Michael Jackson used secret code words for sex, it has been claimed.
Lawyers acting for 36-year-old James Safechuck - who co-starred with the late King of Pop in a Pepsi commercial in the 1980s - have filed court documents asking he be allowed to file a claim against the 'Thriller hitmaker's estate after being molested nearly 100 times over a four-year period until he hit puberty and the documents contain a number of claims against the star.
The documents allege the accuser regularly shared the singer's bed and revealed Michael used code words for sex such as calling semen "duck butter" and describing an erection as "bright light, brick city".
According to TMZ, Safechuck also alleges the singer used secret signals and when they held hands, the 'Beat It' star - who died of acute Propofol intoxication in June 2009 - would scratch the inside of his hand with a finger to show he wanted sex.
Other claims in the documents include Michael performing a secret wedding ceremony complete with a ring and marriage certificate with his alleged victim.
Safechuck says the abuse made him question his own sexuality when he developed a crush on the star's then-backing singer Sheryl Crow - prompting the 'Billie Jean' hitmaker to get jealous and show him a number of unflattering photographs of the 'All I Wanna Do' star.
A lawyer acting for the estate insists the claims should be dismissed as they have been made so late, and because Safechuck has previously insisted nothing happened with the singer.
Howard Weitzman said: "Mr. Safechuck's request to file a late claim against the Jackson Estate so he can recover money from Michael's beneficiary will hopefully be rejected.
"This is a person that made his claim five years after Michael died, more than 20 years after the incidents supposedly happened and has given sworn testimony that Michael never did anything inappropriate to him."
The petition will be heard in court on September 4.

The 26-year-old actress plays Nebula - the main female villain in 'Guardians of the Galaxy' - and thought it would be a great idea to lick her opponents face in a fight and now Karen wants to become a Bond baddie and do the same to Daniel, who plays the titular spy.
She told Interview magazine: "I just want to lick [Daniel Craig's] face. In the movie I play Nebula, the female villain. She's really sadistic. One time, I had a man in a headlock, and then I just decided that Nebula would lick his face. I feel like she's a face licker."
Karen revealed it was her father who encouraged her to dream of becoming a Bond baddie rather than one of the spy's famous Bond girls.
She said: "My dad used to tell me when I was younger, 'You don't want to be a Bond girl; you want to be a villain. That stuck with me."
Karen shot to fame on 'Doctor Who' playing companion Amy Pond and she credits the sci-fi show for allowing her to hone her craft.
She said: "That was my real acting training. I like the sci-fi fans. It's really nice to be in things that people care about."

Kim Kardashian has legally changed her last name to West.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star, who married rapper Kanye West in May, has revealed she has applied for a passport with her new moniker.
The 33-year-old beauty shared an image of her new passport photograph, taken after her appearance on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' on Monday (04.08.14), on Instagram on Tuesday (05.08.14), with the caption: "New passport pic #Mrs.West #NameChange (sic)"
The reality TV star, who has 13-month-old daughter North with the 'New Slaves' hitmaker first changed her name to Kim Kardashian West on her social media accounts four days after she exchanged vows with Kanye, 37, in Italy on May 24.
The brunette beauty also previously revealed she wanted to have the same last name as her third husband and daughter.
Shortly after getting engaged in October 2013, she said: "It'll be Kim Kardashian West. Not hyphened. Maybe make [Kardashian], like, the middle."
Kim recently said she feels like she and Kanye will "always be in the honeymoon period."
She said: "I feel as though we'll always be in the honeymoon period. We always say we really like to treat each other like it's our birthday. I try to treat him like it's his birthday every single day. I think we'll always be like that.
"We always try to make life as fun and enjoyable as possible.
"We do travel, and work really hard, when we're together - and even when we're apart, we're always on the phone 24/7 - just trying to make that time as memorable as possible."

Katherine Heigl's priorities "were messed up" when she starred on 'Grey's Anatomy.'
The 35-year-old actress, who has daughters, Naleigh, five, and Adalaide, two, with husband Josh Kelley, admits trying to balance the show's demanding work schedule and motherhood made her feel "angry and frustrated" after she adopted her eldest child in 2009.
The 'State of Affairs' star told the September issue of Good Housekeeping magazine: "I would come home angry and frustrated that I'd missed everything with my kid that day. I didn't get to wake her up from her nap or do bath time or bedtime. I'd have to sneak into her room and kiss her when she was sleeping, hoping not to wake her up."
She added: "I felt like my priorities were messed up. I was putting so much time and energy into just my work, but I was raised [to believe] that family comes first."
Katherine decided to focus on expanding her family and relocating from Los Angeles to Utah when she left the drama series in 2010 after five seasons.
She said: "We had big dreams of expanding our family, moving to the mountains and having a quieter life. Utah is spectacularly beautiful, the people are wonderful and kind, it's an easy commute from L.A. -- and there's no traffic!"

Joe Jonas' family is reportedly "relieved" he has split from Blanda Eggenschwiler.
The 24-year-old singer, who confirmed he had ended his 20-month relationship with the graphic designer and model on Tuesday (05.08.14), is said to have been "unhappy" for some time because she was "incredibly jealous" of his friendships with other women.
A source told gossip website RadarOnline.com: "She was always picking a fight with Joe and putting him down. Joe has been unhappy for a long time now, and she was one of the main reasons.
"Joe did not bring Blanda with him to Chicago to Lollapalooza this past weekend. He seemed to be happy and relaxed, which was a nice change."
The 'Pom Poms' hitmaker started partying more after he started seeing the Swiss-born beauty, 30, in November 2012, and his family were allegedly concerned.
The insider said: "Before meeting Blanda, Joe would go out and have fun, but not nearly as much as when they became a couple. She wanted to go out all the time, like every night."
"His family did not like Blanda at all. Everyone was always telling Joe that she was using him and he would not listen.
"She was incredibly jealous of all of his friendships with women, and she hated how women would throw themselves all over him. It eventually got to the point where Joe could not take it anymore."
Joe insisted that he has remained friends with Blanda after they "mutually decided to part ways."
But the source said: "I definitely do not see that happening."

Megan Fox claims her youngest son is "a beast."
The 'Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' star says her five-mont-old little boy, Bodhi, with husband Brian Austin Green is "an enormous child."
The 28-year-old actress, who also has son Noah, 23-months, with Brian, told UsMagazine.com: "He is nearing six months. We did just take him to the doctor, and he's an enormous child."
She added: "He's in the 95 percentile for height and weight. So I've got a beast on my hands."
The actress is besotted with her sons and enjoys watching them achieve new milestones.
She added: "Bodhi is finally starting to talk a little bit."
Last month, Megan admitted she feels "a lot of guilt" about being a working mother.
She said: "Before you have kids you really do not understand how much work it is and how consuming it is. And then you have one and you're like, 'Oh my God, my baby is my whole world.' Every moment of the day is dedicated to this one baby and then all of a sudden you have two babies! Their needs are so different.
"It's really hard to manage because I also don't let them watch TV. It's not like I'm going to sit Noah in front of the television so I can take care of Bodhi. I have to figure out how to incorporate Noah into the process and have him help me take care of Bodhi and make sure he doesn't get jealous and make sure nobody's neglected and everybody's needs are being met. As a mom it's hard because I don't feel like I'm ever giving either one of them 100 percent of my attention or 100 percent of myself, so I carry a lot of guilt."

Ian Somerhalder and Nikki Reed have adopted a horse together.
The 'Vampire Diaries' actor, who recently started dating the 'Twilight Saga' beauty after being friends for many years, shared a photograph of himself cosying up to their "big baby boy," Eagle, in a barn on Instagram on Tuesday (05.08.14).
The 35-year-old star also wrote: "Proud new dad. What amazing creatures they are. Wow. His name is Eagle. Thank you @iamnikkireed for snapping this special moment, with our big baby boy."
A source recently revealed that Ian and the 26-year-old actress are "smitten with each other."
The pair first sparked rumours they are dating after they were spotted at a farmer's market in Los Angeles last month, where Ian held a protective arm around Nikki, who separated from estranged husband Paul McDonald in March.
The couple previously went on double dates when they were with their former partners, and Nikki is said to still be good friends with Ian's ex-girlfriend, Nina Dobrev.
Ian and Nina split in May 2013 after three years of dating and earlier this year, she insisted: "I have an enormous amount of respect and love for [Ian] and everyone. That doesn't change, it shouldn't, otherwise why were you with them?"

Kirsten Dunst hopes to have her first child next year.
The 32-year-old actress, who has been dating Garrett Hedlund, 29, since 2012, admits she is feeling broody because two of her close friends are expecting babies.
The 'On the Road' actress told the September issue of Red magazine: "I'm in baby mode because two of my really good friends are pregnant right now.
"One of them is pretty chilled and the other's like, 'I can't wait to have a glass of wine!' I love it though. We've already picked her girl's name, it's done! I think 33 is a good age to have your first baby."
The blonde beauty admits she doesn't currently have any plans to get married or pregnant, but feels under pressure from her mother.
She said: "You don't know what's going to happen in the next 10 years. But I get asked that question a lot because I'm in my thirties and it's like: time to get married and have babies, right? That's the vibe. Well, I already have a mother to ask those questions, so nobody else needs to!"
The 'Bachelorette' actress, who sought treatment for depression in 2008, doesn't mind getting older, as she has learned to relax more, but thinks having children will be stressful.
She said: "I'm not as worried as I used to be. When I was younger, if I wasn't working, I would get anxiety. I'd feel like I should be doing something. But now, I'm so good at chilling out. In my thirties I've become really good friends with relaxing.
"Some people are like, 'I have to get outside, I have to do something.' And I'm like, 'I'm actually fine not doing anything.' I lost that part of myself. I'm sure one day, if I have kids, the anxiety of life will come back again, because you're worried about somebody else."

Kendall Jenner insists she's too busy for a boyfriend.
The 18-year-old model, who was reportedly spotted holding hands and leaving a party with Justin Bieber in Ibiza last week and enjoying a date with 5 Seconds of Summer star Ashton Irwin in New York City on Monday night (04.08.14), claims she doesn't have time for romance at the moment because of her jet-setting career.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star, who previously dated Harry Styles, told the September issue of Teen Vogue magazine: "I don't have a romantic life at the moment, so travelling doesn't bother me at all."
But the brunette beauty admits she often gets homesick when she is away from her family.
She said: "When I was young, I was the kid who would call my dad from a slumber party to beg him to come pick me up."
Kendall also claims that being a reality TV star made it harder for her to book modelling jobs until recently.
She said: "People didn't want to take a chance on me, I think because I was sort of known. They were a little bit on the fence about it. Some people might think that what I've done before made it easier for me to get jobs, but it was actually a disadvantage. I had to work even harder."
