James Franco's ex-manager is being sued for allegedly stealing from the actor for eight years.
Miles Levy, who represented the 'Oz the Great and Powerful' star for 20 years until last year, has been accused by his former business partners, Randall James and Kenneth Jacobson, of diverting the actor's commissions to one of his own companies between 2006 and 2013.
They claim that Levy informed them the star was reducing their commissions from 15 percent to 10 percent in May 2006, but later discovered James "had never directed any such thing," and Levy diverted the five percent difference to his other company Down Goes Frazier.
Court documents - filed on Friday (18.04.14) in Los Angeles Superior Court - also state that Levy made "substantial" personal credit card charges on a card provided to him by the 35-year-old star, according to Variety.com.
James' financial manager, Steven Blatt, and his accounting firm, Tanner & Mainstain, were also named in lawsuit, which claims Blatt helped Levy set up the side venture "for the sole purpose of facilitating this theft."
The 'This Is the End' star fired Miles as his manager last September and reached a confidential settlement with him in December.

Ryan Seacrest is reportedly planning to quit 'American Idol.'
The 39-year-old star, who has hosted the US reality singing competition since its first season in 2002, wants to jump ship before the FOX series is cancelled due to declining ratings.
A source told gossip website RadarOnline.com: "Ryan is telling friends that this season of 'Idol' is likely to be his last. He's lost the passion for it, and desperately wants to do different things at this point in his career, like produce the Oscars and start developing more of his original ideas."
The presenter, who also hosts E!'s red carpet coverage at major award shows, is coming to the end of his $30 million two-year contract with 'American Idol' and is ready to focus on his career as a producer, as he has already had a lot of success with shows, including 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians.'
The source explained: "Ryan's reduced role in this year's Emmys red carpet coverage is a clear move toward a life that involves less hosting and more producing. He wants to transition to behind the scenes more, and is getting fed up with the 'interviewing people' part of his job, when his heart is really in the work he does as a producer."
The insider added: "This season of 'Idol' going to be a real endurance test for Ryan. 'Idol' is holding him back right now, but it's also the most money he's ever been paid for anything, so he has to be a politician about it."

Kim Kardashian is reportedly worried Khloé Kardashian will upstage her at her upcoming wedding.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star, 33, thinks her younger sister, 29, looks better than ever after slimming down following her split from Lamar Odom in December, but is afraid she will "pull a Pippa Middleton" and draw attention away from her on her and Kanye West's special day in Paris on May 24.
A source told In Touch magazine: "She hates that people have started calling Khloé the hotter sister, so Kim's obsessed with making sure that she is the sexiest Kardashian at her wedding."
Khloé has lost 30 pounds over the past six months after upping her workouts to five times a week when her marriage to Lamar began to crumble amid rumours he was addicted to cocaine and cheated on her with multiple women last year.
The insider added: "She's jealous of Khloé ever since she lost a ton of weight. Kim doesn't want to be upstaged at her own wedding. Kim is working out and getting laser treatments to make sure she's the thinnest. Khloé won't steal her thunder."
Meanwhile, Kim is also concerned that her sister will try to bring her new boyfriend, French Montana, to her nuptials.
The friend said: "This day is supposed to be about her and Kanye. Kim wants this to be her dream wedding. She's flipping out because she thinks Khloé could derail it all."

Cameron Diaz's friends want her to stop talking about sex.
The 'The Other Woman' star, who recently admitted she isn't sure whether she believes in monogamy and has been "sexually attracted to another woman," has reportedly been begged by her close pals to tone town her X-rated comments behind closed doors.
A source told the National Enquirer magazine: "Cameron doesn't seem to have a filter when it comes to talking about sex. She's constantly blabbing about who she thinks is hot enough to sleep with and the kinky sex she'd like to have with him. It's like listening to a teen who's just discovered sex, not a grown woman in her forties."
The insider added: "You have to wonder if she's driving away some guys by being over the top about sex."
The blonde beauty, 41, previously declared sex is her favourite sport and made graphic comments about her public hair, saying: "It is there for a reason and to laser it off is to lose it forever."
The actress, who dated Justin Timberlake and Jared Leto in the past, recently said she thinks women "expect" too much from their partners and doesn't think it would be "so bad" to have another partner.
She said: "For some reason, we get into relationships and we expect one man to understand all the parts of us and meet all of those needs.
"I think that's where everything fails."

Gwyneth Paltrow enjoyed a star-studded girls' night out on Thursday (17.04.14).
The 'Iron Man 3' actress, who announced her split from Chris Martin late last month after 10 years of marriage, was spotted dining out with a huge group of female friends, including Naomi Watts, Nicole Richie and Gwen Stefani, in Los Angeles.
A source told E! News that they were "dressed to the nines" for dinner at upmarket vegan hotspot Crossroads on Melrose Avenue.
'Fifty Shades of Grey' director Sam Taylor-Wood, E! chat show host Chelsea Handler and Stella McCartney also joined them for the festivities.
The British fashion designer posted a photograph of them all on Instagram with the caption: "Gals night out! Gwen, Gwyneth, Nicole, Chelsea, Naomi, Sam and I x Stella."
Gwyneth, who has a daughter, Apple, nine, and son, Moses, eight, has been partying up a storm since returning from her break-up holiday to the Bahamas with Coldplay frontman Chris recently.
The former couple helped her co-star Robert Downey Jr. celebrate his 49th birthday in LA on April 6.
Gwyneth, 41, also attended Drew Barrymore's baby shower with Cameron Diaz and Reese Witherspoon at the 'Fifty First Dates' star's home in the Hollywood Hills last weekend, before throwing a big party for her son Moses' eight birthday.

Lindsay Lohan says she's "in a good place right now."
The 27-year-old actress dismissed rumours that she has fallen off the wagon again following her sixth stint in rehab for alcoholic addiction last summer, and claims she has no regrets about documenting her sobriety struggles on her OWN reality series, 'Lindsay.'
Guest-hosting 'The View' on Friday (18.04.14), the 'Mean Girls' star said: "It was important for me to be open and share that with viewers. Especially with me, because people have so many misconceptions without knowing a person directly."
Lindsay is also trying to be "proactive" about getting her career back on track.
She said: "I became an actress because that's what I love to do, and I think a lot of people forgot that that's what I'm actually in this industry for. So I think throughout the show, it's a bit of a journey of me getting back into work mode and fighting to get the roles that I want to get, which I'm willing to do."
She added: "I'm very proactive. I'll email people myself, or I'll go to the studio myself, and I like doing that."
The troubled starlet isn't dating anyone right now, as she is too busy.
Asked if there was a man in her life, she said: "No. They've been a distraction for me in the past."

Miley Cyrus is upset about having to postpone two more dates of her 'Bangerz' tour.
The 21-year-old singer, who was hospitalised on Tuesday (15.04.14) after suffering an allergic reaction to antibiotics, was hoping to be well enough to perform in her hometown Nashville, Tennessee on Friday night (18.04.14) but had to reschedule the show.
The star vented her frustration on Twitter, writing: "Sick of waking up to needles #goingthruit #floydfriday (sic)," referring to her beloved dog Floyd, who passed away earlier in the month.
Miley was also forced to cancel her scheduled performance in Louisville, Kentucky on Saturday (19.04.14), and both shows have already been rescheduled for August 7 and 9.
The 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker will remain in hospital until her condition improves and may not be able to complete the final three dates of the US leg of her tour, which is due to come to an end in Ledyard, Connecticut next Friday (25.04.14).
The 'Adore You' singer also cancelled concerts in St. Louis and Kansas City, Missouri earlier this week, after she had "an extreme allergic reaction" to the antibiotic cephalexin that she was taking for a sinus infection.
Miley recently hit back at rumours she is faking her illness, tweeting: "So many ignorant stories out there no one is reading the official statement and these dumb asses are scaring my fans. Shut the f**k up and let me heal."

Justin Bieber crashed Drake Bell's album party on Thursday night (17.04.14).
The 20-year-old singer - who has been repeatedly attacked by the former Nickelodeon star on Twitter in recent months - went out of his way to overshadow his 27-year-old rival at the launch of his new record, 'Ready Set Go,' at Mixology at The Grove in Los Angeles.
The Canadian star, who was accused of being bad role model and branded "talentless" by Bell, showed up to the venue in a van and, in a bid to prove his popularity, stuck his head out of the window long enough to cause a frenzy among Bell's fans before driving off, according to gossip website TMZ.com.
He then posted a video of himself being mobbed outside the party on Instagram with the caption: "So nice seeing my fans at the grove tonight."
He also wrote on Twitter: "To all the fans i just met at the grove...I love you. #beliebers
"Sometimes people need to sit down"
The 'Baby' singer then shared a photograph of Bell staring down at his van, with the taunt: "Why is @justinbieber sprinter van getting more attention than my album release party?" But he has since deleted the post.
His antics didn't go unnoticed by Bell, who fired back on Twitter: "@justinbieber dude! Thank you for coming to my party I didn't know you were downstars sorry they didn't let you in!! Should have hmu! (sic)"
He later added: "@justinbieber Damn! they told me you were there while I was changing. I tried to come get you in time but you split. only saw you drive away"

Idris Elba's girlfriend has given birth to a baby boy.
The 41-year-old actor, who recently played the late Nelson Mandela in 'Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom', and his make-up artist partner Naiyana Garth welcomed their first child, Winston Elba, into the world on Thursday (17.04.14).
The 'The Wire' star announced the news on Twitter on Friday (18.04.14), tweeting: "My son, Winston Elba, was born yesterday. Truly amazing."
The British actor also shared a photograph of his baby's tiny hand clutching his finger.
The Golden Globe winner already has an 11-year-old daughter, Isan, with his ex-wife Dormowa Sherma.
Idris and Naiyana started dating in March 2013 and sources confirmed in November that she was pregnant, shortly after they went public with their romance at the Harper's Bazaar Women of the Year awards in London.
A source said at the time: "They've been together for a few months but it's really ramped up recently. They get on brilliantly and she's a real hit with his family and friends. Idris is known as a ladies' man but he's really not at all. He'd rather have banter at the bar than spend all night grafting on women. Although he doesn't have to try anyway, women flock to him."
