“So he’s gonna be there.”

Massimo is the owner of triple-Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana restaurant, ranked No1 in ‘The World’s 50 Best Restaurants’, and has been described by British GQ as a “culinary iconoclast”.

He has teamed up with another Italian titan, Gucci, to create the Gucci Osteria series of restaurants found in the worlds most iconic cities.

Massimo also discussed on ‘Dish’ how despite his experience he hates cooking on Christmas Day.

He also revealed his favourite cities to eat in the world include London, New York and Tokyo and spoke about how to make the perfect cappuccino.

Series 4 of ‘Dish’ from Waitrose, hosted by Nick Grimshaw and Angela Hartnett, is available now on all podcast providers.
