Theo James wants to be Brad Pitt

Theo James predicted he would be labelled ‘the new’ Robert Pattinson.

The ‘Divergent’ star says comparisons with the ‘Twilight Saga’ hunk, 27, are "inevitable," but he would prefer to be in the same league as George Clooney and Brad Pitt.

Asked about the ‘Water for Elephants’ star, the 29-year-old actor joked: "I’d never heard that [comparison] before."

He added: "I’d heard Brad Pitt, Clooney, any legend… Inevitably there’s going to be comparisons, we’re both British, brown hair."

Meanwhile, his co-star Shailene Woodley doesn’t mind being measured against ‘The Hunger Games’ star Jennifer Lawrence and considers the Oscar-winner, 23, a close friend, even though they have yet to meet.

She told Yahoo! Lifestyle UK: "She’s given me advice – I still have yet to meet her. She told me to go for the role if I believed in the character and the storyline."

But the 22-year-old brunette beauty is determined to focus on her own career and insists she doesn’t feel under pressure to be a role model.

She said: "We don’t read articles about ourselves and we don’t Google ourselves – we feel removed from that. I don’t feel any pressure to be anything but me."
