David Hasselhoff thinks Justin Bieber is a "cool guy".
The 'Baywatch' star confessed he had "a lot of fun" with the 20-year-old singer on the set of his latest video and claims the unlikely duo had "a blast" working together.
According to People.com, he said: "We had a lot of fun, and he's a cool guy.
"You'll hear more about it, but we're just keeping it quiet because it's really a cool video, and we had a blast."
The 62-year-old actor also quickly deleted a post from his Twitter account following the shoot in which he shared that he, Justin and Australian pop star Cody Simpson had enjoyed a "great day" filming the video.
He said yesterday(21.09.14): "What a great day @CodySimpson @justinbieber Emile our director for new video ... signing t shirts for charity! RESPECT!"
David also posted an image of himself wearing his iconic Baywatch shorts and jacket, however it is not known if the photo is related to the mystery project.
Meanwhile, Cody, 17 - who is working on a duet album with Justin - recently jumped to the defence of his new pal following his altercation with Orlando Bloom in July.
The 'Boyfriend' hitmaker had to dodge a punch from the 'Lord of the Rings' star at a party in Ibiza after reportedly making a reference to the actor's ex-wife Miranda Kerr - who he was romantically linked with during their marriage - but Cody insists his misdeeds can be put down to his youth.
He said: "Obviously we're all young and he gets himself into some stuff sometimes.
"He's a person I'd go to for everything. He's like a big brother.
"He has the world in his hands as he does a lot of good as well. I've got all good things to say."

Ariana Grande's life coach quit because he "couldn't handle" her bad attitude.
According to the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column, the 21-year-old singer's former employee - who was in charge of keeping her focussed and healthy - quit his post months ago because of her diva-like behaviour.
The news follows on from reports the ex-Nickelodeon star has been difficult to work with on photo shoots and is fast becoming one of the most high maintenance figures in the industry.
An insider said: "He just couldn't take it anymore. Everything people are saying about her is true."
The 'Problem' hitmaker is said to have acted "like a child" during a recent shoot and has even been accused of being rude to her loyal fans.
A source said: "She'll only be photographed from the left side, in a certain light. She's rude to her fans. She was so obsessed with her hair that she had it dyed every three days, and the big ponytail is fake.
"She acts like a child and constantly needs people to coddle her."
Meanwhile, Ariana took to Twitter last week to address the rumours and insisted she wasn't taking any of the claims seriously.
She wrote: "Man some of these rumours that have been coming out about me lately actually have me laughing out loud.... really can't take em seriously."

Charlie Sheen wants to reprise his role on 'Two and a Half Men'.
The 49-year-old actor - who was fired from the show in 2011 after rowing with its producer Chuck Lorre and subsequently threatened him and Warner Bros with $100 million lawsuit - has confessed he would love to return to the hit comedy in a "classy" way.
He told E! News: "The chances would be 100 percent. If they want to do it.
"I just want to do it classy. I want to do it in a way that still services what the show is today, and also honours what it was when I was there. Who knows? I'm sure they are over there right now, pen to paper, trying to figure something out.
"If it's not done properly, then there is no reason to do it. But it's a pretty smart group over there and I'm sure they will figure something. Something that makes sense to everyone."
A representative for the star added: "A balloon was floated so to speak..And everyone kind of went hmm, that could be kind of interesting. And that is the state where it is at."
However, sources have since revealed there is no truth to the statements and insist Charlie - who played Charlie Harper on the show from its beginning in 2003 - has had no contact with the CBS show's producers with regards to reprising his role.
An insider said: "Charlie has not had any conversations with the Two and a Half Men producers regarding a return. There has been no back and forth."
Charlie's character was killed off the sitcom in 2011 and was replaced by Ashton Kutcher in the role of Walden Schmidt.

Professor Green thinks Justin Bieber is a "great role model".
The 'Monster' hitmaker - who released his latest studio album 'Growing Up In Public' today (22.09.14) - joked that the singer is "setting a great example to people", seemingly referring to the 20 year old's recent run-ins with the law.
Justin - who was arrested earlier this year for drag-racing and DUI - was referred to by Professor Green as doing "a great job", who also joked young people should "model themselves" on the 'Boyfriend' singer.
He told MTV News at MTV Crashes Derry-Londonderry: "I think Justin Bieber is doing a great job, setting a great example for people.
"I think, as far as child protégés go, kids should really look to him for how to behave and act and all children should model themselves on Justin Bieber and behave just as he does. I think he's a great role model for children."
Professor Green, 30 - real name Stephen Manderson - confessed that the album's name is also intended to be taken with a pinch of salt as he still considers himself to be "quite childish".
He explained: "I came up with the title probably about two or two and a half years ago. And it was quite tongue-in-cheek.
"Obviously in the last 18 months, I've been forced to live out a lot of my life in the public eye and there were quite a few things that happened, some good, some not so good.
"But the growing up part, I guess is still tongue-in-cheek because I wouldn't say that I've grown up that much. I'm still quite childish."

The 38-year-old actor - who has been linked to the US crime drama since July - has now confirmed he will be portraying one of the lead characters, Detective Martin Eric "Marty" Hart or Detective Rustin Spencer "Rust" Cohle, previously played by Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson.
The Irish born star confessed he was "so excited" about the project and is thrilled that filming is taking place around Los Angeles so he can be close to his children, Henry, 4 and James,11.
He told Ireland's Sunday World: "I'm doing the second series. I'm so excited.

Ella Henderson isn't worried about her parents' arrest.
The 18-year-old singer - whose parents Sean, 48, a former car salesman and Michelle, 50, are currently on bail after being arrested on suspicion of money laundering in April last year - confessed it will take a lot more than their recent run-in with the law to break her "strong family".
She told The Mirror newspaper: "We're a very strong family, it takes a lot for me to break down or make me cry, someone would have to be terminally ill for that to happen.
"If I have a break down, it's probably because it's that time of the month. I'm very chilled. Nothing worries me as such.
"Out of everything that goes on in the world, some of the things you think are so huge are not. What is today's news is tomorrow's fish and chip paper, I look at it like that."
The 'Ghost' hitmaker - who also has brothers Patrick and Fraser, as well as a sister, Holly - added that since she shot to fame on 'The X Factor' in 2012 she has relied on her family to support her and keep her grounded.
She explained: "There is nothing that can prepare you for that side of this career, you have to have two sides to you, the performer and the girl who wants to have a private life ... it's about balancing the two.
"I have an amazing team and a supportive family around me, they keep me grounded and surround me with love and positivity, you block everything else out."
Meanwhile, the blonde beauty - who has been touring the United States - also revealed she was shocked by the "mental" reaction of her fans from across the pond when she performed her debut single at the 'Good Morning America' studios in New York.
She said: "It's just been kind of crazy since Ghost came out, the reaction was unexpected. I thought I was going out there to start from the bottom again but there was already a buzz.
"I was at Good Morning America out in the States, there were people in Times Square staring in [the studio]. It was like I was in a gold fish bowl. It was kind of mental.
"America is this huge place and heading out there as a UK artist is always going to be a big deal."
