alleged drink driving and possession of drugs.
The Blue singer is said to have been held in a police cell yesterday (11.04.14) after being picked up by officers who spotted him driving erratically in west London.
According to The Sun newspaper, police also allegedly seized Class A drugs from the Range Rover when they arrested him at 5.30am, before taking him into custody after refusing to take a breath test.
He was locked up to let him calm down before questioning, but a source claimed he then urinated in the cell, leading him to be formally arrested again - this time for criminal damage.
A Met Police spokesman said: "Police stopped a car after officers witnessed it being driven erratically.
"The driver was arrested suspicion of drink driving and taken into custody.
"He was subsequently arrested on suspicion of drink driving and taken into custody."
The spokesman later confirmed he had been charged with criminal damage and failing to provide a specimen.
The star 'Celebrity Big Brother' star was released on bail after more than 12 hours in custody, and is expected to appear at Ealing Magistrates' Court on May 2.
Sir Bruce Forsyth hates being described as a "national treasure".
The veteran entertainer - who recently announced he was stepping down as 'Strictly Come Dancing' host - insisted he doesn't like the title because it makes him feel like he "should be buried".
He told the Daily Mail newspaper: "I hate being called a 'national treasure', because it sounds like I should be buried."
The 86-year-old star was criticised during his time on the ballroom dancing contest for "fluffed lines", which he has put down to the autocue rather than old age.
He explained: "They're always having a go at me about the autocue. Of course there's a few fluffed lines because it's live. Newsreaders often make mistakes but that's forgotten about.
"But I don't have that luxury. I'm up there to be shot at. As soon as I fluff it, it's all, 'Well he's 86 - it's hardly surprising'.
"It's always about my age. It's patronising and it's very unkind and very uncalled for ... But it's live television - people don't seem to know what live telly really is."
