Spice Girls planning ‘mini tour’

Geri Horner, Mel B and Emma Bunton are planning a Spice Girls "mini tour".
The trio have reportedly reunited in the recording studio without former bandmates Victoria Beckham and Mel C earlier this month, and are now hoping to go on the road together in support of the group’s 20th anniversary.
However, they are hoping to persuade Victoria and Mel to perform one huge show with them in order to generate publicity to kick-start their plan.
A source said: "The girls are pleading with Victoria and Mel C to do at least one show and then the trio will get enough publicity to carry on with the mini tour.
"They think it’ll be a shame not to mark the 20th anniversary with all five of them back together."
However, Mel is reluctant to take up the offer because she doesn’t need the "drama" of the group in her life.
The source told Closer magazine: "Mel is happy with her career and her love life, and fears the stress and hectic schedule of a tour will threaten both of those things.
"Mel B and Geri have huge personalities and while she loves the girls, she doesn’t want any more drama in her life."
Victoria will also take some persuading as she is very busy with her successful fashion empire.
former ‘X Factor’ judge Mel B hinted at her, Geri and Emma’s new project during an interview last week.
She said: "It’s funny because I landed yesterday and I met up with a few of my Spices and we were doing a big time reminisce.
"I had a nice little cup of tea with Geri and Emma last night and it was lovely.
"We definitely want to do something. It’s a celebration of us still doing our thing 20 years on and still being supportive of each other, so we will see what happens. We are all just kind of in talks right now."
