Simon Searles leaves Love Island

Simon Searles has been dumped from the ‘Love Island’ villa.
The barber – who hails from Leeds – was kicked off the ITV2 show after his fellow contestants chose to save Tyla Carr rather than keep Simon on the show.
Speaking after his exit, Simon said: "I’m a bit gutted to be leaving but it’s been a wicked experience. I’ve loved every minute and I am happy with the decisions I’ve made."
And now Simon has left, he wants to see Tyla make a go of her romance with Jonny Mitchell.
He added: "Tyla and Jonny are in there now, they’re a couple, everyone knows it. And they better make a go of it otherwise I will have left for absolutely nothing so I’m rooting for Jonny and Tyla."
Whilst in the Beach Hut, Tyla reflected on the Islanders choosing to save her.
She admitted: "I’m speechless at the moment. I feel so sorry for him [Simon] that he didn’t make some stronger choices."
Caroline Flack entered the villa during Wednesday night’s (28.06.17) show to tell the contestants the public had been voting on which couple they thought were the least compatible, revealing it was Tyla and Simon who had lost the public vote.
It was then up to the couples to decide who to bin, with the tiebreaker vote going to Camilla Thurlow and Jonny.
Earlier in the show, Camilla broke things off with Jonny after she found out he was crushing on Tyla. The pair had first agreed to let Jonny explore his feelings for Tyla but when Camilla found out Jonny had already said he wanted to "rip her clothes off", she dumped him. And it didn’t take Jonny minutes to move on as he made out with the model almost straight away.
However, the couples are set to have their loyalties tested during Thursday night’s (29.06.17) show, when the boys and girls will be split up into two separate villas and tempted by a brand new set of contestants.
