Nina Dobrev has no feeling in her thumb after being bitten by a monkey last year.
The 'Vampire Diaries' actress was cuddling up to fluffy creature in Bali when it suddenly turned nasty and gouged a chunk out of her thumb with its gnashers.
Speaking to Jimmy Fallon on 'The Tonight Show' last night (05.08.14), she said: "Everybody made a joke, because everyone was like, 'Oh, you're the vampire girl!' But then they were like, 'Oh, you're going to turn into a monkey now, girl.'
"There's a thing with all my friends, like, I'm the clutziest person on the planet. Anything bad that could potentially happen, always does."
The 25-year-old star was even left with a scar from the animal attack and admits she is still feeling the effects ever since the cheeky creature locked down on the nerve running from her wrist.
She explained: "Now, I have no feeling in my thumb. I can move it, obviously. But it's a nerve. He bit on a nerve and now I can't feel anything."
However, the brunette beauty has managed to find a positive out of the painful situation because now she can't feel if people "caress" her thumb.
She joked: "If I was at a party and we were talking and you, like, caress my thumb, I would have no idea."

Taylor Lautner loves incense and candles.
The 'Twilight' star admits he doesn't tend to meditate but uses the scented aroma as a way to help him relax after a hard day at work.
The 22-year-old star told the Metro newspaper: "I don't meditate but I do love my incense. It didn't know it was considered new age. I have a wide variety of scented candles and love sandalwood incense."
Meanwhile, Taylor is still struggling to cope with being bombarded by adoring fans when he steps out in public, but he insists he's learnt to accept it because it feels "amazing" to be supported by so many people.
He explained: "There are still some random screams - it depends where you're hanging out. The screaming tends to happen when they expect to see you at an event and there's a crowd.
"When they don't expect to see you, it's a bit more emotional - that's when you get your criers. There was a fan waiting outside my hotel in London for the entire time I was filming [TV series] 'Cuckoo'. Just about every time I'd come home from work, no matter what time, she was there. She was extremely passionate."

Joe Thomas and Blake Harrison were sick after facing-off in a meat eating challenge while filming 'The Inbetweeners 2' in Australia.
The actors took each other on in a bid to consume a huge mass of calorific treats, including a kilogram of steak, a rack of ribs, a kilogram of fries and a salad, and while neither of them managed to eat everything, Blake, 29, claimed he got "very, very close".
Speaking at the world premiere of 'The Inbetweeners 2' in central London last night (05.08.14), he told BANG Showbiz: "Me and Joe did a meat eating challenge - we had to eat a kilogram of steak, a rack of ribs, a kilogram of fries and a salad.
"I got very, very close to completing it. Joe was nowhere near but, ultimately, we were both losers and quite sick at the end of it!"
The stars also sampled some more daring food on their jaunt to Australia, where much of the motion picture was filmed.
James Buckley added: "I had a bit of kangaroo, which was lovely. It was very nice to eat."
'The Inbetweeners 2' is open in UK cinemas now.

Kanye West claimed he is "the smartest celebrity" lawyers have ever dealt with during his deposition last year.
The 37-year-old rapper, who was charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft after he lashed out at a photographer in 2013, snapped at the paparazzo's lawyer Nate Goldberg during the lawsuit while making a dig at Britney Spears' low level of intelligence.
In the transcript, obtained by TMZ.com, Kanye said: "I'm the smartest celebrity you've ever f***ing dealt with. I'm not Britney Spears.
"I'm in the business of trying to make dope s**t for the world. You're in the business of representing scums and trying to make as much money as long as there's this lapse in the law."
Mr. Goldberg then questioned Kanye on his track 'Flashing Lights', quoting the lyrics: "Till I get flashed by the paparazzi, damn, these ni**as got me."
Kanye hit back: "You have to ask for a hall pass. You can't just say the 'n' word around me. It offends me because you're a white person saying ni**a."
The 'Bound 2' hitmaker also claimed celebrities feel like black people fighting for civil rights in the 1960s.
He said: "I mean in the 60s people used to hold up 'Die N****r' signs when my parents were in the sit-ins also."
Kanye was sentenced to two years probation, 250 hours community service and anger management sessions after allegedly attacking Daniel Ramos and damaging his camera outside LAX airport in Los Angeles in July 2013.

Zoe Saldana has an "uninhibited" sex life.
The 'Guardians of the Galaxy' actress - who is believed to be pregnant with twins - insists she and spouse Marco Perego are very relaxed in the bedroom, but she would draw the line at having a threesome or watching pornography with her spouse.
Discussing what constitutes a good sex life, she told the September issue of Cosmopolitan for Latinas magazine: "To be uninhibited. I'm not talking about bringing in a third person or watching porn all night.
"Pornography is not sex education - it's the opposite!"
The 36-year-old beauty recently admitted she is pleased she and her artist spouse - who married last year - met one another later in life because it meant they were comfortable and secure with themselves, so have more to offer.
She said: "We give each other a great deal of support and love but it wasn't because we found it in each other, we came that way and then got together.
"That's what I love about it. I do believe whatever's meant to be will be - but had the universe said, 'Let's just wait, he's going to come into your life later', I would've been fine on this journey I was on just knowing who the f**k I was."

James Corden is to host 'The Late Late Show'.
The British actor-and-presenter will reportedly take over from Scottish host Craig Ferguson - who announced his departure in April after nine years at the helm - on the CBS nightly talk show, sources "with knowledge of the situation" told website The Wrap.
Neither the 'One Chance' actor nor CBS - who will see Craig depart at the end of the year - have commented on the claims yet.
James' reported appointment comes after several other names were in the frame for the role, including British comedian John Oliver, 'How I Met Your Mother' actor Neil Patrick Harris, and US talk show host Chelsea Handler.
'The Late Late Show' airs on weekdays after the 'Late Show with David Letterman' and began in 1995.
It features a mixture of celebrity guests and people who have featured in the news, and under its departing host the emphasis of the programme has been on comedy.
Past hosts of the show include Craig Kilborn, who took the reins in 1999 in a bid to attract a younger audience, and former news reporter Tom Snyder, who was the programme's original presenter.

Jerry Hall insists Sir Mick Jagger can "do what he likes".
The Texan supermodel has defended her 71-year-old ex-husband - with whom she has four children, Lizzie 30, James, 28, Georgia, 21, and 16-year-old Gabriel - for being pictured with other women months after the suicide of his long-term girlfriend L'Wren Scott in March, insisting the criticism of his actions has been unfair.
She told the new issue of Good Housekeeping magazine: "I didn't see any of that. He is single now and he can do what he likes.
"We are very, very friendly. We speak about the children and we really get on well."
Jerry admits L'Wren's death has been "traumatic" for the whole family, but the Rolling Stones rocker has been getting through the ordeal thanks to a "lot of love and support" from his kids", which also include Karis, 43, and Lucas, 14, from other relationships.
She added: "It was very traumatic for the whole family.
"We all got on really well, peace was reigning. It was a shock for the whole family, and Mick was just devastated - it was a big shock for him."
While the 58-year-old beauty is grateful she and the 'Paint it Black' rocker - who she split from in 1999 after nine years of marriage - still get on well, she admits it has been "challenging" making family life work because there are so many people involved.
She added: "Of course it is challenging. Because we used to be married and you have a divorce and then there are children from different mums ... I'm sure anyone would agree that is a challenge!
"But we all love each other, and I get on great with all the mums."

Irish actor Gabriel Byrne has married his long-term girlfriend Hannah Beth King.
The 64-year-old star tied the knot to the brunette producer at Ballymaloe House in Cork in a "fabulous" ceremony, the owner of the luxury manor has confirmed.
Speaking to irishmirror.ie, Hazel Allen, who runs the establishment, said: "Well our policy is not to give out information on our guests, but yes I can tell you that it was fabulous."
Sources told the publication that the happy couple spent the weekend in the area and then got married on Monday (04.08.14).
Politician Mannix Flynn was one of the first people to publically congratulate his 'Usual Suspects' star friend on his marriage.
Speaking on RTE's 'Liveline', he said: "I want to congratulate both of them and wish many years of great togetherness and happiness, that's fantastic news.
"That's a very strong statement to each other and they did it in a great place. It's a fantastic location for anybody to tie the knot so to speak."
Gabriel previously married Ellen Barkin in 1988 but they separated amicably in 1993 and later divorced in 1999.

Sofia Vergara's friends think Joe Manganiello is a "good influence" on her.
The 'Modern Family' actress has been romancing the 'True Blood' star for several weeks and the hunky actor has been advising his new girlfriend on diet and fitness and she has even curbed her partying.
A source told RadarOnline.com: "Joe has been a really good influence on her.He is teaching her that she can have just as much fun without drinking and has gotten her into fitness and health. They even workout together."
The 37-year-old actor is said to be smitten with the 42-year-old brunette beauty, who he began dating soon after her two-year engagement to Nick Loeb came to an end.
The source added: "Joe is so happy right now. He is really into Sofia! The two are now inseparable."
The insider claims Joe has "long-term sobriety" and is always happy to assist other people wanting to turn their backs on drinking.
The source said: "He helps out a bunch of great guys that really look up to him."
Joe recently spoke of the pride he takes in his physique, insisting he is a "unicorn" amongst actors.
He said: "A lot of the actors who are on the cover of lifestyle magazines look like they've had their waistline airbrushed or they're wearing winter clothes or whatever.
"I see them and think, 'That guy doesn't work out, I know that guy and he smokes two packs of cigarettes a day and is a complete drunk on the weekends. Now he's putting out an illusion on the cover of a glossy magazine.'
