Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has hinted she may not return to 'The X Factor' next year.
The 31-year-old star has suggested she might not rejoin the judging panel on the ITV talent show next year, despite only returning to the role after a three year absence earlier this year.
Quizzed on whether she'll feature in the 2015 series, she said: "That's a question Simon [Cowell] would have to ask me himself.
"Then I would have to talk about it because it's been very emotional."
The brunette beauty saw her final act go home last weekend after 17-year-old Lauren Platt lost the sing-off to Italian crooner Andrea Faustini, and she's confessed it's been difficult to say goodbye to her contestants.
According to the Daily Star newspaper, she said: "You get attached, you try not to but we're human at the end of the day, you can't help but feel the emotion, it's tough.
"You've probably seen us shrinking week on week."
Meanwhile, Lauren has revealed Cheryl invited her over to her house last week to prepare her for the semi-finals.
She said previously: "She [Cheryl] is the most incredible, strongest woman I've ever met in my life.
"She's so hands-on - she had me around her house countless times this week preparing for whatever way the show might have gone this weekend.
"We had an Indian take away, we watched 'I'm A Celeb', had a massage..."

Caroline Flack has split from her long-term boyfriend.
The former 'Xtra Factor' host has reportedly broken up with Jack Street, who she had dated for 18 months, because they were both too busy with their various projects.
Caroline has been preoccupied with competing on the BBC One show 'Strictly Come Dancing', even making the semi-finals on Sunday (07.12.14) with her dance partner Pasha Kovalev, while her music manager ex was busy looking after his acts, which includes Sam Smith and Disclosure.
A source told The Sun newspaper: "She is absolutely devastated about her and Jack splitting up.
"It came to a natural end and was a mutual decision that they both agreed was for the best. No one else is involved on either side.
"Jack has been away so much because he's very successful and Caroline is so busy with work."
"But she's still very close to Jack - there isn't some nasty fallout or dark secret."
The 35-year-old star has previously praised the show for making her relationship with Jack, 26, stronger, laughing off rumours of the 'Strictly curse' which has seen former contestants break-up with their partners.
Last month Caroline told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "If anything, doing the show has made our relationship better than ever because I'm happier. It's made me a happier person.
"It's something so different to what I'm used to that he says it's brought out a nicer side of me - not that I was bad before.
"But whatever 'Strictly' does to other couples, for whatever reason, it's done the opposite to us."

Marvin Humes says Rita Ora is "fantastic" on 'The Voice'.
The 29-year-old co-host of the BBC talent competition has praised the 'I Will Never Let You Down' singer who is a new addition to the panel of coaches for the 2015 series, saying fans will get to see another aspect of her personality.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz, he said: "Rita's a new coach this year; she's doing a fantastic job. I think you're going to be seeing a different side to her."
The pop babe has replaced Kylie Minogue on the panel for the BBC One singing show, and will appear alongside will.i.am, Sir Tom Jones and Ricky Wilson on the programme's fourth series, which Marvin teased will feature more great singers than the 2014 show, which was won by Jermain Jackman.
He continued: "The talent is exceptional. I think it's even a higher standard than last year and that's hard to do because last year was incredible."
The former JLS star also spoke about the possibility of him and his wife Rochelle Humes giving their 18-month-old daughter Alaia-Mai a sibling, but admitted they have no concrete plans to have another child yet.
He explained: "Obviously we make no secret of the fact that we want a big family. There's no like time frame; we'll wait and see. Hopefully in the next few years ... We'll see."

Olly Murs wants to be someone's holiday romance on 'EastEnders'.
The 30-year-old singer recently filmed on the set of the BBC One soap for his upcoming TV special, 'A Night In With Olly Murs', and joked the experience was like a test set by soap bosses to see if he would be a good addition to the cast.
Talking to BANG Showbiz at the Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball on Saturday (06.12.14), Olly said: "It was like my audition. I was telling them it was my audition because one day I'd love to do it. But no very exciting.
"My show comes out next Friday (12.12.14) and obviously I do a great little cameo in 'EastEnders' ... well I hope it will be great. I felt a bit of pressure because I know a lot of artists have done soap appearances and stuff in the past but hopefully people will like it."
However, now the 'Wrapped Up' hitmaker has had a taste of life on Albert Square, he is keen to return for a slightly longer period and has theorised about the plot which could see him arrive in Walford.
Olly - who released his fourth studio album 'Never Been Better' last month - joked: "I'd like to be ... one of the girls on set has been away on a girls holiday and she's fallen in love with someone, like a romantic holiday. I've come back to Albert Square and I'm a bit of a Jack the lad and everyone hates me and kick me out of Walford in like two weeks. That's a good little plot!"
However, despite his aspirations to feature in the show, the former 'Xtra Factor' host admitted he is focusing on his music and presenting, and isn't looking to embark on an acting career in the immediate future.
He explained: "For me music is what I want to do the most. But I think what was great about the show was that I was able to do the presenting side of things that I love to do, as well as the singing, so I was able to do the two things that I love to do in my job. Obviously acting and stuff I'd love to do but I'm not really an actor, I don't think. But music and presenting for sure."

The 17-year-old singer was voted off by judges Mel B, Louis Walsh and Simon Cowell after finding herself in the sing-off against Andrea Faustini.
Lauren has admitted she had a feeling in the days leading up to the live show on Saturday (06.12.14) her journey on the pop star show was up.
During an interview on 'Good Morning Britain', she said: "I kind of had a feeling all week to be honest - they say when you're on the show and it is your time to go you have a feeling all week - and that's what everyone has had so far and it was my week this week."

Julia Bradbury is pregnant with twins.
The 44-year-old presenter announced her second pregnancy in September, and has now revealed her three-year-old son Zephyrus will be joined by twin siblings.
She said: "Starting later in life having children, I didn't ever think I'd have a big family. Zeph was the unexpected miracle and I was thrilled and happy to have him.
"It's taken a long time to get to this stage so the prospect of going from one to three is utterly amazing."
However, the former 'Countryfile' host - who is expecting the babies with her partner Gerard Cunningham - is feeling anxious due to her age and because she suffered from pre-eclampsia towards the end of her first pregnancy.
She explained: "We've got to be ultra, ultra careful, really cautious and try to stay as healthy, calm and comfortable as possible."
Julia - who will return to television in January with ITV's 'Wonder of Britain' - now says she feels relieved to be pregnant after five rounds of IVF treatment.
She said: "It's punishing on the body - five rounds of general anaesthetic, months of pumping yourself full of hormonal drugs - and emotionally, too, because you can go through failure after failure as well as moments of hope - 'Is this one going to work?' - then it's a blow when it doesn't.
"I felt physically tired from everything. When we phoned to get the [pregnancy] results, I just burst into tears because you always question whether your body is going to say no, so it was a complete relief."
Despite the troubles she had in conceiving her children, the former 'Watchdog' co-host is glad the twins are arriving now as she thinks being older makes her a better mother.
Talking to the new issue of HELLO! magazine, she said: "I feel more able to be a good parent now than I would have been a decade ago. There's no question. I wasn't ready emotionally and I don't think that I would have been as capable a mother."

Barbara Windsor will return to 'EastEnders' for the show's 30th anniversary.
The 77-year-old actress will reprise her role as iconic former Queen Vic landlady Peggy Mitchell on the BBC One soap for a single episode next year to celebrate the show's big milestone.
Speaking of her return, she said "I am absolutely thrilled that Peggy has been included in the celebrations to mark the 30th anniversary of 'EastEnders'. What an incredible achievement for all the production, cast and crew, past and present".
The star began playing the Mitchell family matriarch in 1994 but left the show in September 2010 in order to spend more time with her husband, Scott Mitchell, who she married in 2000.
However, the 'Carry On' actress has returned for cameo appearances since her departure, including a surprise appearance in September in the lead up to her on-screen son Phil Mitchell's (Steve McFadden) ill-fated wedding to Sharon Mitchell (Letitia Dean).
The show - which first aired on February 19 1985 - will celebrate its 30th year with a 30-minute live episode, as well as several live scenes in the other episodes of that week in which several major storylines will culminate.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz last month, the actress also hinted co-star Pam St. Clement may play a part in the anniversary celebrations, despite the fact her character Pat Butcher passed away in 2012.
When asked if she would be returning, she teased: "Yeah, of course! I'll be right in there, won't I! It'll be lovely to see everyone, and I spoke to Pam yesterday, Pam St. Clement, and she's going and we're going to do a little something."

Carl 'Foggy' Fogarty celebrated his 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' victory with a chocolate brownie and fillet steak.
The 49-year-old former World Superbike champion was crowned king of the jungle when the reality show concluded last night (07.12.14) and the starving contestant feasted on a selection of luxury treats once he got to his hotel.
Speaking about what he did after winning, he confessed: "I did some interviews, and obviously I was seeing the family and then I managed to grab a glass of champagne and then a fillet steak in one hand, chocolate brownie in the other hand, and a bacon sandwich waiting for me on the other table, and then some crème brûlée! So it was just a mad rush of sugar and savoury food to get something in me. I was just craving food."
Foggy also revealed a wooden sceptre presented to him when he was declared the victor has already been broken by previous winner Joe Swash - who now presents spin-off show 'I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here NOW!' host.
Commenting on what he will do with his crown and sceptre, he laughed: "Well I'm not too sure how I'm going to get it through customs. It's actually been broken already by Joe Swash. I said, 'How am I gonna get this home?' Ad he went, 'Here,' and snapped it in half. It wasn't very nice."
Foggy - who beat 'X Factor' star Jake Quickenden and television presenter Mel Sykes to win the 14th edition of the show - feels "overwhelmed" to be out of the jungle and thanked the public for all their votes.
Talking on 'Lorraine', he gushed: "I'm overwhelmed by all the support from back home. I've not had a chance to catch a breath yet, it's been absolutely mad here for the last five or six hours since I've come out of the jungle. I'll certainly go out and have a few drinks with [fellow contestant] Jimmy Bullard now.
"I still can't believe it's happened to be honest with you. Little old me from Blackburn who used to race motorbikes, world champion, and now the public have voted me champion again."

Kym Marsh's fiancé asked her father for permission before proposing.
Personal trainer Dan Hooper popped the question to the 38-year-old actress on Friday (05.12.14) following a whirlwind seven-month romance, but was eager to gain approval from her dad before asking her to be his wife.
The hunk's mother Helen told The Sun newspaper: "Dan's a traditional boy. He asked Kym's dad's permission beforehand and he went down on one knee."
Kym - who now plays Michelle Connor in 'Coronation Street' - informed friends and family of their decision before jetting off for a romantic European getaway after agreeing to wed her 31-year-old beau.
Helen added: "He had already bought the ring and Kym is delighted with it. They rang to tell us the news and we're thrilled to bits."
Following her two previous marriages to Jack Ryder and Jamie Lomas, friends of mother-of-three Kym were believed to be concerned about the pace of her relationship with Dan, with the pair only having met earlier this year.
A friend of the actress said: "A lot of Kym's friends were worried to begin with that she was rushing into something with Dan. But now they've got to know him they're convinced he's a nice guy with only good intentions.
"Kym is the happiest and healthiest I've ever seen her and it's purely down to Dan. She can't wait to become his wife."
