Ian Ziering says being away from his kids is ‘torture’

Ian Ziering finds it "torture" being away from his children.
The 'Sharknado 2' star - who plays Fin Shepherd in the upcoming TV movie - admits he hates leaving his two daughters, Mia, three, and Penna, 14 months, whom he has with his second wife Erin Kristine Ludwig, when he goes away to work on projects.
He explained: "Being able to share these experiences with my family makes it even more the worth while. It's tough when I'm away from them though and it hurts.
"That's the sacrifice you have to make as a family and provider. This is what I do for a living, you know. I've always wanted a family and now that I have one, to be away working is like torture."
However, the 50-year-old hunk believes his hard work will pay off eventually as he'll be able to spend more time with them and his wife in the future.
He said: "It's not so often that they're able to travel with me. But I'm working hard now and hopefully what I'm doing now will enable me to spend more quality time with them later."
Meanwhile, Ian - who began acting at the age of just 12 years old and became well known later in life for his role in 'Beverly Hills 90210' in 1990 - isn't sure if he'll want his daughters to follow in his footsteps and have a showbiz career but he insists he'll be supportive of whatever they want to achieve in life.
He told BANG Showbiz: "I'd like them to do whatever they want to do. I'd be supported of whatever goals they're hoping to achieve."
'Sharknado 2: The Second One' airs Thursday 31 July at 9pm on Syfy.

Katy Perry is open to having kids alone

Katy Perry is open to having a baby alone.
The 'Dark Horse' hitmaker, who is currently dating music producer Diplo after splitting from John Mayer earlier this year, plans to have a family even if she never meets the right man, but doesn't want to become a mother in the near future.
The 29-year-old star, who previously admitted she split from ex-husband Russell Brand in 2011 because she wasn't ready to have children, told the new issue of Rolling Stone magazine: "I don't need a dude. It's 2014! We are living in the future; we don't need anything. I don't think I'll have to, but we'll see. I'm not anti-men. I love men. But there is an option if someone doesn't present himself."
Katy's older sister, Angela Hudson, welcomed her first child into the world in February and it made the singer realise she still isn't ready for motherhood.
She said: "I see that my sister is completely devoted to [her] kid, 24 hours a day. And so far, the little girl is so alert, so aware, so conscious, so beautiful, so happy, and I want to be doing that in the right time, and that's not in the next two years, you know? Maybe it's in a five-year plan, but I need to really be able to focus 100 percent of my attention on it. I don't really want to take the child on tour. Not until, like, birth through five is over..."
The 'Birthday' hitmaker - real name Katheryn Hudson - sees a therapist on a regular basis, as it helps her cope with fame.
She explained: "That's a safe place for me to actually work out everything that's going on inside by a person who knows me as Katheryn Hudson. Not as Katy Perry. I would say anyone that's in this business should be doing that regularly -- to have that kind of accountability, because you get to a place where, like, no one holds you accountable. You can do anything you want, and it's so destructive."

Doutzen Kroes welcomes second child

Doutzen Kroes has given birth to her second child.
The Victoria's Secret model and her DJ husband, Sunnery James, welcomed daughter Myllena Mae into the world in her native the Netherlands this morning (30.07.14).
The couple, who also have son Phyllon Joy, three, told UsMagazine.com: "Both of our families are beyond thrilled to finally meet our beautiful and healthy little girl. She's a true blessing!"
The 29-year-old star also shared a picture of her entire family on Twitter shortly after giving birth, with the caption: "A miracle saw the light of day this morning."
She added: "Welcome Myllena Mae. Mommy, Daddy and brother Phyllon are super proud!"
Doutzen, who announced her second pregnancy in February, previously admitted she hopes her daughter doesn't follow in her footsteps.
She said: "Though I love my job, I'm not changing the world. I'd love for her to study and to have different aspirations. We need to teach girls they can become presidents, and it's not about beauty all the time."
The top model began dating Sunnery in 2009 and they married in Amsterdam in November 2010.

Robert Pattinson says split from Kristen Stewart was ‘normal’

Robert Pattinson insists he no longer "gives a s**t" that Kristen Stewart cheated on him.
The 'Twilight Saga' star, who split from the 24-year-old actress last year after he struggled to get over her brief affair with married director Rupert Sanders in 2012, says the demise of their relationship was "normal" because they're "just young people."
The 28-year-old British actor told the UK's Esquire magazine: "S**t happens, you know? It's just young people...it's normal! And honestly, who gives a s**t?"
But 'The Rover' star still felt protective over the brunette beauty after they broke-up.
He explained: "The hardest part was talking about it afterwards. Because when you talk about other people, it affects them in ways you can't predict. It's like that scene in 'Doubt,' where he's talking about how to take back gossip? They throw all those feathers from a pillow into the sky and you've got to go and collect all the feathers."
Despite his success, Robert claims he doesn't understand why people are interested in him.
He said: "I don't understand why. I think it goes through periods where you're assigned 'this is the guy to follow'. But whenever I see a bunch of paparazzi hanging out, I always think, 'Oh God, what have they found out!' Oh, that love child! I totally forgot!"
The actor first realised he was famous when he showed up to a nightclub and his name was already on the guest list.
He said: "I was going to clubs in L.A. and you had to call the promoters ahead of time to get on the guest list. But one time I forgot to call, and I was on the list anyway. That's when I knew. I showed up with mustard down my T-shirt and they're like giving me the wink, 'Yeah, man, you're on the list.' "

Kate Bosworth ready for kids

Kate Bosworth is ready to have children.
The 31-year-old actress thinks raising a child with husband Michael Polish will be "tough" but she and the filmmaker - who she wed last August after a year-long romance - have already discussed how best to approach parenthood.
She told the new issue of Britain's InStyle magazine: "I know that it's going to be tough, but Michael and I will find humour in it.
"We're already convinced that our kids will do things that are hilarious."
And the 'Big Sur' actress says her "maternal instincts" kicked in when she first started spending time with 16-year-old Jasper, her spouse's daughter from a previous relationship.
She added: "After ordering pizza for the third time when she first started coming over, I knew I had to learn how to cook because I wanted to nurture her. These maternal instincts kicked in."
Meanwhile, Kate insists she never follows trends and will only wear clothes she feels comfortable in.
She said: "Early on, I learned not to let someone convince me to wear something - even the coolest or trendiest thing - if I don't feel it."

Jessica Alba love nachos and tequila

Jessica Alba loves nachos and tequila.
The 33-year-old star - who has daughters Honor, six, and Haven, two, with husband Cash Warren - is happy with her figure but she doesn't think she's in as good a shape as when she was dancing on a regular basis and claimed her love for Mexican snacks and alcohol may play a part in it as well.
Quizzed on what her favourite sinful indulgences were, she said: "I love nachos so much! And tequila.
"Looking back now, my friends are like, 'Your body was really good when you were dancing. You should do that more often!"
The 'Honey' actress - who is set to reprise her role as erotic dancer and occasional criminal Nancy Callahan in the sequel 'Sin City: A Dame to Kill For' - also revealed that she thinks acting allows her to come to terms with personal issues.
Speaking to Maxim magazine about her acting coach, the brunette beauty said: "She really believes that actors are here to tell stories and to heal people through healing themselves. And she believes every character is about healing something in your life."
She added: "I don't want to talk about my issues. But I definitely feel like I tackled something and came out the other side. Everything that led up to all this was worth it. I'm really comfortable in my own skin, and I'm not apologizing for myself."

Allison Williams to play Peter Pan

Allison Williams will play Peter Pan in a live TV broadcast of the musical.
The 'Girls' actress has been cast as the male protagonist in the three-hour live event for NBC, following on from the channel's successful 'The Sound Of Music' last year, which drew over 18 million viewers.
NBC's Twitter account said: "Dreams do come true! #Girls star Allison Williams will play Peter Pan in #PeterPanLive! (sic)"
A statement on NBC's website read: "Following in the footsteps of the phenomenally successful The Sound of Music LIVE! - which drew over 18 million viewers - comes this musical masterpiece that tells the beloved story of Peter Pan, the mischievous little boy who ran away to Neverland. Get ready for show-stopping stars, stunning costumes, extravagant sets and delightful music that will have everyone in your home singing along."
Allison's casting comes just weeks after it was revealed that Christopher Walken will take on the role of Captain Hook, Pan's nemesis.
NBC Entertainment chairman Bob Greenblatt said: "He's one of the most unique actors in our business. He might really just be a song and dance man at heart... This might be the first tap dancing Captain Hook you've ever seen."

Orlando Bloom ‘won’t tolerate disrespectful Justin Bieber’

Orlando Bloom refuses to tolerate Justin Bieber because he "doesn't respect women".
The 'Pirates of the Caribbean' star allegedly tried to punch the 20-year-old singer at swanky at restaurant Cipriani in Ibiza in the early hours of this morning (30.07.14) because the 37-year-old actor thinks the Never Say Never hitmaker needs to be "put in his place".
An insider told HollywoodLife.com: "Orlando is not a violent person. In fact, he's all about promoting peace.
"However, he will not tolerate a person, Justin Bieber included, who doesn't respect women. He thinks Justin needs to be put in his place and Orlando is well aware that Justin has badmouthed him before."
An eye-witness who claims to have seen the 'Lord of the Rings' star's alleged swing at the 'Beauty and a Beat' hitmaker insists the actor deliberately didn't connect with the pop star.
They told the website: "In mid-throw Orlando realised what he was doing and pulled back, making it look awkward and something that didn't connect."
It is not known why the pair clashed by Justin has been linked to Orlando's ex-wife Miranda Kerr, and the singer sparked further speculation she was the reason for their altercation by posting a picture of the Victoria's Secret model on his Instagram account and then quickly deleting it.
What's more, in April 2014 Orlando had a meal with Justin's on/off girlfriend Selena Gomez.
On video footage of the alleged punching incident obtained by website TMZ, Justin can be heard shouting: "What's up b***h?"
TMZ also reported that Justin ducked the punch and quickly left the venue as other guests at the party started applauding the English actor.
As well as Orlando and Justin, other stars at the party at Cipriani included Paris Hilton and P. Diddy.
Orlando split from Miranda last October and has three-year-old son Flynn with the model.

Daniel Radcliffe shaves fan’s head

Daniel Radcliffe shaved a fan's head on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' on Tuesday (29.07.14 ).
The 25-year-old actor warned his willing victim, Dan from Florida, that he wasn't "known for haircutting skills" but the eager young man didn't appear too concerned as the 'Woman in Black' star got to work.
Halfway through the haircut, Daniel quipped: "If I left you as you are now, no one would ever talk to you again."
And Jimmy added: "If we were to stop right now, this would be the worst haircut that anyone has ever received."
However, friends and family of the University of Florida student were impressed
Twitter user @hannnahrath wrote: "My cousin got his hair cut by Daniel Radcliffe on Jimmy Kimmel tonight."
And @LAXers4lifee added: "Our family friends were visiting California, went to LA & the older kid just got his hair cut by Daniel Radcliffe on jimmy kimmel #wtf."
Daniel was on the show to promote his latest movie 'What If', in which he plays a medical school dropout Wallace who has been repeatedly burned by bad relationships.
He meets Chantry, who lives with her boyfriend Ben, but the chemistry between them is undeniable.
