Cheryl Fernandez-Versini owns 2,000 pairs of shoes.
The former Girls Aloud star believes the right footwear is key to pulling an outfit together and would never wear anything with a flat sole.
Asked whether she had a big shoe collection, the 31-year-old beauty explained: "If I counted I think it would be 2,000 pairs - if I have rooms filled with them!
"For me, shoes can completely make an outfit - I could just be wearing jeans and a vest top, but put them with a banging pair of heels and it becomes a cool outfit. I never wear flats, even my trainers have heels."
The 'Crazy Stupid Love' singer - who married businessman Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini in a surprise ceremony last month - is always keen to achieve a glamorous look whenever she steps out in public.
She explained to Closer magazine: "I love old-fashioned glamour, people like [50s movie stars] Sophia Loren and Marilyn Monroe. Even from a young age, I always loved glamour and gorgeous women and how clothes made them look."
Despite this, Cheryl insists that she doesn't dress for the benefit of others and is instead keen to be "fun and individual" with her style.

Kimberley Walsh's partner is going to knit their baby a pair of mittens.
The 32-year-old star - who is eight months pregnant with her first child - admits she was shocked to find out her boyfriend Justin Scott was so talented when it comes to making clothes and she is hoping he will turn his hand at creating some garments when their little one is born.
Speaking about Justin revealing his knitting skills, she said: "I laughed out loud as we've been together for more than 10 years and I didn't know that!
"Apparently his grandma taught him when he was younger. I might set him the task of making some baby mittens. He's going to wish he hadn't told me!"
Kimberley discovered Justin's knitting skills after she showed him a cardigan her mum created for their baby.
She said: "I like it so much I've decided it's going to be the top the baby will wear when I bring him or her home from the hospital."
While her eyesight has deteriorated during her pregnancy, Kimberley admits she has enjoyed her pregnancy.
She wrote in her column for Britain's OK! magazine: "Apparently your eyesight can get better again after the birth, so fingers crossed! But all in all I focus on the positives.
"I've enjoyed being pregnant. I've enjoyed being pregnant - I think it's an amazing thing!"

Eva Marie says the fan reaction to 'Total Divas' has exceeded her expectations.
Eva, 29, is one of the main stars of the new reality show, which follows the most famous females from the WWE, and the flame-haired beauty admits she's been overwhelmed by the reaction of viewers.
She told BANG Showbiz: "Oh my goodness! Since the show aired in the UK, my Twitter feed and social media in general has been going crazy. I mean, I'm so excited that 'Total Divas' has finally come over to the UK.
"We have so many fans. It think some of my biggest fans are from the UK ... and they could not wait for 'Total Divas' to start airing because the anticipation had already grown."
Eva added: "What you'll see in season one is my growth and I immediately got put into the mix with everything. You'll see the progression that'll be in the ring, but I also got to do a lot of amazing opportunities."

Kristen Bell admits her second pregnancy is "five percent harder."
The 'Veronica Mars' star, who already has daughter Lincoln, 15 months, with husband Dax Shepard, says she is more "active" these days because she is so busy chasing after their toddler.
Asked to compare both experiences, the 34-year-old actress told UsMagazine.com: "It's been exactly the same. Maybe five percent harder because I chase a toddler, but at the same time, it keeps me active. But yeah, it's been identical."
The blonde beauty is determined to have a healthy pregnancy and doesn't have any junk food cravings.
She said: "I gave up refined sugar a couple of months ago. And that keeps my cravings low. I mean, I still crave food in general but I'm not like waking up with a starve, going, 'I need dark chocolate!' "
Kristen recently confessed she didn't have a lot of time to focus on her unborn baby.
She said: "It's hard to take focus off her [Lincoln] and think about the second baby, even though the second baby is here and growing."
She added: "Lincoln's like my television. I love being a mom and I love watching her explore the world and talk to me about things. It's mostly babbles, but she signs, and so we can communicate. I've never been so interested in anything in my entire life. I have heard parents say that when you have a second child, your love doesn't divide, it multiplies, so I have confidence that will happen. And then eventually, I'll explode."

Mila Kunis celebrated her 31st birthday at an ice-cream parlour.
The 'Friends with Benefits' actress, who is set to give birth to her first child in "less than a month," was spotted enjoying a "very playful" romantic date with fiancé Ashton Kutcher, 36, at Sweet Rose Creamery on Beverly Boulevard in Los Angeles to mark the special occasion on Thursday (14.08.14).
A source told UsMagazine.com: "They were very playful, grooving to the music playing in the shop, and clearly just really focused on and into each other!
"He was totally doting on her - rubbing her belly and opening the door for her."
The eyewitness added: "They looked so in love and were acting goofy!"
The 'Ted' star, who is expecting a baby girl, also attended a prenatal yoga class earlier in the day, where she was given a bouquet of purple flowers for her birthday.
The former 'That 70s Show' star recently admitted she is looking forward to marrying her old co-star, and is believed to be preparing to walk down the aisle next July.
She previously said: "I never wanted to get married. From the age of 12, I prepared my parents for no marriage. Then things changed - I found the love of my life. Now my theory on weddings is: Don't invite anyone. Do it privately and secretly. My parents are okay with that. They're just excited that I said yes."

Kylie Jenner reportedly crashed her new Range Rover on Thursday night (14.08.14).
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star, who got the $90,000 black SUV shortly before her 17th birthday last Sunday (10.08.14), claims she was driving home from Katsuya in Glendale, California when she was hit by another driver.
The fashion designer told her parents, Bruce and Kris Jenner, who are believed to given her the vehicle late last month ahead of her birthday celebrations, that a woman swerved into her lane and rear ended her, according to gossip website TMZ.com.
The accident resulted in thousands of dollars in damage to the Range Rover.
Kylie received a $125,000 Mercedes SUV for her 16th birthday last year, shortly after passing her driving test, but crashed it less than three weeks later.
She has also allegedly received multiple traffic tickets since getting her license.
Her 18-year-old sister, Kendall Jenner, also received a $90,000 black Range Rover from Bruce and Kris for her 16th birthday in November 2011.
A source said at the time: "Kendall was thrilled and jumped right in the car with friends.
"She spent about 15 minutes in there checking everything out, oohing and aahing over the car. She was in the driver's seat and her friends were crowding around her inside the car."

Eddie Redmayne says his fiancée is the mastermind behind their upcoming wedding.
The 32-year-old British actor, who got engaged to his publicist Hannah Bagshawe while on holiday in late May, insists he isn't a groomzilla and is very relaxed about their nuptials.
Speaking about their engagement, the 'Les Miserables' star told E! News: "It's going good! It's amazing!"
Asked about their wedding plans, he added: "I'm sort of leaving most of it up to my fiancée, but we're getting there!"
Eddie, who was briefly linked to Carey Mulligan after they were spotted holding hands in New York City in 2011, popped the question to his girlfriend of more than two years after asking his future father-in-law for permission.

I recently wore a blue suit - and I had to ask her if it was really blue rather than purple. She assured me it was blue. I could not tell the difference. I'm lucky to be with someone who is very supportive."

Police say "a number of people" have come forward with new information about Sir Cliff Richard.
Officers searched the 73-year-old star's penthouse in Sunningdale, Berkshire, South East England for five hours yesterday (14.08.14), as part of a new investigation after he was accused of sexually assaulting a young boy at an event in 1985.
And a spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police said: "Since the search took place a number of people have contacted the police to provide information and we must acknowledge that the media played a part in that, for which we are grateful."
The 'Summer Holiday' hitmaker previously admitted he had been aware of the allegations against him for "many months."
In a statement, he said: "For many months I have been aware of allegations against me of historic impropriety which have been circulating online.
"The allegations are completely false. Up until now I have chosen not to dignify the false allegations with a response, as it would just give them more oxygen.
"However, the police attended my apartment in Berkshire today without notice, except it would appear to the press."
The singer - who is currently believed to be residing at his home in Portugal - added: "I am not presently in the UK but it goes without saying that I will cooperate fully should the police wish speak to me.
"Beyond stating that today's allegation is completely false it would not be appropriate to say anything further until the police investigation has concluded."
A source close to the singer told Channel Five News that he is now "on his way back to the London" to fight the allegations.

Ashlee Simpson's ex-boyfriend is "best friends" with her fiancé.
Ryan Cabrera, who dated the blonde beauty, 29, in 2004 and was the inspiration for her hit 'Pieces of Me,' claims he is thrilled the blonde beauty is marrying Evan Ross, whom he has known since they were children.
The 32-year-old star told UsMagazine.com: "Evan's been one of my best friends, he used to sleep on my couch way back in the day since he was a baby. And then to see him with obviously another friend of mine is great."
He also confirmed that he and Evan, who is Diana Ross' son, have been working in the recording studio together.
He said: "Originally, we were working on his album together, so I was helping him write songs for his record. Then we came up with this one song that just worked right for me."
The couple, who are preparing to get married later this month, were spotted attending Ryan's birthday in Malibu, California in July, and he insists there is nothing strange about their friendship.
He said: "Ash and Ev came to my birthday party. I'm friends with pretty much most of the girls I've dated except for the most recent one because it's a little fresh."
But he admits he isn't sure if he will attend their wedding.
He said: "I don't know, depends if I'm in town."
