Amy Adams is ‘very shy’

Amy Adams is still "very shy."
The 'American Hustle' stars admits she writes letters and emails to actors whose work she admires because she is too afraid to call them up out of the blue or approach them at events.
The 40-year-old actress said: "I'm actually very shy so I would rather write or sit and have coffee. Because when I get in large groups, I get weird."
During a joint interview with Reese Witherspoon, Julianne Moore, Laura Dern, Hilary Swank, Patricia Arquette and Felicity Jones for The Hollywood Reporter, Amy said she would tell her 20-year-old self to relax.
She said: "Just let it go, Amy. In the words of Elsa [from 'Frozen'], just let it go."
Meanwhile, Julianne, 53, admits she still suffers from "stage fright," but has no fear when it comes to acting in films.
The 'Still Alice' star said: "I panic more on stage. I really have a lot of stage fright. I get really shaky and it's not fun for me. But in movies, I don't. I had a therapist say to me once, 'You know, a feeling can't kill you.' And it can't. What I'm really afraid of is skiing, and going fast, and people knocking me down, and maybe breaking my teeth. Those are the things that frighten me. But being on a movie set with a lot of really terrific actors and having some great language and the director..."

Kourtney Kardashian feels nauseous

Kourtney Kardashian feels nauseous all the time despite being in her third trimester.
The 35-year-old reality TV star, who is set to give birth to another baby girl next month, admits her third pregnancy has been the most difficult to date.
The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' beauty, who already has daughter Penelope, two, and son Mason, four, with boyfriend Scott Disick, said: "During my first two pregnancies I felt so nauseous all day that I could only eat plain toast and bland foods - no proteins. But the nausea went away after the first trimester. This pregnancy, I get nauseous even now if I go too long without eating, and that never happened before when I was in my second trimester."
But Kourtney, who celebrated two baby showers last week, still enjoys being pregnant and feels very confident about her growing baby bump.
She told Fit Pregnancy magazine: "I love being pregnant in general. This time I'm more tired than I was the other times. I think it's because I'm always running around and working on different things.
"But I feel comfortable with how I look and feel. I find a pregnant body to be beautiful and an incredible reminder of what a woman's body is made to do."

Taylor Swift mends friendship with Harry Styles

Taylor Swift and Harry Styles are repairing their friendship.
The 'Blank Space' hitmaker and the One Direction heartthrob split in early 2013 after four months of dating, but are now back on friendly terms and in regular contact again.
A source said: "They have become pals."
Harry, 20, reportedly reached out to the 24-year-old beauty after hearing some of the songs she wrote about him, including 'Out of the Woods' and 'Style' for her latest album, '1989.'
The insider told Us Weekly magazine: "Taylor has been bragging to her trainer and celeb friends that she and Harry are talking again."
The British star recently admitted he wasn't upset that his ex-girlfriend had included tracks about him on her record.
He said: "We write from personal experience. I think everyone does. So it would be hypocritical of us to be like, 'Oh, you can't write about us.' "
The former couple broke up after getting into a nasty argument while on a New Year's holiday on Virgin Gorda, the third-largest of the British Virgin Islands, and Taylor immediately flew back to Nashville, Tennessee alone.
A source said at the time: "They had a fight. [Harry] said something he shouldn't have . . . This [breakup] is definitely going to be for good."

Kris Jenner has fallen hard for Corey Gamble

Kris Jenner has fallen head-over-heels in love with Corey Gamble.
The 59-year-old reality TV star, who split from Bruce Jenner in October 2013 after 23 years of marriage, started dating Justin Bieber's 33-year-old road manager last month and "feels like she's 25 again."
A source close to the 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star said: "[Corey] constantly tells her how hot, sexy and smart she is."
The insider said the couple "are like teenagers, non-stop making out and it's major PDA all the time!
"[Kris] is having fun and is so attracted to him."
The Kardashian family matriarch, who has four children, Kourtney, 35, Kim, 34, Khloé, 30, and Rob, 27, with her late ex-husband Robert Kardashian, and daughters Kendall, 19, and Kylie, 17, with estranged husband Bruce, 64, is thrilled her family are also very fond of Corey.
The source told E! News: "The whole family loves him.
"The girls are all into it because they see how happy she is. She works hard and deserves to have fun. Who knows if it will last, but for now, it's just what she needs."
Kris was "devastated" when it was revealed Bruce is dating her best friend and former personal assistant Ronda Kamihira, but appears to have gotten over it.
The insider added: "She just wants him to be happy. But it's been really nice to be with someone who makes her feel wanted and sexy. She feels like she's 25 again."

FKA twigs says Robert Pattinson is ‘worth it’

FKA twigs is willing to put up with online abuse for dating Robert Pattinson because he's "very worth it."
The 'Two Weeks' hitmaker, who started dating the 'Twilight Saga' star in September, admits the constant attention surrounding their relationship is difficult, but tries not to get upset about the racist messages she has gotten from some of his young fans.
She said: "I really enjoy the fun of putting something out and people liking it or hating it or talking about it, but vacuous attention, it feels disgusting. It's like a hangover.
"It's weird, I know that's not really because of me or what I'm doing, [but] the positivity that I get from (my relationship) makes the more challenging aspects ... very worth it."
She told USA Today newspaper that most of the abuse is from "14-year-old kids that should be in bed."
The British singer - real name Tahliah Barnett - previously confessed she was "shocked" and "disgusted" after she was inundated with horrific comments on Twitter shortly after confirming her relationship with the 28-year-old hunk.
The 26-year-old singer tweeted: "I am genuinely shocked and disgusted at the amount of racism that has been infecting my account the past week.
"Racism is unacceptable in the real world and it's unacceptable online."

Angelina Jolie admits it’s not easy directing Brad Pitt

Angelina Jolie admits "it's not easy" directing herself and Brad Pitt in 'By the Sea'.
The 39-year-old star is currently shooting the film, which tells the story of a married couple's complicated relationship, in Gozo, Malta with her husband and says she is still getting used to working alongside him because "it's a heavy film."
She said: "The tricky thing is directing myself and directing Brad. It's hard, dramatic material, and we're balancing.
"It's a heavy film, and it's not easy for us. But even as you struggle through it, you're in the trenches together and you don't expect it to be easy. We're challenging each other and that's a really good thing."
But the Oscar winner says her relationship with Brad, 50, hasn't changed since they got married over the summer and "compared to 'Unbroken,' this film is a walk in the park."
She told DuJour magazine: "I think when it's right, it feels the exact same [as before]."
Angelina also admits it's "weird" having their 13-year-old son, Maddox, work as a production assistant on the movie.
The brunette beauty recently said she plans to star in "a few more" films, but says it is "absolutely" still her intention to give up acting completely to focus on directing.
She said: "I've never been comfortable as an actor; I've never loved being in front of the camera. I didn't ever think I could direct, but I hope I'm able to have a career at it because I'm much happier.
"When it comes to being a director, it's so new for me and I'm quite shy about it because I'm still learning."

Reese Witherspoon defends Renee Zellweger

Reese Witherspoon has branded Renee Zellweger's critics "cruel and rude."
The 38-year-old actress - who has reportedly been offered £20 million to replace the 45-year-old actress in the next installment of 'Bridget Jones' Diary' - admits she was horrified by the reaction Renee received after she displayed an astonishingly different look at ELLE's 21st annual Women In Hollywood Awards at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles last month, sparking rumours she underwent extensive cosmetic surgery.
Asked about the attention surrounding Renee's appearance, the 'Wild' star said: "It's horrible. It's cruel and rude and disrespectful, and I can go on and on and on. It bothers me immensely."
The blonde beauty also thinks actresses are put under too much pressure to look perfect all of the time.
She told The Hollywood Reporter during its annual actress roundtable: "I know this is so Pollyanna of me, but why -- and it's particularly women -- why do they have to tear women down? And why do we have to tear other women down to build another woman up? It drives me crazy. Like, this one looks great without her makeup but that one doesn't look good without her makeup, and it's all just a judgment and assault that I don't -- look, men are prey to it as well. I just don't think it's with the same sort of ferocity."
Meanwhile, Reese would love to play Beyoncé on the big screen and admits she has "f**ked up" a few auditions in the past.
Discussing her most embarrassing moments in Hollywood, she said: "Bad auditions, where you just totally f**ked it up. I did this audition for a director and I really wanted that part. I got to the end of it and I thought I nailed it, and he was like, 'Why are you playing it stoned?' "

Kylie Jenner banned from club?

Tyga reportedly skipped a nightclub appearance because Kylie Jenner wasn't allowed to attend.
The 25-year-old rapper - real name Michael Nguyen-Stevenson - is said to have "pulled a no-show" for a scheduled public appearance at Greystone Manor in West Hollywood, as the club's promoters refused to let him bring the 17-year-old reality TV star along with him because she is four years underage.
A source said the 'Hookah' hitmaker begged and pleaded with the promoters to allow his rumoured girlfriend to attend the event, and even called them personally several times to try to negotiate Kylie's entry.
But the insider told gossip website TMZ.com that the club wouldn't budge so, after initially delaying his appearance, Tyga pulled out of the event entirely, annoying the liquor sponsor.
The hotspot is currently trying to reschedule his appearance.
The pair, who have been spotted on numerous dinner dates together, first sparked speculation they were dating in September when they went to Universal Studios' Halloween Horror Nights in California with a group of friends.
However, Tyga hit out at the rumours at the time, insisting they are "just friends".
He tweeted: "DONT BELIEVE THE RUMORS, BEEN FRIENDS WITH THE FAMILY FOREVER. WE'RE ALL JUST FRIENDS. (sic)"
Tyga has a two-year-old son, King Cairo, from his relationship with former fiancée Blac Chyna, who he split from in August after nearly three years of dating.

Ansel Elgort claims he hasn’t changed

Ansel Elgort insists fame hasn't changed him.
The 'Fault in Our Stars' actor says he isn't interested in taking advantage of the perks of being a celebrity and just wants to focus on working with great directors.
The 20-year-old star said: "What's changed is: 'Oh, you can go to this restaurant,' or 'You can go to this nightclub,' but I'm not really interested in that. I don't really care that some trashy girl, like, now all of the sudden wants to f**k me. That's not really that interesting to me.
"What's interesting to me is the fact that creatively I can do anything now and people will pay attention, and if I suck, hopefully they will stop paying attention very quickly, but if I'm good, then I have my foot in the door, and people have paid attention, and I did a good job, and people are like, 'Oh, wow!' That's sweet!"
The 'Divergent' star, who regularly communicates with his fans via Twitter and Facebook, thinks celebrities who use social media to air their "dirty laundry" are "so sad."
He told GQ magazine: "I think celebrities that just tweet diarrhea from their mouths, that just tweet it in all caps, getting mad at things--those people are so, so sad, and they think that they deserve the voice."
