Sophie Kasaei joins Geordie OGs cast

Sophie Kasaei is confirmed for the second series of ‘Geordie OGs’.
The former ‘Geordie Shore’ star – who appeared on the very first season of the beloved reality TV show – has been announced for the upcoming run of MTV’s spin-off programme, which will air from February 26.
The network revealed: "We see this lass at a huge pivotal moment in her life. "While her fellow cast mates are all settling down – getting engaged, and having babies, Sophie’s life has taken an unexpected turn.
"Feeling like she is back to square one, following an unforeseen break up with her partner Jay, this series sees Sophie approach her 30th birthday, while battling with heartbreak and trying to build up a business by herself."
She will be joined on the upcoming series by returning cast members Gary Beadle, Marnie Simpson, Holly Hagan and Aaron Chalmers.
The spin-off show looks to give fans more access to the reality stars’ grown-up lives.
Gaz – whose girlfriend Emma McVey welcomed their second child Primose into the world in December – will be seen preparing for the new arrival and loving life with their two-year-old son Chester.
When it comes to Holly, the synopsis reveals: "[She’s] recently engaged and moving into her dream house with fiancé Jacob.
"She’s moved away from the Geordie party scene and is now completely focused on planning the ultimate engagement party of her dreams including, you guessed it, REAL UNICORNS.
"Meanwhile she continues to take a stand against bullying and tackle the trolls, with a potential new show in the pipeline."
And while Aaron tries to juggle his family life with his professional MMA fighting career, Marnie is seen preparing for motherhood. She later welcomed a son in October.
‘Geordie OGs’ returns on February 26 at 9pm on MTV.
