Kim Kardashian: North West is ‘fascinated’ by beauty regime

Kim Kardashian says North is "fascinated" by her beauty regime.
The reality TV star has revealed her 13-month-old daughter loves to watch her mother get ready and it gives them some quality time together.
She told UsMagazine.com: "North actually will totally sit on my lap and is fascinated when I'm getting my hair blown out.
"And when I'm getting my makeup done [too] I'll give her a little makeup brush, and she'll be entertained."
Kim also explained how becoming her growing family with husband Kanye West has meant she isn't able to get spray tanned as often as she used to, and has instead decided to do it herself because it's hard to find time to make an appointment.
She added: "I used to spray tan more before I got married. I would get it so dark and look so crazy ... I don't really have as much time [now], so I just like to spray myself.
"The baby and husband are in bed sleeping, I spray myself and go to bed. No one wants to come in the middle of the night once everyone's down, so it just makes it easy."

Jesse Eisenberg gets more cautious

Jesse Eisenberg is increasingly guarded about his personal life.
The 30-year-old actor - who starred in 'The Social Network' and 'Zombieland' - has seen his profile rise markedly in recent years, but admits he's no more comfortable talking about himself in interviews.
Asked whether it becomes easier talking to reporters, he said: "No, it becomes increasingly harder because I try not to say anything personal about myself that I don't want to say.
"But maybe if that gets out in an article then I forget it comes out, or it doesn't occur to me it comes out, and I meet you and you reference it I think, 'Oh goodness, this is what people think?' It's so strange."
Eisenberg has been cast in the role of Lex Luther in the eagerly-awaited 'Batman v Superman' film - and he admits to avoiding fan reaction online because the views are typically negative and he knows the most positive feedback comes from personal interactions.
He added to ShortList magazine: "Of course I don't look for anything like that, because people are there to say mean things.
"If somebody wants to say something nice they'll do it in person or forget about it. You learn very early on not to look. Unless you're some kind of masochist."

Kate Moss made £5 million last year

Kate Moss made £5 million last year.
The 40-year-old model mainly secured the hefty sum through brand deals.
The figures - which are for the year ending October 31, 2013 - show she cashed in from deals with Rimmel, Topshop and most recently, biker brand Matchless.
Kate also collected money from her two firms, which have assets of £16.7 million.
A source revealed to 'The Sun' newspaper: "In the accounts for 2012 the two firms were worth £11.7 million but by the end of 2013 that had risen to almost £17 million.
"It shows Kate's earnings aren't slowing as she gets older and that she's still being handed big sums by clothing brands who are desperate to get her in their gear."
Meanwhile, Arcadia mogul Philip Green has slammed reports that Kate's Topshop collection isn't selling well, after eager eyes spotted pieces from her collection being discounted.
Philip told 'The Daily Mail' newspaper: "The range was very, very successful and we waited until the end of the season to clear whatever was left. No more complicated than that.
"There's nothing untoward, whether it's got Kate Moss in it, or any other brand, what we've got left at the end of the season around the globe, we sell. There's nothing that sells 100 per cent, whatever it is - it doesn't exist in any business."

Mariah Carey splits with producer after bad sales

Mariah Carey has parted company with Jermaine Dupri after bad album sales.
The 44-year-old singer - who had worked with the producer for nearly 20 years - has now teamed up with Kevin Liles.
A representative for Mariah told Page Six that he is "consulting with Carey."
The pair joined forces to launch a beverage line, 'Butterfly', last year.
Mariah and Jermaine had been working together since 1995 and in that time, he was behind some of her most successful hits including 'We Belong Together'.
The decision to split was made after her latest album, 'Me. I Am Mariah . . . The Elusive Chanteuse', only sold just over 100,000 copies since its release in May.
Jermaine also came under fire for arranging for Mariah to perform to José Eduardo dos Santos and his family.
Mariah was slammed by human rights groups for performing for the Angolan politician, who is accused of many human rights violations as well as corruption.
Meanwhile, Jermaine told 'Billboard' magazine earlier this week: "I'm a very hands-on person when it comes to my work.
"I put my all into every project. But when I'm not allowed to do what I do, then I know it's time for me to move on.
"Mariah and I enjoy working together and will continue to make great music together in the future."

Sinead O’Connor thinks Justin Bieber is being sexualised

Sinead O'Connor believes Justin Bieber is being sexualised.
The 47-year-old singer has revealed that young male celebrities like the 'Beauty and a Beat' star are at risk of "being sold on [their] sexuality".
She told 'Magic FM', "I think that people focus an awful lot on the female aspect to this, but it is also the males. The very young male artists who are practically children or look like children are also being sexualised.
"Justin Bieber is a great example. When he came along he was only 16 years of age. Obviously he was extraordinarily talented, so I'm not trying to negate that, but he was very much being sold on his sexuality."
The 'Nothing Compares 2 U' hitmaker also thinks that Britney Spears' school girl outfit in 'Baby One More Time' was inappropriate.
She said: "Britney Spears, of course was quite inappropriately young to be sold in that way, dressed up in a school uniform.
"But I think that really people forget that the guys are going through it as well, and I think that is quite important."
Sinead - who famously wrote an open letter to Miley Cyrus, warning that she was being "pimped" by the music industry - explained her concerns about the oversexualisation of young celebrities.
She said: "What concerns me is that the audience of these artists are children themselves.
"The children are being sexualised too early and both the male and female sense of worth is focused on the way they look and whether or not they are attractive to the opposite sex."

Ray Winstone: I’m not a hardman

Ray Winstone insists he's just a "dad", not a "hardman".
The 57-year-old actor has a reputation for being a tough guy thanks to his roles in gritty movies like 'Nil By Mouth' and 'London Boulevard', but he insists he's nothing like the characters he plays on screen.
Ray explained: "People write things like I'm a hardman, they just write things like that.
"I'm not like that - I'm a dad. I've got three daughters. I look after my family and that's that. I'm not a hardman."
As father to three daughters - 32-year-old rapper-and-model Lois, 29-year-old actress Jaime and 13-year-old Ellie - and husband to his wife of 35 years, Elaine, Ray admitted that spending time with his children is what he cherishes most and revealed he takes inspiration from his black cab driver father Raymond J. Winstone and his late mother, Margaret Richardson.
He told Loaded magazine: "I had a good life growing up. There wasn't the money but my dad and mum kept a family together. My gran and granddad were the same. We've tried to have the same approach towards the girls. I sometimes think I've been a bit strict - but I'm also a big softie really. I worry for them, obviously."

Jada Pinkett Smith worried about changing her name

Jada Pinkett Smith was worried how her fans would react when she took Will Smith's last name.
The 'Madagascar' actress, who has daughter Willow, 13, and son Jaden, 16, with her husband of 17 years, feared she would be criticised for failing to be an "independent woman" by sticking to tradition and changing her name after they tied the knot in 1997.
In a new blog post on her Facebook page, she wrote: "The dilemma you face whether to change your last name to your husband's is a timely one. I have always believed that an empowered woman is one that can stand on her own two feet and has the strength to trust her personal code of womanhood and not necessarily the code that a collective creates as the standard to which an independent woman must adhere to, to actually be identified as...independent."
She eventually decided to add Smith to her original moniker, Jada Pinkett.
She added: "Each woman carries a different code so that she may never be replicated and is assured her individuality and freedom. As long as your decision reflects your personal code towards building the woman you want to be in this world...congrats...job well done."
The 42-year-old actress recently gushed about her marriage to Will and how it has "evolved."
She said: "Will, to me, encompasses everything. It's almost as if calling him 'my husband' is too small of a word for what he means in my life... I think I had a very stuck idea of what a husband looks like, what a wife should be. Once I broke all of that, a whole new world opened for me and man, oh, man, I got to see him in all his glory. And so that's what it's evolved into. And I'm just ecstatic about it."
