Drake has had an emoji tattooed on his arm.
The 'Take Care' hitmaker dropped by the famous Shamrock Social Club on Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles yesterday (24.09.14) where he treated himself to two new body art designs.
The 27-year-old rapper opted for a number 6 - a possible reference to his new album title 'Views from The 6' - as well as the image of a pair of praying hands, a popular symbol on the emoji keypad featured on iPhones, inked onto his right forearm.
Drake also chose a poignant phrase for his left forearm, "Everything happens for a reason sweet thing."
Tattoo artist Dr. Woo shared a picture of the designs on his Instagram page.
He wrote alongside the image: "@champagnepapi good times, thanks for the visit #jimjoe6 ? #wordsofwisdom #shamrocksocialclub (sic)."
Drake is currently on tour with fellow rapper Lil Wayne and following his pitstop at the tattoo parlour headed to Pheonix, Arizona for the next date of their 'Drake vs Lil Wayne' tour.

Jason Derulo and Jordin Sparks have split up.
The couple - who officially confirmed their relationship in 2012 and have been dating on and off for two years - are said to have come to a mutual agreement to call time on their relationship after struggling to make it work due to their busy work schedules.
A source told US Weekly: "They are both upset. It just wasn't working out. It was a lot of travel and hard to work with their schedules."
The news comes just weeks after Jason, 25, gushed about the 'No Air' singer and claimed he knew she was "the one".
The 'Talk Dirty' hitmaker confessed he was determined to have the 24-year-old singer romantically involved in his life long-term after he broke one of his vertebrae in 2012.
Asked when he realised she was his match, he replied: "I knew that pretty early on. I felt that when I was in the hospital with my neck injury. I felt different ... I felt like I needed her in my world."
However, he also recognised the difficulties of having a relationship in the public eye.
He explained: "You know, of course we have our problems just like anybody else. But our relationship is a positive one and that's good for people to see in today's entertainment industry."

The former Spice Girl turned fashion designer - who was set to open her first shop on London's Dover Street today (25.09.14) - flew to New York to make the passionate speech on the fight against HIV, reports Mirror.co.uk.
The mother of four - who has Brooklyn, 15, Romeo, 12, Cruz, nine, and Harper, three - with her husband David Beckham - took to the stage to perform her duties as an UNAIDS International Goodwill Ambassador.
She said: "I'm a mother, I'm a woman, I want to reach out and help as many women and mothers as I can. Babies should not be born with HIV."
The brunette beauty, 40, tweeted her excitement to speak at the conference as she headed to JFK airport last night (24.09.14).
She wrote to her 7.8 million followers: "On my way to #NYC to support @UNAIDS x vb #UNGA.
"As a woman & a mother I want to make change happen and support the @UNAIDS vision x vb.
"Together we can end the #AIDS epidemic x vb (sic)."
Although it was first reported Victoria would be heading back to the English capital following her speech, David, 39, was on hand to welcome hoards of visitors to the Mayfair store earlier today.

Tyler Perry is to become a father.
The television writer and producer let slip that his on-off girlfriend, model Gelila Bekele, is pregnant with his first child as he celebrated his 45th birthday at a party with his close friends.
According to the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column, a source said: "He said he had to start getting used to not getting a lot of sleep, because his life was about to change in a big way. He said, 'Some of you know what I'm talking about.'"
The news follows rumours that Gelila, 28, was expecting after close friends of the couple accidentally posted messages of congratulations on social media, with one even posting a picture of the mother-to-be and commenting that she was 7 months along and expecting a boy, before the image was quickly deleted.
Tyler - who is yet to confirm the news - has previously expressed his desire to become a father but insisted he didn't have the time for parenthood.
He said last year: "I know I would be a great father. I don't want to work this hard, I don't want to have all this and not leave it to my children. I also know, that as hard as I'm working -- doing 20 hours a day -- now is not the time."

It is thought the US-born beauty filed for divorce after growing tired of the 'We Dem Boyz' hitmaker 's flimsy excuses for why she couldn't join him on the road and grew increasingly suspicious of his behaviour when he began his tour in July and refused to let her attend.
According to court documents, obtained by gossip website TMZ.com, the stunning blonde cites irreconcilable differences and wants full legal and physical custody of Sebastian, but is willing to give Wiz visitation access.
Sources close to the former couple say their split is bitter amid rumours Amber recently started hanging out with Nick Cannon following his separation from his wife Mariah Carey.

Kim Kardashian has been attacked at Paris Fashion Week.
The 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star was making her way to the Balmain SS15 show in the French capital with her husband, Kanye West, earlier today (25.09.14) when she was ambushed by renowned Hollywood prankster Vitalii Sediuk who attempted to knock her off her feet.
The Ukranian-born media personality, 25, is believed to have moved towards the reality TV star as she exited her car and tackled her causing her to fall backwards as the brunette beauty's mother, Kris Jenner, can be heard shouting, "Stop it!".
Kim, 33, was quickly grabbed by bodyguards, who shielded her from the attack and helped her make her way through the crowd into the show, according to a video obtained by gossip website TMZ.com.
The prank is Vitalii's first following his claims in July he had entered into "retirement" and apologised to his celebrity victims.
The former journalist - who also scaled a barrier at the 'Maleficent' premiere to confront Brad Pitt and has previously accosted stars including Bradley Cooper, Leonardo DiCaprio and Will Smith at red carpet events - insisted he had changed his ways and was moving to London to launch a modelling career.
He said at the time: "Basically, I'm changing my life. I would like to thank Hollywood for having me this two years and a half. It was an experience that taught me a lot in life. Most importantly, I would like to say sorry for celebrities that had to deal with my stunts and thank them for being tolerant to me all this time."
TMZ.com also reports that reps for Vitalii have been in contact to confirm he is taking credit for the incident.

Rod Stewart is being sued for $10,000 after breaking a fan's nose with a soccer ball.
The 'Maggie May' hitmaker was performing a show at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas in October 2012 when he forcefully kicked the ball into the audience and hit an onlooker in the face.
Fan Mostafa Kashe is now claiming the staggering sum to compensate for his lost wages, his cosmetic surgery bills and his attorney fees following the incident.
According to the Reno Gazette-Journal, the 53-year-old electrical engineer claims the 69-year-old singer was "negligent, careless and/or reckless" in his actions causing him to be "unexpectedly hit in the face" with the flying ball.
The civil negligence lawsuit, filed by Mostafa at the Clark County district court in Nevada, reads: "Stewart has significant experience in the sport of soccer and experience in kicking soccer balls, having previously tried out for a professional soccer team in the UK and regularly playing in amateur soccer leagues since his youth.
"Stewart either knew or should have known that his actions could cause injury to unsuspecting patrons of his concerts."
He is also reported to be suing Caesars Palace and concert promoters AEG Live.
Meanwhile, Rod - who often kicks signed soccer balls out into the crowd during his gigs - reportedly told The Daily Record that his shows wouldn't be the same if he was to stop the tradition.
He said: "The show wouldn't be the show if I stopped kicking out those footballs. It would be like not playing Maggie May."

Venice's streets are being closed ahead of George Clooney's wedding to Amal Alamuddin.
The Italian city's officials have confirmed two picturesque walkways alongside the Grand Canal will be cornered off on Monday (29.09.14) to keep crowds away from the star-studded ceremony.
According to an order issued to the city by police earlier today (25.09.14), the two walkways which lead up to the 16th Century Cavalli Palace will be closed for "the George Clooney Wedding", as authorities are worried gathering onlookers could cause overcrowding and pose a healthy and safety risk.
However, officers insist it isn't the first time the streets around the luxurious Palace have been closed as its stunning views over the Canal itself and proximity to the world famous Rialto Bridge make it a popular destination for marriage services and public events, reports Access Hollywood.
Meanwhile, the 53-year-old actor and his human rights lawyer fiancee were recently given the go ahead to tie the knot by Amal's father, Ramzi, who couldn't be "more delighted" about the upcoming nuptials.
A source told People magazine: "Ramzi couldn't seem more delighted.
"He finds Clooney very sympathetic, intelligent, cool, easygoing and crazy in love with Amal!"
The 77-year-old lecturer has been help planning the couple's wedding but has refused to spill any of the details to his friends.
The source said: "He is extremely calm.
"He's not saying a thing about the wedding. He's a card player and he's not giving away anything away!"
Despite George's $180 million fortune, it was recently reported Amal's parents were insisted on sticking to tradition and paying for the wedding.

will.i.am unveiled his custom-designed Lexus NX in Paris last night (25.09.14).
The 39-year-old singer hosted a special event at exclusive venue Pavillion Cambon in the French capital, where he turned up on the stage inside the impressive vehicle, a special edition Lexus NX 200t F SPORT, before getting out of the car and putting on a scintillating DJ set for the 600-strong crowd.
Earlier in the evening, will admitted he was conscious about making too many changes to the original motor because he didn't want his version of the car, which features four external cameras enabling panoramic pictures to be captured while driving and then sent to a phone, to be like a "Frankenstein"-type vehicle.
Speaking to BANG Showbiz at the event, he said: "I didn't want to make a Frankenstein, I just wanted to enhance.
"The NX is an amazing design by default so if that's the default then I thought why can't we make it better. Why wasn't it wider?
"I'm pretty sure my design isn't too different from the original design. Because the designer was like, 'Yes, it's sexy, there are striking angles.' "
The Black Eyed Peas frontman admitted there were certain elements of the black and white car he wanted to alter, such as making it even wider than his final effort, but he wasn't able to due to safety concerns.
He added: "You have your ideas but then you take it to market and then it changes.
"If we widen it then we have to lower it so can we chop the window? Then they say, 'Well, we can't do that because then we're going to have air bag problems and we've already passed all the safety stuff.'
"But if you want to be disrespectful then you say, 'Who gives a f**k? Let's cut the air bags.' But you can't do that."

Other features of will's NX include an ultra wide body kit, a custom-built steering wheel and hand embroidered Nappa leather interior with his 'willpower' logo and huge 22-inch alloy wheels.
