The Big Bang Theory stars sign $1m per episode deals

‘The Big Bang Theory’ stars Kaley Cuoco, Jim Parsons and Johnny Galecki have signed new $1 million-per-episode deals.
The trio, who reportedly earn $325,000 per episode, are said to have put pen to paper on bumper new contracts with studio WBTV for the next three series of the sitcom leading up to its 10th season, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.
Sources told the website that the three stars, Jim – who plays Sheldon Cooper – Johnny (Dr. Leonard Hofstadter) and Kaley (Penny), are thought to have agreed $1 million per half-hour deals with added benefits.
This could see the trio net a total of $90 million at the conclusion of the 10th series.
However, their co-stars Simon Helberg (Howard Wolowitz) and Kunal Nayyar (Raj Koothrappali) are yet to have agreed new contracts, but are expected to have deals in place by the end of the week.
The news will likely come as a relief to fans of the CBS sitcom after production was delayed for a week because the stars didn’t want to return to the set without having signed new contracts.
Last month, it was reported the trio were locked in a bitter battle with Warner Bros. after refusing to sign their contracts until they received $1 million an episode.
