The Voice’s Emma Willis offered new deal

Emma Willis has been offered the chance to host ‘The Voice’ for another year.

The 37-year-old beauty has impressed viewers after she replaced Holly Willoughby, and it is said bosses are very keen for her to return with her co-star Marvin Humes for the show’s third series.

An insider told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: "From day one, Emma has been incredible. She’s connected with the singers and their families.

"She’ll get emotional and caught up in their stories and songs. There’s no holding back and it’s not forced. She’s very natural.

"Marvin and her got on really well too – they have this great chemistry. It was always going to be a tough act for her to follow Holly, but Emma seems to have struck an even bigger chord with people."

Although she currently works for a number of channels – due to presenting the likes of ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ on Channel 5 and ‘This Morning’ on ITV – the BBC are keen to utilise her talent as much as they can.

The source added: "She is spread across several channels at the moment – working on ‘This Morning’, ‘CBB’, ‘The Voice’ and ‘Heart FM’.

"The BBC are hoping she’ll stick with them and not totally defect to ITV.

"She’s liked by women and men. She’s intelligent and can turn her hand to lots of different things."
