Shailene Woodley’s parents liked sex scene

Shailene Woodley's parents "loved" her sex scene in her new movie.
The 22-year-old actress had been concerned that she would feel awkward shooting an intimate moment with Thomas Jane, 45, in 'White Bird in a Blizzard' but she "felt great" baring her body and insisted she needed to help to emphasise her assets.
She said: "It's crazy. And sort of wrong. But I felt great doing it. I was not fully robed. And our bodies had no make-up. Who needs make-up? I'm only 22. My boobs are great. They don't need any help. My parents saw the film. I thought it might be awkward, but they both loved it."
Shailene also insisted she would never say "ugly" things about other women and thinks it is important to "help" other females get along in life.
She told the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column: "Women should be there for other women. It's such cruelty and competition out there. Women must help other women. Not say those ugly things about the others just out of their insecurity. I don't believe in that."
And the 'Divergent' star also explained the origins of her unusual name.
She said: "My mother saw 'Shai' on a license plate, loved it, and tried figuring how to adapt it. Shailo, Shailee, Shailey, Shailette. So it became Shailene."

No autopsy for Joan Rivers

An autopsy was not carried out on Joan Rivers' body.
The former 'Fashion Police' host passed away last month due to surgery complications, and though the New York City Medical Examiner was able to conclude the cause of death was due to a deprivation of oxygen to the brain, the exact nature of what caused the problem will never be known as the 81-year-old star's daughter Melissa told doctors she didn't want a pathologist to examine her mother's corpse, sources told TMZ.
According to state law, doctors will honour the requests if there is no evidence of criminality associated with the death.
While it was determined Joan had suffered a "predictable" complication from the procedure itself, the decision not to carry out a post-mortem examination meant it was impossible to establish if there had been trauma such as a puncture in the throat.
The New York City Medical Examiner's Office released a statement last week stating that Joan's brain had been starved of oxygen after she suffered cardiac and respiratory arrest on the operating table.
The report reads: "OCME has completed its investigation. The cause of Ms Rivers' death is anoxic encephalopathy due to hypoxic arrest during laryngoscopy and upper gastrointestinal endoscopy with propofol sedation for evaluation of voice changes and gastroesophageal reflux disease.
"The manner of death is therapeutic complication. The classification of a death as a therapeutic complication means that the death resulted from a predictable complication of medical therapy."
The showbiz veteran had been undergoing the throat operation at the private Yorkville Endoscopy in New York City, but was rushed to Mount Sinai hospital and placed in a medically-induced coma after doctors failed to resuscitate her at the clinic.

Leonardo DiCaprio produces gorilla documentary for Netflix

Leonardo DiCaprio has produced a gorilla documentary that will air on Netflix.
The 'Wolf of Wall Street' actor has teamed up with the subscription TV service to create 'Virunga', a documentary that explores a gorilla preservation at the Virunga National Park in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the movie-documentary follows a group of park rangers who are trying to protect the endangered primates from poachers, and the superstar environmentalist has overseen some very "gripping" footage.
In a statement, Ted Sarandos, Netflix's chief content officer said: "Leo intuitively understands that there is nothing like the power of film to reach people's hearts and minds.
"With 'Virunga', we'll work with Leo to introduce viewers around the world to an incredible, gripping story that will have audiences guessing right up until the final act."
It's not the first time Leonardo has spoken out on environmental issues.
In September, the 39-year-old actor spoke at the UN climate summit to encourage the world to take global warming more seriously.
Speaking at the event, Leonardo said: "I am not a scientist, but I don't need to be. Because the world's scientific community has spoken, and they have given us our prognosis, if we do not act together, we will surely perish."
'Virunga' will be available on Netflix and in theatres in Los Angeles and New York from November 7.

Miley Cyrus comforts ‘diva’ Ariana Grande

Ariana Grande turned to fellow popstar Miley Cyrus for advice after being branded a diva.
The 21-year-old singer - who has been surrounded by claims of diva-like antics since her life coach reportedly quit because he "couldn't handle" her behaviour - was "heartbroken" over the claims about her bad attitude so sought advice from the 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker..
Ariana told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I was upset and I contacts Miley. I said, 'Miley, I'm so sad - what do I do? This isn't true. My heart is broken, I feel so bad.
"She was like, 'Girl don't even look at it. Just be happy that you're blessed. You have family and friends love you, you have fans that love you who know what's true and what's not. It will blow over and tomorrow they'll be talking about something else.'
"She lives for love and that's something I do too. She has a beautiful spirit and that made me feel so much better."
The ex-Nickelodeon star - who has also been branded high-maintenance and difficult to work with on photo shoots - believes she has only been labelled a diva because she is a woman.
She explained: "If you see a woman working hard who is successful - who doesn't stop until she reaches her goal, who is strong and has wishes and dreams she wants to fulfill and works had ever day - you label them a diva.
"But if you see a man doing that, you're like, 'He's incredible, he's an amazing businessman'."

Stanley Tucci to be dad again

Stanley Tucci and Felicity Blunt are expecting their first child together.
The 53-year-old actor has confirmed his wife - who he met through her actress sister Emily Blunt when the pair were filming 'The Devil Wears Prada' in 2006 - is pregnant and he admitted he is "very excited" about becoming a father for the fourth time.
He told Us Weekly: "I'm very excited to be a dad. It's incredible. I'm most excited to have a baby with Felicity and for the baby to be healthy."
The 'Hunger Games' star insists his literary agent wife will be a "great" mother, and he has no preference to whether she gives birth to a girl or a boy.
He added: "The sex is of no concern to me. The sex of the baby, that is."
Stanley has three children, Isabel, Nicolo and Camilla, from his previous marriage to late wife Kate, who died from breast cancer in 2009.
He has since gone on to marry Felicity, with the couple revealing in an interview in August 2012 that they had secretly tied the knot.
The actor - who played Caesar Flickerman 'The Hunger Games: Catching Fire' - recently admitted he loves appearing in films which he can show his children.
He said: "As a parent, it's a great thing to know that there's a movie you have participated in that you can take your kids to. That isn't always the case. So that's really nice. And I think this genre is disappearing. So it's nice to have participated in it and to just have it around."

Katie Price in ‘awkward’ ex encounter

Katie Price had a "really awkward" night out partying with husband Kieran Hayler in the same venue as two of her exes.
The 36-year-old star and the cheating personal trainer danced in front of her former fling Dane Bowers' DJ set at an after-party at the Brooklyn Bowl in London's The O2, while another of her ex-lovers Gareth Gates was also at the bash on Saturday night (18.10.14).
A source told The Sun newspaper: "It was really awkward. Everybody knew Katie had history with both guys.
"She seemed quite drunk and made a real point of being right at the front for Dane's DJ set.
"Kieran was following her like a puppy."
However, Gareth, 30 - who confirmed earlier this year he and Katie dated for "three or four months" when he was 17 - is said to have left the party when he saw Katie and Kieran.
The source added: "As soon as Gareth saw she was around, he legged it."
The couple were partying following a 'Big Reunion' boy band gig - made up of reunited groups who have starred on the popular TV show, including Dane and Gareth's new outfit 5th Story.
Earlier this year, Katie revealed she was going to divorce Kieran after discovering he had cheated on her with two of her friends.
But she has since changed her mind after the former stripper agreed to undergo therapy for sex addiction, and the couple - who have two children together, two-month-old Bunny and 13-month-old Jett - are going to renew their wedding vows this year.
Katie also has 12-year-old son Harvey from her previous relationship with former footballer Dwight Yorke and two children, Junior, nine, and Princess Tiaamii, seven, from her marriage to singer Peter Andre.

I’m not a hardman, says Ice Cube

Ice Cube admits people assume he's an "a*****e" even before they've met him.
The rapper-turned-actor concedes that the public has a well-established perception of him as something of a hardman, but he insists their opinion does not chime with the reality.
The 45-year-old star - who married his wife Kimberly in 1992 - explained to the Observer newspaper: "People think I'm a lot harder than I am. They meet me expecting an a*****e, then get to know me and are surprised that I'm not so bad.
"Not providing for my family scares me. I've been married to my wife for more than 20 years and we've raised four children together. I'm only one man, and I want them set up for when I'm no longer here."
The rapper, whose new film 'The Book of Life' is released on October 24, says that people also assume he has negligible respect for women based on the lyrical content of his music. However, he insists that's far from the case.
The former N.W.A. member remarked: "I've always respected women. People don't see that because of some of my lyrics, but nobody's safe on my records. Everybody gets it: women, men, black, white - if you're doing stupid s***, I'm going to call you out on it."

David Beckham hails ‘amazing’ Queen Elizabeth

The best person David Beckham has ever met is Britain's Queen Elizabeth.
The former England captain was raised in a patriotic family and he says nothing in his life can compare to meeting Her Majesty at Buckingham Palace in London.
Beckham, 39, explained to The Sunday Times newspaper: "[Queen Elizabeth] is the most amazing woman. I'm a real traditionalist. I'm a real royalist. The fact that I've been to Buckingham Palace and I've been able to meet the Queen, that's the best thing I've ever done. She's amazing.
"My grandparents brought me up to be a real royalist. They would make us sit down on Christmas Day and watch the Queen's speech and they would take us to the changing of the guard."
Beckham - whose wife Victoria, 40, recently opened her first clothing store in London - says that now he has retired from football, he is looking forward to a new chapter in his life.
He explained: "I wouldn't say I have a bucketlist... I'm relatively young. You definitely start to embrace things a lot more."
Among the things he is keen to sample is snowboarding, which he was forbidden from doing during his playing days.

Malin Akerman’s son speaks 3 languages

Malin Akerman's son can speak three languages.
The 36-year-old actress, who was born in Sweden, admits 17-month-old Sebastian, with whom she has with her Italian estranged husband Roberto Zincone, is able to say phrases in Italian, Swedish and English.
She told PEOPLE.com: "I feel like every day is a milestone, but he's running and walking up and down steps on his own now talking three languages, so it's amazing. Whenever he sees his dad he starts speaking Italian, he sees me and starts speaking Swedish, and his nanny speaks English. So, it's really just amazing to watch how a child's brain works."
The 'Couples Retreat' star has even been teaching the little one how to be eco-friendly.
She explained: "I have solar panels, I have a hybrid car. We turn off light switches, which is very exciting for Sebastian because he loves turning off and on lights, so he helps me turn off the light switches when we leave a room. He's just tall enough to reach that."
Meanwhile, Malin admits she loves every bit of motherhood and was surprised by how much love she felt for the toddler as soon as she locked eyes on him.
She said: "I guess the most surprising, although everyone tells you, is the love that you feel for your child. You need nothing else in the world but your child. That's it. He's the air that I breathe."
