Shia LaBeouf banned from restaurant after urinating on wall

Shia LaBeouf has reportedly been banned from a restaurant after he was caught allegedly peeing on the wall outside last month.
The troubled actor - who has sparked fears over his mental health in recent months - could face a life-time ban from The Local Peasant in Sherman Oaks, California, after the manager witnessed him urinating in the car park during his four-hour visit to the eatery.
A source told TMZ.com: "The manager followed Shia to the parking lot, where he saw the actor peeing on the wall ... Shia profusely apologised in an odd rant.
"He [Shia then] went back inside and tried ordering food, but the manager had enough and told Shia to get out. The two [of them] had words, Shia paid his tab and stormed out vowing never to return."
The alleged incident comes just weeks before the 28-year-old star was arrested at a Broadway theatre yesterday (27.06.14) for yelling offensive language and slapping people's bottoms during a performance of 'Cabaret' at Studio 54 in New York City.
Shia was charged with harassment, disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing yesterday morning, and is set to appear in court on July 24.
Meanwhile, earlier this year, the 'Transformers' star stormed out of a 'Nymphomaniac' press conference in Berlin, before arriving on the red carpet for the film's German premiere wearing a paper bag on his head that read, "I am not famous any more."
He was also forced to apologise for alleged plagiarism and starred in his own silent art installation in Los Angeles.

Sharon Osbourne regrets weight loss surgery

Sharon Osbourne regrets getting weight loss surgery.
The 61-year-old television host underwent a gastric bypass procedure in 1999 after spending years battling with her weight, but she admits she felt like a "cheat" because she wasn't losing the pounds healthily.
Speaking to 'Entertainment Tonight', she said: "I felt like such a cheat when I had that band on my stomach. It makes you vomit the whole time. Nothing goes down because it goes out."
The former 'X Factor' UK judge - who is married to Ozzy Osbourne and has children Aimee, Kelly and Jack - now controls her weight by sticking to the low-carbohydrate Atkins diet, but she admits she still has "cheat" days.
She explained: "I'd be fibbing if I said I don't cheat because I do cheat. I cheat a lot on my diet. We all do, but I don't guilt myself out because the next day I'll start with my Atkins breakfast sandwich and I'm right back on it."
Meanwhile, Kelly, 29, recently admitted that Sharon, who underwent surgery for colon cancer in 2002 and had a double mastectomy in 2012, is her biggest inspiration.
She said previously: "She taught me to be a fighter, that a smile can be the best medicine, to live every day as if it's your last, that family is all that really matters, and that love is the only true thing that lasts forever."

Kim Kardashian’s daughter victim of racial slur

Kim Kardashian's baby daughter became the victim of a racial attack while onboard a plane last month.
The reality TV star's 12-month-old daughter North, whom she has with husband Kanye West, was allegedly screamed at by a woman while travelling in first class.
Speaking to her sister Khloé in a preview of Sunday's (29.06.14) episode of 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians', Kim recalled the horrifying incident: "I fell asleep, I woke up to this woman screaming, 'Kanye West's baby!' The woman is screaming at my child, I jump up," before Khloé adds, "I would've punched her in her face."
Kim, 33, replies: "No, we were on a plane -- I wanted to."
The brunette beauty's mother Kris Jenner then tells Khloé, 30, more details about the verbal attack later on in the episode.
She revealed: "This lady stood up in the cabin in first class and yelled at the top of her lungs, 'She's with a black guy, and that baby is black! And you need to shut that black baby up!' "
Meanwhile, Kim, who is of Armenian descent, took to her blog last month to express her thoughts on racism after "personally" experiencing acts of discrimination.
She wrote in the heartfelt post: "To be honest, before I had North, I never really gave racism or discrimination a lot of thought. It is obviously a topic that Kanye is passionate about, but I guess it was easier for me to believe that it was someone else's battle.
"But recently, I've read and personally experienced some incidents that have sickened me and made me take notice. I realise that racism and discrimination are still alive, and just as hateful and deadly as they ever have been."

Ice-T’s grandson arrested after shooting incident

Ice-T's grandson has been arrested after his roommate was shot dead in Georgia earlier this week.
Elijah Marrow, 19, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter, possession of a firearm and reckless conduct after the handgun he was allegedly playing with in his apartment accidentally went off and killed Daryus Johnson, also 19, on Tuesday afternoon (24.06.14).
Johnson was unconscious by the time police arrived at the apartment, and he later died from his injuries.
Police officer David Baldwin told the Marietta Daily Journal: "Marrow was not using proper firearms safety when handling the gun. That reckless handling of the firearm is what led to Johnson being accidentally shot and eventually killed."
Marrow is currently being held in Cobb County jail in Georgia and also faces charges of marijuana possession and having a stolen firearm, according to TMZ.com.
Meanwhile, the youngster has appeared a number of times on the reality TV show 'Ice Loves Coco, which follows the 54-year-old rapper and his wife Coco Austin.
Ice-T - whose real name is Tracy Marrow - is yet to comment on his grandson's arrest.

Johnny Depp loves a bargain

Johnny Depp is reportedly obsessed with discount vouchers.
The 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star - who is worth approximately £200 million - has reportedly become a regular user of online discount site Groupon, from which he recently bought a discounted barbecue grill.
A source revealed: "Johnny can't resist a bargain, and he loves it when Groupon's deal of the day arrives in his email inbox.
"If he can get a good price for something, he'll go for it. He just bought a new barbecue for the patio of his house in LA."
The 51-year-old actor also uses discount vouchers to buy his fiancee Amber Heard gifts - as he's said to have invested £200 on a pair of £600 diamond earrings - and to get money off their meals at top restaurants.
The source added to heat magazine: "Once, he got so excited at the prospect of a deal, he used it in a restaurant to get 40 percent off his bill.
"But he felt bad about it afterwards and left a $200 tip."

Ronnie Wood pays tribute to Bobby Womack

Ronnie Wood has paid tribute to the late soul singer Bobby Womack.
The 70-year-old soul music star - who was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2009 and enjoyed a career spanning seven decades - passed away in his sleep on Friday (27.06.14).
The Rolling Stones rocker took to Twitter to express his grief and recalled how the singer's voice often reduced him to tears.
He wrote on the social networking site this morning (28.06.14): "I'm so sad to hear about my friend Bobby Womack ~ the man who could make you cry when he sang has brought tears to my eyes with his passing."
The late singer, who was in the process of recording a new album tentatively titled 'The Best Is Yet to Come,' with rumoured contributions by Stevie Wonder, Rod Stewart and Snoop Dogg, began his career as a member of Curtis Womack and the Womack Brothers with his brothers Curtis, Harry, Cecil and Friendly, Jr., but they changed their name to the Valentinos shortly after they scored their first record deal in 1960.
The Rolling Stones' cover of their track 'It's All Over Now' topped the UK charts in 1964, just one month after the original version was released.
The 'If You Think You're Lonely Now' hitmaker sought treatment in rehab in the 1980s for drug addiction, and later battled a series of health problems, including colon cancer, diabetes, pneumonia and showed early signs of Alzheimer's disease.
His 2012 release 'The Bravest Man in the Universe' was voted one of the 50 Best Albums of the year and he admitted he thought his songs were getting better with age.
He said at the time: "You know more at 65 than you did at 25. I understand the songs much better now. It's not about 14 Rolls Royces and two Bentleys. Even if this album never sells a nickel, I know I put my best foot forward."
A spokesperson for the 'Across 110th Street' hitmaker's record label XL Recordings told RollingStone.com that his cause of death is currently unknown.

Emma Watson hires illegal maid

Emma Watson has allegedly been employing an illegal housekeeper.
The 'Harry Potter' star hired the maid to work in her New York apartment at the beginning of last year but Border Agency staff have since launched a probe following a complaint that the woman was travelling to London on and off to help Emma, 24, in her Islington home.
It is believed that the housekeeper spent a total of three months in Britain between September last year until early February and was quizzed on arrival by immigration staff about her ability to pay for her stay.
Although the home office can't comment on individual cases a source from the department told The Mirror newspaper: "An allegation has been received and processed and has been allocated for further action."
Meanwhile, Emma recently graduated from the prestigious Brown University in the United States.
The 'Bling Ring' actress, who enrolled at the Ivy League school in 2009, received her English literature degree at a commencement ceremony on the main campus in Providence, Rhode Island, last month.
She has previously praised her classmates for giving her an opportunity to experience life away from the spotlight.
She said: "I've never even been asked for an autograph on campus. I threw a party for nearly 100 students and not a single person put a photo on Facebook."

Michael Jackson footage triggers lawsuit

Footage of Michael Jackson has triggered a lawsuit.
The production company behind the upcoming film 'Michael Jackson: The Last Photo shoot' is taking legal action against the late singer's estate over a video of him at the Brooklyn Museum of Art in New York.
The movie - which is set to be released later this year - also features interviews with the Michael's friends, photographers and stylists.
Director Craig Williams insists he has a right to include the footage in the documentary while the Jackson's estate attorney Howard Weitzman claims the images should remain private and are being "exploited" by film makers.
He told The Hollywood Reporter: "The makers of the documentary are attempting to exploit footage and photographs of Michael Jackson, which we believe are owned by his Estate.
"The documentary contains footage of Michael during private moments that he never agreed could be publicly and commercially exploited without his consent and/or involvement. Michael never authorised or approved the use of this material in the film."
However, the movies' production company Noval Williams Films maintains that it has validly obtained the rights to the footage
According to a complaint filed in New York's federal court, it is believed the Jackson family were offered the chance to purchase the rights to the video but passed up the opportunity before the director decided to buy the footage in May last year.
The documentary makers are now seeking declaratory relief that it use of the video isn't infringing copyrights.

Ozzy Osbourne wants knighthood

Ozzy Osbourne wants a knighthood.
The 65-year-old rocker is delighted by an online campaign to have him recognised in Queen Elizabeth's honours list, and thinks it would be "pretty cool" for his wife Sharon to be given the title 'Lady'.
He said: "I've heard about that campaign. Getting knighted? I can't imagine anything better. And my wife would become a Lady, which would be pretty cool.
"But I'm not gonna get upset if it doesn't happen. I never thought I'd get further than [hometown] Aston."
The Black Sabbath frontman also admitted he is surprised his career has lasted so long as he only imagined he would be successful for a "couple of years".
He added in an interview with Time Out magazine: "I don't [look back], but I guess I should a bit more. Because I know when I had my first successful album with Sabbath I thought, 'Oh this is great, this will last a couple of years. I'll just get drunk every night and have a few chicks in my room.'
"And here I am, 45 years down the road and I'm doing better than ever. I haven't always been on top of the world, there have been bad times as well, but you don't just give up at the first sign of choppy waters, you carry on rowing."
