Taylor Swift would love to write poetry.
The 24-year-old - who has penned hit tracks like 'Red' and 'I Knew You Were Trouble' - has admitted that she'd like to try writing for other mediums.
She told Associated Press: "I've discovered music and that's the form of writing that inspires me the most. It's not to say that I wouldn't expand the mediums and the ways that I choose to write.
"What if I end up writing a script or a book, or a book of poetry or something? That would be so amazing. I would love to see that happen."
The 'Shake It Off' hitmaker also revealed that she had written a 400 page book when she was younger, documenting her own life and friends.
Meanwhile, Taylor recently revealed that singers like herself and celebrity pal Ed Sheeran wouldn't want to be on stage if they didn't get to write their own tracks.
She previously said: "The thing with both Ed and me is that neither of us would be on stage if we didn't write our own songs. There would be no reason to be.
"The addiction we have is that connection. We have spent so much of our lives alone and feeling misunderstood."
She added: "You write a song about an emotion that confuses you, or about something you're scared of or excited about, and you release it, and all of a sudden you're making a connection with millions of people.
"Then the final phase is that you look out into a crowd of thousands of people and they know every word. That's an overwhelming feeling of camaraderie - which we've never felt before in our lives."

Jennifer Garner loves Ben Affleck's Batman voice.
The 42-year-old actor plays the superhero in 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' and his wife of nine years admits she thinks the voice he uses is "sexy".
She told Empire magazine: "We were not privy to the Batman voice at home, but I've been on set enough to hear bits of it.
"It's spot on. Growly and decisive and sexy, if I do say so myself! Exactly what you would hope it to be!"
Meanwhile, the '13 Going On 30' star has previously admitted she appreciated how hard Ben had worked to get in shape for his role in the upcoming blockbuster.
She recently said: "He was in crazy shape for 'The Town'. I've seen him kind of in every different variation, so I'll take him however I can get him! But as long as this is the guy I'm married to, I'm kind of like, 'Wow! That's crazy!' He looks insane. He's worked really hard."
But Jennifer insists that she has no preference when it comes to her husband's body.
She added: "If he happened to go back to being a normal human, I'd be fine with that, too."

Reese Witherspoon hates being "likeable".
The 'Water For Elephants' star dislikes when people brand her in that way because it affects which acting roles she is given.
She told the New York Times newspaper: "I've sat through millions of development meetings where people are like: 'We don't want Reese to say profanities. We don't want her to have sex. We don't want her to take drugs.'
"I didn't really feel the constraints of it until about three years ago, where I realised, 'I'm not this.' I'm a complex person that has so many different aspects in my personality. But somehow, I have this reductive experience where I'm put into this tiny little box."
When asked what the box would be, she added: "Likeable. Can we scrub the likeable box?"
Meanwhile, the 38-year-old actress believes that her character in new film 'Wild' is the most likeable of all the roles she's played.
She said: "To me, likeable is human, and real, and honest. To me, I find the character in 'Wild' much more likeable than a lot of characters I've played in comedy. She's telling the truth."
However, Reese did previously admit that she found her role in the biographical drama particularly demanding.
She recently explained: "It's the hardest I've ever done for many different reasons. The physicality was really difficult, but after that was the emotional part of it.
"The sex scenes were the hardest thing for me to do. I've never had to do anything like that in my entire life. I had to do all the parts of the movie, the parts that made me feel uncomfortable too, because it is about emotional honesty."

Taylor Swift has revealed her "creepiest" nickname.
The 'Shake It Off' hitmaker has been dubbed "Dead Tooth" by Bleachers' frontman, Jack Antonoff, after she chipped her tooth on a microphone.
Jack told MTV: "I just thought it was so funny - someone who really looked like they had their c**p together - to be called 'dead tooth'."
He added to Taylor: "Doesn't it feel like the last thing that someone should call you? You just don't look like a broken individual."
She quipped back: "You call me 'dead tooth' more than you call me 'Taylor'."
The pair have been working together on the 24-year-old's most recent album, '1989'.
Speaking recently of their collaboration, Jack admitted he enjoyed intimate recording sessions with the 'Love Story' singer at his apartment in Brooklyn, New York.
He said: "We like to make music in spaces where people hear music. The idea of making music on studio speakers that project frequencies that no headphones can even reproduce is hilarious.
"We were in studios together, but my favourite experiences with her were in my apartment in Brooklyn, just hanging out with a laptop and a guitar."
The pair - who first met at an awards show a few years ago - worked together on three tracks from the album, 'I Wish You Would', 'Out of the Woods' and 'You Are In Love'.

Nick Jonas has admitted that he has to work to make people take him seriously.
The 22-year-old - who was in a band with his siblings, the Jonas Brothers, for eight years - has admitted that his image as a Disney star has meant he needs to work harder to secure more serious acting roles.
He told Digital Spy: "I met with my team about, I'd say, nine months ago and said, 'Look, I wanna be the kind of artist that can do music and acting'. Both are a priority for me and both have been for my whole life.
"I looked for some roles and this part for a TV show called 'Kingdom' came up and I had to fight really hard for it."
He added: "There was a lot of bias towards me; mostly to do with my previous exposure.
"I think being a Jonas in a lot of ways actually hurt me in getting the role but I got it, thankfully, and pushed myself emotionally and physically. It's been getting a really great reception and I'm just blown away by the reaction to the show."
Meanwhile, Nick recently admitted that it would be "ideal" to marry girlfriend Olivia Culpo one day.
He said: "I met her at a Fashion Week party a couple years back. It's been an amazing year and a half now. She's the best."
When asked if he is considering marrying her, he added: "At some point. It would be ideal [to settle down], but we're still quite young and we're going on a journey."

Kris Jenner's children lacked confidence when they were younger.
The 58-year-old television personality and mother to six - Kourtney, 35; Kim, 34; Khloe, 30; Rob, 27; Kendall, 18 and Kylie, 17 - was desperate to be supportive towards her children during the "real chubby stage" in their childhood.
Speaking on 'The Dr. Oz Show', she said: "They were just like other kids where it was that real chubby stage.
"Everybody went through it. They had braces, they were awkward. Rob was chubby and that's when kids need you the most."
She added: "We're such a close family we're always encouraging one another. I think just to be a real supportive parent and tell them how much they are loved and how beautiful they are on the inside.
"As long as they were okay on the inside, then everything else would be gravy."
Meanwhile, Kris also revealed that she wanted her children to feel self-confident as they grew up.
She said: "Putting the girls and Rob, now, on magazines definitely sells them, but I taught the kids a long time ago that it starts with when they were younger.
"I've tried hard to raise strong daughters and give them a sense of self-esteem."

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis named their baby at a basketball game.
The 'Two and a Half Men' star - who had baby Wyatt Isabelle with fiance Mila last month - has revealed that they chose the name whilst watching the Los Angeles Lakers play.
Speaking on 'Conan', Ashton said: "We were going to a Lakers game and I've got name Tourette's.
"I just started listing off anything and everything that I saw. I was like, 'Sign! Truck! Wall! Door!' She's like, 'Shut up!' I'm like, 'If you don't accept my bad ideas, you'll never accept the good ones.'
"Then I was like, 'Alright I've got a really dumb idea. What about Wyatt?' She goes, 'That's it.' I was like, 'Really? I did it?' She was like, 'Yeah, that's it.'"
Ashton also revealed that the couple gave the baby Isabelle as a middle name after being inspired by Mila's grandfather, Yitzhak.
"It has a little heritage," he added.
Meanwhile, the 36-year-old actor also revealed that the pair had a name picked out before they even found out they were expecting a baby but ditched it because the "energy" didn't feel right.
He explained: "We had another name picked out and we're like, 'Alright, this is the name.
"Then we got pregnant ... a couple weeks after we picked the name. But then when we were pregnant, the name just didn't fit the energy that we were feeling. We were calling it 'the baby,' but never by the name that we had given it.
"One night Mila was just like, 'This is not the name!' I'm like, 'OK! It's not the name.' I had to get the creative juices going."

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West want their child to be the next Albert Einstein.
The couple - who have 16-month-old North together - are hoping their daughter will grow up to do a job that she loves.
A source close to the pair told HollywoodLife.com: "What they're hoping for as parents is that [North] will find something that she loves doing every single day and, by default, make money from it.
"Whether it's being a writer, a composer, an artist, a teacher, an inventor of the next big idea, whatever - it will never be work for her because she's privileged enough to only do things that she loves and enjoys."
The source added: "[Kanye] wants her to live the life and become one of the greats like him, or Emily Dickinson, or Einstein, or Chopin, or Rembrandt. This is the life they want her to have and she will."
The 37-year-old rapper - who married the 34-year-old 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' star earlier this year - is reportedly so keen for North to become a prodigy that he spends a lot of his time educating her with poetry and classical music.
The source said: "[Kanye] reads poems to her and plays all types of music for her including scores from the most renowned composers.
"He loves it when she scribbles on the paper in her bedroom or when she speaks her own baby language.
"He lets her explore life to the fullest because he wants her mind to know no boundaries."
