Mick Jagger is ‘not well’

Sir Mick Jagger has been unwell since hearing of L'Wren Scott's death.
The 70-year-old rocker is struggling to come to terms with the apparent suicide of his long-term partner - who was found dead in her New York apartment on Monday (17.03.14) - and has been very distant since hearing the news, his Rolling Stones bandmate Charlie Watts has revealed.
The drummer told MailOnline website: "He's holding up. He's OK. He's not really well. He's not really here. It was such a shock."
The 'Brown Sugar' singer was dining at Perth restaurant Coco's when he heard the tragic news, and the manager of the eatery said he still took the time to thank his waiter and apologise for his abrupt departure before he left.
Denise Zammit told America's Closer magazine: "Before he left the restaurant he shook the waiter's hand and said, 'I'm sorry I have to leave' and he said he'd had a great night. He said he had to leave straight away.
"It was just awful. It's just devastating for somebody to get that news...It was a beautiful evening, the weather was stunning...He was just having an easy-going, relaxed dinner."
The Rolling Stones had been due to embark on a string of gigs in Australia and New Zealand from tonight (19.03.14), but have axed the shows following the tragic news.

Lena Dunham’s mother wanted her to marry Jimmy Fallon

Lena Dunham's mother wants her to marry Jimmy Fallon.
The 'Girls' star has a "great boyfriend" in Fun. guitarist Jack Antoff but she admitted her mom has always had a secret hope that she would tie the knot with the late night talk show host, though he is already happily settled with wife, Nancy Juvonen and their eight-month-old daughter Winnie Rose.
Speaking on 'The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon' on Tuesday (18.03.14), Lena joked: "I have a great boyfriend, but my mom said recently 'I always thought you would marry Jimmy Fallon', She said it like we had a previous relationship, like you were my first boyfriend but things didn't work out and she thought we would get back together. Not like I have 50 magazine covers of you in my bathroom."
After Lena's revelation Jimmy admitted he was feeling "a little embarrassed" by the comments, to which she replied: "I knew this would make you embarrassed."
While there is no prospect of a romance between the pair, the duo did discover a mutual love of 1991 film 'The Man in the Moon', which starred Reese Witherspoon, and Lena claims shaped her ideals about relationships.
She gushed: "I don't even know how to process that right now. That movie formed my entire idea about romance."

Lamar Odom not giving up on marriage

Lamar Odom is determined to win back Khloé Kardashian.
The 34-year-old basketball player has opened up about his failed marriage to the 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star and admits he isn't ready to give up on their relationship, despite her having filed for divorce over three months ago.
He told In Touch magazine: "I want to make it work with Khloé. I'm going to see see Khloé. I'm going to see her soon."
The couple - who were married in 2009 - split list year after a number of women claimed to have had relationships with Lamar at the same time as he was also facing allegations of drug abuse, but after spending a short period of time playing basketball in Spain, he's now back in the US after suffering a back injury and is dedicated to cleaning up his act and winning back his wife.
He added: "I'm focusing on getting better."
Although Khloé's family and friends have reportedly warned the 29-year-old reality star to be careful not to get hurt again, she is said to be considering giving their relationship another chance.
A source said: "He confessed his feelings and cried his heart out to her on the phone.
"She's been avoiding his texts and calls for weeks, but when she heard him pleading with her to take him back, she melted."
Khloé opened up about her struggle with the split yesterday (18.03.14), claiming she hadn't completely come to terms with it.
She told Australia's 2Day FM breakfast show: "It's definitely not anything I'm through. I'm going through it, but I'm not through it."

Pamela Anderson worried about sex with short hair

Pamela Anderson was worried she'd feel "weird" having sex with short hair.
The former 'Baywatch' beauty, who re-married her ex-husband Rick Salomon earlier this year, was concerned she would feel less feminine when making love after chopping off her blonde locks.
Speaking in the April issue of ELLE magazine, she said: "At first I thought I looked like Anderson Cooper or like a Q-tip or something. But now I feel really powerful.
"I have a friend who is an awesome, studly man, and he goes, 'You know, some women cut their hair and it makes them look even more masculine, but you look even more feminine'.
"I thought it would be weird having sex with short hair, but then I kind of got into the mode."
The 46-year-old beauty - who first married Rick in October 2007 before separating less than two months later - is also happy not to be involved in the rock and roll lifestyle anymore after the break down of her marriage to Mötley Crüe rocker Tommy Lee, 51, with whom she has sons Brandon, 17, and Dylan, 16, and divorced in 1998 after three years of marriage.
She explained: "The rock star thing became very destructive, like, wow. I didn't know what I was doing. I just kind of became that thing.
"The hair, that rock-star kind of lifestyle, just living a dream. It kind of took over. It started out very innocent and then I turned into a cartoon character. And I started to feel like a cartoon character."
Although she's moved on, Pamela - who was also briefly married to Kid Rock in 2006 - admits her past still haunts her and she worries about her teenage sons having access to her famous sex tape with Tommy.
She said: "I don't know if they've seen it, but they know about it. They know about everything. Stupid Internet. I don't know why everyone is so impressed with it."

"These artists will continue to try and earn the support of their respective coaches, who will be forced to decide who will move on to the Playoff Rounds.
"Each coach will have the opportunity to strategically steal one more artist in this round."

Naomi Campbell struggling to quit smoking

Naomi Campbell is struggling to quit smoking.
The 43-year-old model - who checked into rehab in 1999 to seek help for a cocaine addiction - is determined to kick the bad habit since she doesn't want to have to stand on "street corners" lighting up but confessed it has been more difficult than she expected.
She told Shape magazine: "People told me that cigarettes are harder to quit than alcohol. I didn't believe it, but you know what? It is harder.
"I'm not someone who wants to light up inside people's homes, including my own, and I don't want to stand outside on street corners anymore.
"It's still a struggle. In fact, just talking about it makes me crave one, so let's stop, please! But I am really trying."
Naomi - who is using nicotine patches to try and wean herself off cigarettes - has previously admitted she enjoys life more since giving up alcohol.
She has said: "I choose not to drink today in my life because I find that I'm allergic to alcohol.
"I have more energy and I have more fun than when I was drinking and I can hang out really late and get up early in the morning with no hangovers and still smile."

Rolling Stones supporting Mick Jagger

The Rolling Stones are "pulling together" to support Sir Mick Jagger following the death of L'Wren Scott.
The group - who have cancelled their tour of Australia and New Zealand, which was scheduled to begin today (19.03.14) - are "completely shocked" by the designer's apparent suicide on Monday (17.03.14) and say their main priority now is to help the singer, who had been in a relationship with the former model for 13 years.
Drummer Charlie Watts said: "Needless to say we are all completely shocked but our first thought is to support Mick at this awful time.
"We intend to come back to Australia and New Zealand as soon as it proves possible."
Guitarist Ronnie Wood added: "This is such terrible news and right now the important thing is that we are all pulling together to offer Mick our support."
Meanwhile, guitarist Keith Richards spoke of his shock at L'Wren's death, admitting the group never expected the tragedy.
He said: "No one saw this coming. Mick's always been my soul brother and we love him.
"We're thick as thieves and we're all feeling for the man. We really hate to disappoint our fans but we'll see everyone really soon."
Yesterday (18.03.14), Mick made a short statement on his website paying tribute to his late girlfriend.
He wrote: "I am still struggling to understand how my lover and best friend could end her life in this tragic way.
"We spent many wonderful years together and had made a great life for ourselves, she had great presence and her talent was much admired, not least by me.
"I have been touched by the tributes that people have paid to her and also the personal messages of support that I have received. I will never forget her."

L’Wren Scott was planning to close LS Fashion

L'Wren Scott was planning to close her business this week, a friend has revealed.
The designer, who had been in a relationship with Sir Mick Jagger since 2001, was found hanged in an apparent suicide at her New York apartment on Monday (17.03.14), and her friend, American fashion journalist Cathy Horyn, said she was going to announce the end of LS Fashion today (19.03.14).
Cathy wrote in a piece titled 'Memories of a Friend, a Teacher and a Fighter', in the New York Times newspaper: "I sent her text on March 12, checking in. She didn't reply, but that wasn't unusual.
"I learned since her death that she was planning to close her business, with an announcement on Wednesday. Still, as painful as the decision must have been for her, I wouldn't draw any conclusions from it about her state of mind. Nor should any credence be given to reports of a breakup with Mick. It's rubbish."
Cathy is mourning the loss of the designer and she is devastated the world has lost a wonderful person, who she describes as a "vital, intelligent woman".
She explained: "She was with friends on Sunday night, and, yes, they were deeply concerned about her, but, no, they didn't think she would do something so desperate. Not L'Wren.
Her death is inexplicable to me, and it makes me angry, too. Angry because it's the loss of a vital, intelligent woman, and angry because, this once, I don't want her to be a mystery to me."

John Mayer sues dealer over fake Rolexes

John Mayer has sued a man for selling him fake Rolexes.
The 'Who You Love' singer spent a total of $5 million on what he believed to be a collection of authentic luxury watches from dealer Robert Maron - a friend of Charlie Sheen - back in 2007, but was shocked to find one of the timepieces was a replica when he sent it off for repairs three years later.
According to TMZ, Mayer returned the watch and was given credit to buy another but now wants a refund for $656,000 he spent on seven other watches which Rolex have told him are counterfeit.
Maron is a "watch dealer to the stars" and that's how he met and got close to Sheen, who has even used him as his manager and "media adviser".
Rolex is one of the world's most prestigious watch brands, with the coveted timepieces ranging anywhere from $5,000 with the most exclusive designs costing upwards of $500,000.
Mayer has been an long-time collector of the company's timepieces and previously revealed that his first "great watch" was a Rolex Explorer.
Speaking to Hodinkee.com on his love of the collecting the luxury wrist wear, he explained: "I think it's more than the feel and the weight of the cases. It has some other thing that makes you go, 'Wow', you know? That was sort of the beginning for me."
