Keyshia Cole won’t face assault charges

Keyshia Cole won't be charged with assaulting another woman.
The 32-year-old singer was alleged to have attacked a woman in the penthouse of her boyfriend - Cash Money Records co-founder Birdman - in Los Angeles, but she won't face any further charges and has instead been reportedly let off with a warning.
A source told TMZ: "Prosecutors have told Cole instead of going to trial, they want her to appear at an informal office hearing, where someone from the City Attorney's Office will listen to Cole and the victim and then give the singer a stern warning not to do it again ... or else."
The verdict means Keyshia will not be required to spend any time in jail, but she may have to undergo anger management classes after she was accused of turning up at her boyfriend's home at around 5am, finding him with another women and then attacking her.
The singer, who was nominated for a Grammy for Best Contemporary RNB Album in 2007, was charged by LAPD with misdemeanour battery.
However, she was also arrested on account of the fact she had an outstanding warrant for reckless driving.
After being arrested at around 5.20am, Keyshia went to the Valley Jail in Van Nuys, where she spent the next seven hours locked up.
She had to post had to post $46,000 bail - some $20,000 of which related to the battery charge and the remaining $20,000 for the driving.

Sean Hayes engaged

Sean Hayes has got engaged.
The 'Will and Grace' star - who is best known for his role as Jack McFarland in the NBC sitcom - sparked speculation he is set to marry his fiancé Scott Icenogle when he wore a band on his left ring finger during an appearance on CBS morning show 'The Talk' on Monday (27.10.14).
Confirming the rumour, Sean's representative told website RumorFix: "Sean Hayes and Scott Icenogle have been together for eight years. They are not yet married, but they have been engaged for quite some time."
The 44-year-old actor referred to music producer Scott as his "other half" last week while on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' and spoke about the pair going on a jaunt to Istanbul with his 'The Millers' co-star Will Arnett.
He said: "We know how the Middle East loves the gays, so fantastic, I'm there with bells on, literally."
Sean came out publicly in a 2010 magazine interview when he said: "Really? You're gonna shoot the gay guy down? I never have had a problem saying who I am. I am who I am. I was never in, as they say. Never."
The star is known for not speaking publicly about his private life and admitted in the same interview that he doesn't like to say too much about his personal life to ensure his characters are even more believable.
He told The Advocate: "When I play a gay character I want to be as believable as possible. And when I'm playing a straight character I also want to be as believable as possible. So the less that people know about my personal life, the more believable I can be as a character."

Russell Brand: I wish I was bisexual

Russell Brand wishes he was bisexual.
The 39-year-old comedian - who was married to Katy Perry for 14 months until December 2011 - has confirmed he is single at the moment but is keen to experiment more with his sexuality and be less of a "tedious" heterosexual.
Speaking to Absolute Radio's Geoff Lloyd, Russell - who split from Jemima Khan last month after a year of dating - said: "I'm single. Well, you've got to go into relationships with the right attitude. All relationships, I'm always positive about them.
"I wish I was bisexual. That's one of the things about me where I've got a very traditional moral code. I'm tedious with my heterosexuality."
Russell's comments come after he previously revealed he once had a sexual encounter with a man in a pub toilet.
Speaking in a podcast interview, which was unearthed last year, he said: "I thought, 'I think of myself as heterosexual but perhaps that's 'cause of the environment that I grew up in where homosexuality may have been difficult for me to express."
He also explained in the podcast that he had picked the guy up in London's Soho by walking around the area and asking if anyone wanted to engage in a sex act with him.
The 'Rock of Ages' actor added: "I trawled around Soho ... going [to] various gay bars, gay gyms trying to pick people up with a film crew."
However, earlier this year Russell caused controversy with gay rights campaigners when he branded a collection of Cambridge University students "Harry Potter poofs" during a talk at the education establishment.
While trying to get the 800-strong crowd to be quiet, he said: "Shut up you Harry Potter poofs."
But his remark did not go down well with president of the university's lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) group CUSU LGBT+, who said the star had been "plain offensive".
Charlie Bell said: "It's unacceptable. The word gay, or similar, is used as a jokey insult in schools and workplaces across the country, and has been shown time and again to intimidate and upset gay people.
"Someone in a prominent media position like Brand should be standing up to kick this kind of bullying, which is what it is, out of Britain, not further justify its use."

Katie Price sells house over painful memories

Katie Price has sold her home to rid herself of painful memories of her husband's infidelity.
The former glamour model - who forgave Kieran Hayler after discovering his affairs with her friends Jane Pountney and Chrissy Thomas earlier this year - has moved out of the Sussex home she shared with the part-time stripper as she couldn't stop thinking about him having sex with her pals in the property.
She told OK! magazine: "I left my stress at the old house with all the memories of Jane Pountney and Kieran in there, so I was glad to leave. I hate the old house, there are so many bad memories of Kieran cheating.
"I wanted to get out of the house because I hate walking in the kitchen and knowing they'd been in there together. I was finding things like that hard."
The 36-year-old star - who has two-month-old Bunny, and 14-month-old Jett, with Kieran, as well as 12-year-old Harvey, Junior, nine, and Princess Tiaamii, seven, from previous relationships - is now looking forward to having a "fresh start" after buying an 11-bedroom mansion which boasts its own swimming pool, stables and tennis court.
Katie added that she "absolutely loves" her new family home and is looking forward to settling down there with Kieran and the kids following the cheating "hiccup".
She said: "I absolutely love it. It's so homely and amazing. I know we've got loads of work to do on it, but it's great. It's like a fresh start and a new beginning for us.
"It's just a new start. But like I've always said, Kieran and I have always got on with each other. I will never really understand why he cheated, but we're are the same as we were. Our relationship has always been good apart from that hiccup."

Benedict Cumberbatch: Sherlock can’t have sex

Benedict Cumberbatch says Sherlock Holmes doesn't have sex - because he's more interested in crime.
The 38-year-old British actor was catapulted to global fame playing a modern version of the fictional detective in the BBC series and his portrayal has left fans speculating as to whether the sleuth is "asexual".
Speaking in the new issue of ELLE UK, Benedict insists his alter ego has to avoid erotic acts because relationships would get in the way of his investigations.
Pontificating on whether Sherlock would be good in bed, he said: "He's asexual for a purpose. Not because he doesn't have a sex drive, but because it's suppressed to do his work. Cold showers, looking at a lot of dead bodies ... that'll do it for you."
Benedict - who was shot by photographer Mark Horn for ELLE UK - is currently in a relationship with Sophie Hunter but he admits the dating game has become more complicated since he became famous.
Speaking about dating as a celebrity, he said: "It's a really double-edged sword. You know, you discover why people find you attractive - in a relationship or a tryst - and if it's just to have a go on you or try you out, then I can smell that a mile off."
With his career at a high with roles in films such as 'Star Trek Into Darkness', 'The Imitation Game' and '12 Years a Slave' as well as Sherlock, Benedict has started to turn his attention to having a family.
He said: "I can imagine I'll look back at this point in my life and think: 'Wow that was really extraordinary.' But at the same time I hope I'm looking back and going, 'Oh, that was the moment I got on with life and realised things beyond myself.' Without using words like 'marriage'. 'children' and 'family' - although I have just used those words - put it this way, I hope I've got other people to look back with me at that point. I hope I'm surrounded by family."
The full interview with Benedict Cumberbatch appears in the December issue of ELLE UK, which is on sale on October 30 as a print and digital edition. Visit www.elleuk.com for details.

Melissa McCarthy was robbed at gunpoint

Melissa McCarthy was robbed at gunpoint when she moved to California.
The 'Bridesmaids' actress was working at a dry cleaners on a quiet street in Santa Monica when she first moved to Hollywood to pursue a movie career and she's revealed how an armed robber threatened her and stole her bag.
Speaking about the transition of moving to the film capital of the world, she said: "I worked at Starbucks, I worked at the Y in Santa Monica and I worked at a dry cleaners on like 3rd and Wilshere, where I was actually held up.
"Yeah, at three o'clock in the afternoon, on Wilshere Avenue and 3rd, which is like sunny and bright and people are out walking."
The 44-year-old comedienne admits she didn't quite understand what was happening when she first saw the burglar, and confessed she couldn't stop crying when she realised he'd stolen all of her cosmetics.
Speaking on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!', she added: "I walked in and there was a guy behind the register and I was like, 'Oh, that's weird. I wonder ... has he lost his ticket?' And then I see a gun and I was like, 'Oh my God!'
"And I couldn't ... Everything that you should say or do did not happen and he had my backpack which was like my life. That's my keys, my make-up.
"I was like, 'I can't replace mascara', I didn't have any money and I just kept crying going, 'You have my bag that has my make-up in it, you have my bag'. And he was like, 'Shut up, shut the blank up'."
However, Melissa claims the perpetrator was caught and found guilty.
She added: "I went to court enough times and finally put him in jail."

David McIntosh vows to marry Kelly Brook

David McIntosh is ready to marry his on/off girlfriend Kelly Brook.
The 28-year-old star said he is eager to wed the curvy model in Mykonos, Greece, after reconciling following their recent split, and he also slammed claims he cheated on the brunette stunner.
He told OK! magazine: "I would like to think that there is a future for us.
"As far as I'm concerned I've done nothing wrong. Hopefully things can be normal. I was engaged and would like to get married."
The couple got together in February 2014 and were engaged to be married just a month later, only for them to split shortly after David came out of the 'Celebrity Big Brother' house amid rumours he had cheated on his 34-year-old girlfriend.
However, the muscular Mancunian insists their relationship is built on more than a physical attraction, saying he loves Kelly because "she has a great personality".
Kelly, on the other hand, recently admitted that while she loves David, she's still uncertain as to whether she wants to marry him.
She explained: "It's not like I've met someone else and I'm with anyone else. I love him. He was my fiancé. But then I look at the situation and I'm like, 'He doesn't really love me so I can't marry someone who doesn't love me'.
"I speak to David every day and I love him with all my heart, I really do."

Carrie Underwood reveals due date

Carrie Underwood's baby is due in the spring.
The 'See You Again' singer announced last month she and husband Mike Fisher are expecting their first child together and she has now revealed when the couple will welcome their baby into the world.
Appearing on 'The View', she said: "I'm due in the spring!"
Though the 31-year-old singer is excited about becoming a mother, she admitted she is nervous about the responsibility.
Discussing her concerns about becoming a parent, she said: "Just being responsible for a tiny human. That's the hardest part."
Carrie recently admitted she is finding the fact she is pregnant "weird".
She said: "It's still kinda weird, to be honest.
"Sometimes I'll be with my husband, and it's like, I'm gonna be a mom. You're gonna be a dad. Is this real life? But we're really excited."
The country singer is already looking to her own mother for inspiration on the type of parent she wants to be.
She said: "I have a wonderful mother, so if I can be even a little bit like that, we'll be good."
Carrie - who married hockey player Mike, 34, in 2010 - has previously admitted she wants more than one child but not too large a family.
She has said: "Three is fine. Four? Somebody's getting something done, because we ain't having five!"

Ewan McGregor slams autograph hunters

Ewan McGregor has branded autograph hunters "parasitical lowlifes".
The 43-year-old actor - who played Obi-Wan Kenobi in 'Star Wars Episode I-III' - insists he rarely meets real fans, just people who want to make money from his signature.
Asked how 'Star Wars' fans have responded to him, he told Details magazine: "I don't have any experience with them. I've never been to one of the conventions.
"The people I meet are the f***ers who want me to sign 'Star Wars' photos so they can sell them on the Internet or the people at premieres who are crushing children against barriers to get me to sign their f***ing picture of Obi-Wan Kenobi.
"They're not fans -- they're parasitical lowlifes and f***ing w****rs."
Ewan - who raises daughters Clara, 18, Jamyan, 13, Esther, 12, and Anouk, three, with wife Eve - was just 24 years old when he became a parent and admits he thought he "knew it all" and can see his "idealistic" nature now reflected in his eldest child.
Ewan - who is currently starring in 'The Real Thing' on New York's Broadway - said: "You're very idealistic at that age. You think you know it all, and in a way, you do.
"I see it in my daughter Clara, who's just starting college in New York City.
"I remind her that I'll be giving her a call every night after the play is over, 'Where are we going?' She'd be like, 'F**k you, Dad. Get out of my life.' You're starting college, Clara...but I'm coming with you."
