Amber Rose uses her son to work out.
The 'School Dance' actress credits her toned figure to playing with 16-month-old Sebastian - who she has with husband Wiz Khalifa - and using him as a "weight" to exercise.
She said: "I play with my son a lot. I actually use him as a weight. He's like 32 pounds. I just throw him up and down, swing him around a lot.
"Basically, he's always on my hip.
"Just picking things up off the floor while holding him is like doing squats."
Earlier this week, Amber posted a picture of herself kissing Courtney Love and says the Hole rocker had "sweet and juicy" lips.
She told E! News: "How epic is that? I was like, 'Courtney, can you please kiss me for a picture?' She was like, 'F**k yeah! Let's do it!' Her lips are really sweet and juicy."
And the 30-year-old beauty also recently posed with Justin Bieber and insisted the 'Believe' hitmaker was "really nice".
She said: "He was really nice. I've met him with my husband plenty of times at awards shows and stuff like that, but we were just out at the same club the other night and he came up to be and was like, 'Can I get a picture with you?' and that was it. It was just really normal."

Cameron Diaz admits life is "easier" without children.
The 'Sex Tape' actress - who is dating rocker Benji Madden - insists deciding not to have a family was not "easy" but was never "drawn" to being a mother.
She said: "It's so much more work to have children. To have lives besides your own that you are responsible for, I didn't take that on. That did make things easier for me. A baby, that's all day, every day for eighteen years. Not having a baby might really make things easier, but that doesn't make it an easy decision.
"I like protecting people, but I was never drawn to being a mother. I have it much easier than any of them. That's just what it is. Doesn't mean life isn't sometimes hard.
"I'm just what I am. I work on what I am. Right now, I think, things are good for me. I've done a lot. And I don't care anymore."
The 41-year-old beauty gets completely naked alongside Jason Segel in 'Sex Tape' and admitted audiences will see "everything" in her first ever nude scene.
She added to the new issue of Esquire magazine: "It's a first for me But Jason gets naked, too. It's just a part of the role. So I did it. I mean, you see everything."

Robin Thicke was mocked by Twitter users during a fan Q&A.
The singer came under fire from social media users when he gave people the opportunity to ask him questions about his new album 'Paula' using the hashtag #AskThicke.
Things took a turn for the worse during the VH1 hosted session when users blasted him for the sexist and misogynistic lyrics in his hit 'Blurred Lines' track.
One joker wrote, "Why would I need to #AskThicke? I know he wants it", while another scornfully asked, "What form of sexual or emotional abuse will you be normalising in your next jaunty hit? #AskThicke".
Another pun-loving fan posted: "#AskThicke Why are you such a pallid boob of a man? Never mind. I know, you wan tit."
The questions ranged from the downright rude and aggressive, criticising everything from his "greasy" appearance to his actions towards his estranged wife Paula Patton - who he split from last year amidst rumours he had cheated on her - to altogether random queries.
One person asked: "#AskThicke Why can't I open Gmail in Chrome? - getting a proxy server connection error."
Despite the torrent of abuse, Robin refused to rise to the bait and attempted to answer the questions rationally.
He replied, "What controversy? Hahaha" and "I'm a big boy. I can handle it", when asked about how harsh some of the questions had been.
Elsewhere, he revealed his biggest musical inspiration is The Beatles and 'Lock The Door' is his favourite track from his new album.

Karlie Kloss has a second bedroom just for beauty products.
The 21-year-old model has so many cosmetics she has been forced to give up an entire room in her New York City home just to house them.
Although the Victoria's Secret Angel insists she doesn't use them all.
She told the July edition of Elle magazine: "I have a whole second bedroom filled with products.. but I stick to the things that work.
"I like products that streamline my morning routine. "
The six-foot-one supermodel also tries to fit a work-out in to her daily routine but prefers exercising alone in her hotel room to hitting the gym.
She said: "Sometimes I get a better workout staying in my room and forcing myself to do half an hour or even 15 minutes versus going to the gym.
"Before I leave for work, I try to do something. It helps me feel better for the rest of the day."
Karlie - who has appeared on the cover of British Vogue and Harper's Bazaar - has previously said she sees herself "more as an athlete than just a model" and still hasn't decided on an official job title.
She explained to Into The Gloss: "I treat myself more as an athlete than just a model. I love to challenge myself physically and mentally.
"But I'm not a professional athlete, I'm not a professional dancer, I'm not a professional anything; I have never considered modelling an actual job title."

Julia Roberts' half-sister claimed the actress and her siblings "drove her" into depression.
Production assistant Nancy Motes died of an overdose in February and in her suicide note - which has been made public for the first time - she said her mother Betty, the 'Pretty Woman' star, actor Eric Roberts and actress Lisa Roberts Gillan deserved "nothing" because of the way they treated her.
The note, which has been obtained by MailOnline, begins by saying Nancy's fiance John Dilbeck can have "whatever he wants" of her possessions, including their dog Lucy.
It continued: "My mother and so-called 'siblings' get nothing except the memory that they are the ones that drove me into the deepest depression I've ever been in.
"I have suffered thru this disease all my life, however It has never been this bad.
"I burst into tears every morning b/c I woke up.(sic)"
The note was filed in court papers in relation to probate of Nancy's estate and has three specific sections, one addressed to John, another to her mother and Julia, and a third addressed to "everyone".
However, the section addressed to Betty and the 46-year-old actress has not been made public as it isn't in the court file and under Californian law, the Los Angeles County Coroner is only obliged to give the pages to the person to whom they are addressed.
John - who found Nancy's body - has added his note, which sees him praised as her "one true love" and begged for forgiveness by the 'Glee' assistant, who described herself as "nothing but a junky".
She wrote: "I know this will effect you the most and & I can't apologize enough.
'I was truly blessed & lucky to have you as my true love and best friend. I will carry you with me forever.... And I am so sorry."
Nancy had a rocky relationship with her famous sibling, and before her death lashed out at her on Twitter.
She wrote: "Just so you all know, America's Sweetheart is a b*****
"Do you want to be a fan of someone so cruel? She's not even that good of an actress. Happy you totally f***** me'.(sic)".

Sofía Vergara's former fiance Nick Loeb is trying to woo her back.
The Colombian actress and the American businessman ended their engagement in May after two years but Nick isn't ready to let her go and reportedly travelled to New Orleans last weekend, where Sofia is currently shooting action-comedy 'Don't Mess With Texas' co-starring Reese Witherspoon, though his attempts were unsuccessful.
An insider told the New York Post's Page Six column: "Nick said he was going to New Orleans to win Sofía back...
"But they're not back together."
However, friends claim Nick, 38, is a reserve police officer for Louisiana who had to go on patrol and he spent time with Sofia's son Manolo, 22, and his cousin instead of her.
A source said: "He didn't see Sofía. He went to dinner with Manolo. They watched the Colombia [World Cup] match.
"Nick had no plans to see Sofía. The only plans he had were to hang out with Manolo and Manolo's cousin during his free time."
Sofia, 41, posted a cryptic message online after Nick's visit which read: "No one is coming to save you. This life of yours is 100 percent your responsibility."
Meanwhile, the brunette beauty also posted a number of sexy pictures online encouraging her country's team in the World Cup and no doubt showing Nick what he's missing.

A Rolling Stones museum is set to open in London.
Frontman Sir Mick Jagger was so inspired by the interactive tribute to pop group ABBA in their home town of Stockholm, Sweden, that he plans to set up a similar venue for his own rock 'n' roll band in the English capital.
According to the Daily Star newspaper, ABBA singer Bjorn Ulvaeus said: "I had heard he wanted to build a similar thing in London. That is why he wanted to come here and look. He is planning a Rolling Stones museum.
"It was an inspirational visit. Mick has saved lots of clothes which they can display. He had thousands of questions. Mick took loads of photos."
As well as iconic tour costumes from their lengthy career, the Rolling Stones museum is likely to include instruments and special memorabilia courtesy of band members Mick, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood.
Mick, 70, was driven to the Abba venue in a blacked-out Mercedes to keep his after-hours visit under wraps. He reportedly performed with a singing hologram as Bjorn took him around the museum.

Monty Python had fans in hysterics as they kicked off their residency at London's The O2 arena last night (01.07.14).
The legendary comedy troupe - consisting of John Cleese, Michael Palin, Eric Idle, Terry Gilliam and Terry Jones - dusted off old sketches, including the Dead Parrot skit, to rapturous laughter from a star-studded audience that included Emma Thompson and David Walliams on the first night of their 'Monty Python Live (Mostly): One Down, Five To Go' shows.
The stars kicked off the show with a touching cartoon tribute to late sixth member Graham Chapman, who died at the age of 48 in 1989. The late funnyman continued to have a presence throughout the show, even performing the final number of the evening - 'Always Look on the Bright Side of Life' - with the five surviving members.
Speaking prior to the show, Eric explained that it was important to ensure Graham's spirit was felt during Monty Python's final shows.
He told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Graham is on screen and even sings the last number. We want to make his presence noticeable in the show so he is not forgotten."
The gig featured a mix of live sketches - including the famed Nudge Nudge, Four Yorkshiremen and the Bruces - musical numbers and animation.
At one point, Michael stunned the crowd by stripping down to a skimpy pair of women's underwear.
The stars were joined onstage by Stephen Fry for a sketch titled Blackmail, while Stephen Hawking also made a surprise appearance in a video.
The septuagenarian comics will perform nine more gigs at The O2, with the last show on July 20 marking their final performance together as a group.

Robin Thicke thinks making music is like therapy.
The 37-year-old singer - who split from his wife Paula Patton after nine years of marriage this February - thinks his apology album entitled 'Paula', which he dedicated to the 38-year-old actress, was a therapeutic experience as it allowed him to admit his faults.
He told radio station Hot 97: "My music is my therapy. When I make these songs and I listen back to them, they make me feel good about myself because at least I'm admitting my faults, I'm trying to become a better man and better person.
"This album is dedicated to her, but half of it is about my problems and me getting certain things together so I can be the kind of man that I wanted to be."
The couple - who have a four-year-old son, Julien, together - split following rumours Robin had been propositioning other women after the success of his Grammy Award-nominated single 'Blurred Lines'.
He explained: "Last year was really just kind of a blur in many ways, no pun intended. Everything happened so fast and you don't realize all the things that come with it.
"I changed and I got a little too selfish and a little too greedy and a little to full of myself. At this point in our relationship, the only reason we're not together is because of the choices I made."
Robin also made a heartfelt public apology to Paula at this year's BET Awards at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles over the weekend.
The singer took to the stage to perform 'Forever Love' during the ceremony and dedicated the track to his estranged spouse.
He said: "Good evening, my name is Robin Thicke. I'd like to dedicate this song to my wife, and say, 'I miss you, and I'm sorry.' This is called 'Forever Love.' "
