Tiffany Haddish wants an ’empire’

Tiffany Haddish wants to "create an empire".
The ‘Nobody’s Fool’ actress has said she’d love to be earning enough money to pay the people who work for her a whopping sum, so that not only is she set for life, but her employees can "put their kids through college" too.
She said: "I want to create this empire. You know, where people that work with me and for me are able to put their kids through college, feed their families, have generational wealth. I just I feel like I can do that.
"And I see that and like if Lucille Ball can own a studio, why can’t Tiffany Haddish own a studio. You know?"
The 38-year-old star says that whilst she didn’t start getting picked up by Hollywood until last year, her sudden rise to fame is down to the way she "was thinking" at the time.
Tiffany claims she thought she "wasn’t good enough" when her career started, and says that by shifting her viewpoint, she "started to visualise and see" what she wanted for her future, and was eventually able to get it.
Speaking during an appearance on ‘The Dr Oz Show’ on Monday (29.10.18), the ‘Night School’ star said: "I didn’t start popping in the eyes of Hollywood until 2017. [I kept thinking] Maybe I wasn’t good enough, thinking maybe, you know, oh, I -I’m a girl, I shouldn’t do this."
Meanwhile, despite people telling her she’s a "superstar", Tiffany recently joked that she doesn’t feel like one because her bank balance doesn’t reflect the label.
She said: "I don’t feel like a superstar, even though lots of people tell me that I am. My bank account sure doesn’t reflect that!
"And my family haven’t gotten the memo – I am still regular to them. I was at a store recently and this woman was following me and then she just started screaming, ‘Oh my God! It’s really you!’ and I was like, ‘Hey, hey, calm down, lady! I am just a regular person. I poop just like you.’ "
