Sinitta thinks Mel B will add "spice" to ‘The X Factor’ judging panel.
The ‘So Macho’ singer, who is one of show boss Simon Cowell’s closest confidantes, says the Spice Girls star’s straight-talking approach is sure to make for great TV.
She told Closer magazine: "I think it did need a bit of spice in there.
"Mel B wants everyone to know why she’s Queen Mel B. So I’m excited for a lot of reasons."
Sinitta reckons all of the judges – Mel, Simon, Cheryl Cole and Louis Walsh – will want to prove their credentials on the new series, but she believes we’ll see a softer side to Simon, who became a father in February.
She added: "Louis wants to show Cheryl why he belongs on the panel.
"I think Simon, as much as he is very decisive and a genius at discovering, mentoring and organising new talent, is in a different place in his life right now.
"His heart is all wide open with his baby Eric – I think we’re going to see a softer Simon."
