Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones plan to renew vows

Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones are planning to renew their wedding vows.
The couple - who have children Dylan, 13, and Carys, 10, together - separated last August after 14 years together but reconciled later in the year and now want to reaffirm their commitment to one another on their shared birthday in September.
A source told Britain's Grazia magazine: "Michael and Catherine have been through a lot together over the last few months.
"They would love to renew their wedding vows and have thought about doing it on their shared birthday, 25 September."
The Hollywood couple have sought therapy to help get their marriage on track and now have a number of systems in place to help maintain their relationship.
The source explained: "Counselling has been a massive help for Catherine and Michael. They've been working on different ways to express feelings - including daily journals.
"They only show them to each other if things get bad - it's a way of giving them an outlet.
"They're going to take one month apart a year - they've realised how important it is to take a breather and allow themselves time to take stock."

Tom Hiddleston: Fame is odd

Tom Hiddleston finds fame "weird".
The 33-year-old actor wasn't prepared to be catapulted to the spotlight following his role as Loki in the 'Thor' and 'Avengers' movies and insists the new found attention caught him by surprise.
He added: "I never expected it. Fame is weird and amorphous and unpredictable. All acting is for an audience. It's just that my audience now is ... quite large. At the end of the shooting 'Thor' Kenneth Branagh took Chris Hemsworth and myself aside and said, 'In 12 months, boys, prepare yourselves!' We were both just, 'Nah!' We couldn't imagine it."
Tom finds fans often attribute things that have happened in their lives to him and although he is sometimes flattered by it he knows there are many other stars who dealt with "obsession".
The actor added: "Some people have been a bit obsessive about attributing responsibility for things that have happened in their lives to me. You can to say, 'Bless you for saying those nice things, but I've done nothing.' You sort of have to talk them off the ledge a bit. But that's the nature of obsession. I know a lot of other actors who've dealt with it."

Amanda Bynes’ mother praised by judge

Amanda Bynes' mother has been praised for helping her to turn her life around.
Lynn Bynes became The 'Easy A' actress's temporary conservator, giving her control of the star's personal and financial affairs, last July just days after Amanda, who was discharged from treatment for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder in December, was sectioned for her erratic behaviour when she set a fire in a neighbour's driveway in Thousand Oaks, California.
And the judge overseeing Lynn's conservator duties in Oxnard credited her for Amanda's amazing progress in court on Tuesday (11.02.14), according to TMZ.com, saying: "Good job, Mrs. Bynes. Well done."
A source recently revealed that Amanda's parents are thrilled that her life is more stable but don't think she is ready to move out of their home just yet, even though she is eager to get her own place.
The insider said: "It's not likely she will be moving out of their house for at least the next several months."
The 27-year-old star, who previously expressed a desire to start her own clothing line, recently began taking a fashion design course in Orange County and commutes there every day.
The insider said: "It's only one class, but it's enough to keep Amanda busy. When not in class or at the doctor, Amanda has been frequenting the gym. Her parent's have told friends they feel that they have their beloved daughter back for the first time in years."

Philip Seymour Hoffman’s diaries found

Philip Seymour Hoffman kept diaries about his battle to stay sober.
The late actor, who was found dead in his apartment in New York City from an apparent heroin overdose on February 2, wrote detailed accounts about his struggle to control his "demons," drug deals and his desire to stay clean by attending Narcotics Anonymous meetings before his death.
A source told NBC News: "It's stream of consciousness and difficult to follow. In one line he refers to 'Frank who always owes money' and on the same page he writes about a 15-year-old girl from Texas.
"It seems he did at least part of it in rehab. It definitely contained some soul-searching. But there is also a fair amount of rambling that doesn't make sense."
Police officers found two diaries in the 'Capote' star's home and some of the hand-written entries were made during Philip's last stint in rehab last year.
The star of 'The Hunger Games' reportedly fell off the wagon in 2012 after being sober for more than 20 years and he entered rehab in May 2013.
The Oscar-winning actor, 46, was allegedly found with around 70 bags of heroin inside his apartment after his estranged partner, Mimi O'Donnell, sent his friend David Bar Katz over to check on him when he failed to show up to see their three children, Cooper, 10, Tallulah, seven, and Willa, five.
Some 400 mourners, including Cate Blanchett, Julianne Moore and Diane Keaton, attended Philip's private funeral at St. Ignatius Loyola Catholic Church in Manhattan last Friday (07.02.14).

Rupert Sanders still loves Kristen Stewart?

Rupert Sanders allegedly still has feelings for Kristen Stewart.
The 'Snow White and the Huntsman' director's marriage to model Liberty Ross crumbled when his fling with the 23-year-old actress was exposed in Los Angeles in July 2012, and he is reportedly still pining over the brunette beauty.
A source told gossip website RadarOnline.com: "His family is wrecked. Even though he has admitted to everyone in his life that the long-brewing affair was a terrible idea, he still hasn't been able to get over his feelings for Kristen.
"He fell in love with her a long time before he laid a finger on her, and he's finding it difficult to shake."
The 42-year-old filmmaker is still friends with Kristen, who split from her long-term boyfriend Robert Pattinson in May 2013 after they struggled to move past her "momentary indiscretion," and hopes they might have a future together.
The insider said: "Rupert, against all better judgement, still holds out hope that he and Kristen can get things going again, but he's completely deluded - she would never put her career on the line like that again."
Kristen told the March issue of US Marie Claire magazine that she has no regrets about her mistakes and has realised she can't control her heart.
The 'Twilight Saga' star said: "I stand by every mistake I've ever made, so judge away."

Robin Wright’s divorce was ‘devastating’

Robin Wright admits her divorce from Sean Penn was "devastating."
The 'House of Cards' star, who recently got engaged to her boyfriend of two years, Ben Foster, revealed she and the 'Milk' star tried to save their marriage several times for their children, Dylan, 22, and Hopper, 20, before they finally split for good in 2010.
The 47-year-old actress told the UK's Sunday Telegraph: "Divorce in and of itself, and with children, is devastating. Worse than that. One of the reasons why we got back together and broke up so much was trying to keep the family together... and we did that for a long time."
Robin, who has her new fiancé's initial tattooed on her wrist and admitted she gets Botox, hinted that she and her 53-year-old ex-husband, who recently started dating Charlize Theron, are no longer on speaking terms.
She said: "Sean sees the kids. They see him. They see me. We've all got our own lives."
Sean previously claimed he felt like he had never been loved by his ex-wives, including Madonna, and said his split from Robin was a real eye opener after years of struggling to make sense of their on-again/off-again relationship.
He said: "When you get divorced, all the truths that come out, you sit there and you go, 'What the f*** was I doing? What was I doing believing that this person was invested in this way?' Which is a fantastically strong humiliation in the best sense."

Shia LaBeouf launches new silent art show

Shia LaBeouf is starring in a new silent art installation in Los Angeles.
The 27-year-old actor, who stormed out of a press conference and wore a brown paper bag, printed with the words "I Am Not Famous Anymore,' over his head to the premiere of 'Nymphomaniac' in Berlin on Sunday night (09.02.14), after announcing he was retiring from "all public life" last month, launched his free week-long show titled '#IAmSorry' at the Cohen Gallery on Beverly Boulevard on Tuesday (11.02.14).
A collaboration between the 'Transformers' star and artists Nastja Sade Ronkko and Luke Turner, the show invites visitors to choose from various "implements" associated with the actor's career, including a whip similar to the one in 'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' and a bowl of folded up notes, each bearing Twitter comments about Shia, before they are led into a room to see the actor sitting at a table with the now-famous brown bag over his head.
But the showcase has already come under fire for being similar to Lady Gaga's pal Marina Abramovic's famous suffering-in-silence-and-in-public exhibits, documented in the 2012 film 'The Artist Is Present.'
Marina also retweeted a message from documentary distributors Dogwoff on Twitter that read: "Shia LaBeouf taking a leaf from Marina Abramovic with #IAMSORRY performance art?" with a link to her film.
Shia announced in January that he was taking a step back from the limelight after he was forced to apologise for plagiarising author Daniel Clowes' graphic novellas, 'Justin M. Damiano,' for his short film 'HowardCantour.com'.
He wrote on Twitter: "In light of the recent attacks against my artistic integrity, I am retiring from all public life."
He added: "My love goes out to those who have supported me. #stopcreating."

George Clooney is planning to retire

George Clooney thinks he's getting too old for acting.
The 52-year-old star has hinted he is thinking about retiring from the big screen in the near future to focus on his work as a producer and director.
'The Monuments Men' actor, who also wrote and directed the film, told BANG Showbiz at the movie's UK premiere at the Odeon in London's Leicester Square on Tuesday night (11.02.14): "The audience kind of tells you when it's time to get out from in front of the camera, and it's getting close I think."
But George insisted he is still very passionate about his career.
He said: "Every time you can make a movie to tell a story that people don't know, it's good."
The Oscar-winning actor also joked about how difficult it was to work with his co-star Matt Damon, who also attended the red carpet screening, on the movie, which is based on the true story of a team of soldiers who recovered millions of pieces of artwork stolen by the Nazis in WWII.
He said: "It was hard to get him out of his trailer sometimes. I don't like to use the word diva and throw it around loosely, but you know."
But George admitted he loves working with close friends and they inspired the characters.
Asked about securing the star-studded cast, he said: "Most of these guys are friends of mine so that made it easier, but we wrote the parts for most of them."
Bill Murray, John Goodman, Jean Dujardin and Hugh Bonneville were among the other stars to attend the premiere.

Owen Wilson names son Finn

Owen Wilson has named his newborn son Finn Lindqvist Wilson.
The 'Midnight in Paris' star, who also has a three-year-old son, Robert Ford, with his ex-girlfriend, Jade Duell, welcomed his second child with "close friend" Caroline Lindqvist into the world at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in Los Angeles on January 30.
The tot has been given both of his parents surnames, according to his birth certificate, obtained by gossip website TMZ.com, despite the fact they were never in a relationship and Caroline is still legally married to her estranged husband, plastic surgeon Dr. Ritu Chopra.
Swedish born Caroline, 41, said last October: "Owen and I decided to have a child even though we're not in a relationship. And we're not planning on starting a relationship, either.
"Owen and I are two close friends. We are really looking forward to it and can't wait to welcome our child at the end of January."
The personal trainer also denied Owen had ever been one of her clients as well as rubbishing rumours she'd had an affair with him before the end of her marriage.
The 45-year-old 'The Internship' star supported Caroline throughout the pregnancy and sources previously insisted he would be a hands-on father.
