The royal family believe Laura Trott has done Great Britain ‘proud’

The royal family believe Laura Trott has done Great Britain "proud".
The 24-year-old British track and road cyclist – who was crowned champion of the women’s cycling omnium event at this year’s Olympic Games, which is currently being held in Rio, Brazil, – has been credited as the "most successful female Olympian" by the royals.
The Kensington Palace official twitter account, which is the London residence for the royal family, congratulated the athlete on her fourth victory via social media.
The post read: "Well done @LauraTrott31 on a richly deserved fourth Olympic #Gold to become @TeamGB most successful female Olympian. You’ve done us proud. (sic)."
The comment has subsequently been retweeted by the Royal Family’s official Twitter account as well.
Meanwhile, it appears the royals are hooked on the sporting extravaganza as the social media account has been posting a string of tweets detailing Britain’s success during the Games and providing a commentary throughout the event.
One post read: "What an incredible day at #Rio2016 Congratulations to all @TeamGB athletes #BringOnTheGreat (sic)."
Meanwhile, Prince Harry is set to celebrate Usain Bolt’s seventh Olympic win with him once the Olympics has come to a close.
And the 29-year-old Jamaican sportsman – who won this year’s men’s 100 meter sprint – plans to "party" with the red head by teaching him the "running man" dance move.
Speaking previously, he said: "I’ll party with Harry and teach him the running man. But only after Rio!"
