Sofia Carson pretended to be Belle from ‘Beauty and the Beast’ as a child.
The 22-year-old actress – who appears in the role of Evie, the daughter of the Evil Queen, in Disney’s ‘Descendants’ movie – has revealed she would always attend Halloween parties dressed as the iconic movie character.
Sofia exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "I always loved Belle from ‘Beauty and the Beast’. I always thought I looked like her, so I dressed like her for every Halloween. It’s pretty ridiculous. My sister though, was obsessed with Tinker Bell."
Meanwhile, Sofia’s on-screen co-star Booboo Stewart revealed Tinker Bell – from the ‘Peter Pan’ stories – to be his favourite Disney character of all time, partly because he felt able to relate to her.
He shared: "Tinker Bell is one of my favourite characters. I always just saw a little piece of myself in Tinker Bell.
"The blonde hair and I was always smaller. I’m still not a very large person, so I always felt I was close to her."
‘Descendants’ premieres on Disney Channel at 5.30pm on Friday, September 25.
