Demi Lovato has listed her $2.225 million house for a fourth time.
The 22-year-old singer has put her Toluca Lake home back on the market after previously listing the six-bedroom abode for $2.199 million in July before taking it back off the market after just two days, according to TMZ.
Demi previously purchased the property for $1.53 million in 2011 but departed in 2012.
The 'Heart Attack' hitmaker's latest move has sparked speculation she is keen to distance herself from her former friend Miley Cyrus as the 22-year-old star also lives nearby.
This comes after Demi - who is dating Wilmer Valderrama - admitted she cannot see herself hanging out with Miley much in the future because the pair having nothing in common anymore.
She said: "We're like ... we're acquaintances.
"It's life, and people change, and, you know, I don't have anything in common with her anymore, and I wish her all the best."
The brunette beauty previously admitted the pair used to get involved in "brutal" brawls with each other when they were good friends.
Speaking in 2012, she explained: "Miley Cyrus and I are strong headed. When we fight it's brutal and we're like, 'We're never going to be friends again!' Then two days later, were like, 'I love you and I miss you!'
"Both [Miley and Selena] will never leave my life no matter what happens, because we've been through so much together."

Rod Stewart was involved in a head-on car crash.
The 69-year-old singer managed to escape the death-defying smash with just a broken finger, which he later painted silver to walk the red carpet at a glitzy event, but his wife Penny Lancaster has revealed the 'Maggie May' hitmaker was incredibly lucky to survive the incident.
She said: "He was unfortunately involved in a car accident on the way to a show. He escaped relatively unharmed apart from a broken finger.
"It was black and blue so he painted it silver. A car was on the wrong side of the road so it was complete head-on."
Rod - who has two children with Penny, Alistair, nine, and three-year-old Aiden - debuted his silver fingernail at the Mercedes-Benz Carousel Of Hope Gala in Los Angeles in mid-October, just two weeks after his horror smash.
Despite his injured digit, the talk of the event was that Penny could be pregnant as Rod sparked speculation she might be expecting as he was pictured rubbing her stomach, but the 43-year-old beauty has confirmed that is not the case.
Speaking on ITV's 'Loose Women', she added: "If you're not holding hands then you're breaking up and I'd been losing a bit of weight and I wasn't confident about the dress I was wearing and I think it was him just going, 'Oh, look at you, I'm proud of you.'
"But then it gets turned into, 'She's pregnant.' But I'm not."
News of Rod's near-death crash comes after both David Beckham and Angelina Jolie were involved in separate car crashes over the weekend.
Fortunately, both escaped their respective incidents without any serious injuries, although the former footballer, who was with his 15-year-old son Brooklyn at the time, was said to have injured his shoulder.

Amanda Bynes' parents are tracking her movements via GPS.
The troubled actress' mother Lynn Bynes - who is legally in charge of the 'She's The Man' star's personal and professional affairs - has set up an account with car service Uber in order to give her independence, but can also keep track of where she is going via the mobile app.
A source told RadarOnline.com: "Amanda's mom, Lynn, set up the Uber car service on her daughter's cell phone.
"Uber can take Amanda anywhere she needs to go and it's paid for out of Amanda's estate, since her mom has conservatorship.
"This allows Amanda to have independence. But at the same time her parents can track where she goes."
Though Lynn and her husband Rick are Amanda's conservators, they are planning to leave California soon as they feel they have "done all they can" for their daughter, who has been living in a hotel.
The source said: "Amanda's parents are getting ready to move back to Texas. They had only come out to California after Amanda started exhibiting serious problems and they feel they've done all they can."
Prior to moving to the hotel, the 'Easy A' star - who was released from a psychiatric hospital in October - had been staying with various friends and was accused of trashing an apartment belonging to her hair stylist and two other women.
She was said to have caused $1,500 worth of damage to the property after allegedly burning cigarette holes in the carpets and splashing blue hair dye on the carpets and porcelain sinks.
The mother of one of the residents had signed the lease so contacted Amanda's parents asking them to foot the bill.
However, Rick and Lynn reportedly refused, saying the women knew their daughter was unstable when they allowed her to stay against their wishes, so they felt they had taken on the risk.

Kit Harington thinks being in 'Game of Thrones' can be a "curse".
The 27-year-old actor portrays Jon Snow in the fantasy drama series and though he insists he "loves" working on the show, he is worried the role will haunt him forever.
He said: "'Game Of Thrones' is my life, it's my day job, I love it,' he said, adding, 'But honestly, if there is a curse of Thrones, it's a lifetime of having to talk about it."
Kit landed the role shortly after leaving drama school and he admits he would be "foolish" to wish things had happened differently.
He said: "It would be foolish to say I wish I'd gone through a period of longing. Because any actors going through a period of longing themselves would tear my f***ing face off."
The hunky star is forbidden from cutting his long curly locks between filming the show, and as a result he gets recognised a lot more than his co-stars.
He said: "I'm more recognisable in public than much better-known actors. So many people watch, and I go around looking like my character."
Since starring in 'Game of Thrones', Kit has gone on to land a number of movie roles in the likes of 'Pompeii', 'Testament of Youth' and 'Seventh Son' but he hasn't been very happy with all his work.
He admitted to the new issue of Britain's GQ magazine: "I won't name names and I won't name films but I've sat through private screenings, nearly in tears. Hating it. Thinking; this is the end, everything's over."

Jerry Hall has hit out at "idiotic older women" for turning themselves into "pathetic, insecure creatures" by having surgery.
The 58-year-old actress has slammed "normal women" who go under the knife in an attempt to improve their looks because she doesn't understand why they want to risk their lives by transforming into "a grotesque caricature" of themselves.
She said: "Older women aren't valued, because they can't procreate, right? But they should be valued for their experience, wisdom and power.
"So it's idiotic when they risk their lives to have surgery. Every time you have anesthesia you're killing a lot of brain cells - why would you do that? You could get infections, you could die.
"Why make yourself look a grotesque caricature of yourself? They don't fool anyone. They look like pathetic, insecure creatures. I loathe the whole thing.
"I don't mean to be critical, and I understand actresses feel the pressure in Hollywood, they have to do it. I respect that and I feel sorry that they have to.
"But for normal women to do it? If men want to leave their wife for a 19 year old, they're gonna do it anyway. All the facelifts and Botox in the world isn't going to change that guy, you know?"
Jerry's comments come after she left ex-husband Sir Mick Jagger when he fathered a child, Lucas - who is now 15 years old - with Brazilian model Luciana Morad, and while she is still good friends with The Rolling Stones frontman, the former model admits she doesn't want to spend her "old age" with him.
The blonde star - who has children, Elizabeth, 30, James, 29, Georgia May, 22, and 16-year-old Gabriel with Mick - added to HELLO! magazine: "I left him. He was begging me to stay. He never left me. He was unfaithful to the point where he had a baby. That was too much.
"It was exhausting. But we're still friends. I genuinely like him - he's funny, he's clever, he tries this best and he is also a great father.
"Why would I want to make trouble? I chose really well - my children are smart, beautiful and talented, so I feel no regrets.
"But he's not the sort of person I want to spend my old age with. Life changes and I don't think there's anything wrong with that. Why shouldn't life change? Move on."

FKA Twigs says it's "challenging" being Robert Pattinson's girlfriend but it's worth it because she is in "love" with him.
The 26-year-old singer embarked on a relationship with the 'Twilight' actor earlier this year and admits it's been tough dating one of the most famous men in the world because of the constant interest in their romance.
However, FKA insists she's willing to put up with the negative aspects of their life together because of how "happy" he has made her.
Discussing becoming a favourite with the paparazzi, she said: "I look uncomfortable because I am uncomfortable. But then it's like, is this person in my life worth that? And he is, without question ... In comparison to how happy I am. And how I feel with him. It's 100 percent worth it."
In an interview with The Observer newspaper, she added: "That side of my life [the paparazzi] is nothing to do with me. That's, like, that is the ... side of life of the man that I love. And ... when that started happening I had to. Because that is the opposite of who I am as a person, and it was weird ... Then I had to sit back and have a conversation with myself and I had to say, 'That is something really horrible.' No, not horrible, I don't find it horrible, it's something that's very challenging."
FKA - real name Tahliah Debrett Barnett - accepts she has now achieved a certain level of fame because of her actor boyfriend, but she will not allow herself to get complacent with her music because she is yet to achieve her goals in the industry.
The 26-year-old pop star said: "Oh, I'm nothing. I'm nothing right now. I think it's easy to sit in this trendy cafe, in a trendy little area of New York, and say, 'Ooh, I'm FKA Twigs.' But outside of these four blocks, does anybody really give a s**t? Probably not."

Christian Bale has blasted George Clooney for "whining".
The 'Dark Knight' actor has hit out at the 'Monuments Men' star - who married lawyer Amal Alamuddin in Venice, Italy, in September - for making "boring" complaints about being hounded by paparazzi, insisting people in the public eye should just get on with their lives and ignore the extra attention.
He said: "It doesn't matter that he talks about it. It's like, 'Come on, guys, just shut up. Just get on with it and live your lives and stop whining about it.' I prefer not to whine about it."
While the 40-year-old star - who has a nine-year-old daughter and three-month-old son with wife Sibi Blazic - is renowned for his hot temper, he always tries not to get into confrontations with photographers, even if they deliberately try to provoke a reaction and "kill" his "humanity and dignity" with their remarks.
He recalled in an interview with WSJ magazine: "I was in Italy with my wife. I would go to work; she would leave the hotel.
"There would be a man who stood outside . . . and say the most obscene things imaginable to my wife . . .
"I know what he's after; he has a strategy there. Am I able to say I'm not gonna give him that satisfaction of angry Christian Bale coming after this man?
"But equally, he's killing my humanity and my dignity as a husband if I do not, and he knows this. So you've got a choice."

Vin Diesel is still "speechless" over Paul Walker's death.
The 'Fast & Furious' actor was left devastated when his friend and co-star passed away in a car accident last November and paid tribute to him on the anniversary of his death yesterday (30.11.14) to share with fans just how close they were.
Alongside a picture of his daughter Hania, six, with Paul, Vin wrote on Facebook: "He was a part of so much in my life... long personal talks with my mother or babysitting the Alpha Angel... he took a certain pride in being uncle Pablo... after all, we were filming a scene in FF4 the day she was born, and he being the only one I told, encouraged me to go in and cut the umbilicle cord.
"He was an important part of my transition into fatherhood... that healthy family member, with the most positive outlook on life...
"A year ago today... a year of mourning... and his absence still leaves me speechless. We miss you Pablo...(sic)"
Vin - who also has son Vincent, four, with wife Paloma Jimenez - wasn't the only star of the 'Fast & Furious' franchise to pay tribute to their late co-star.
Michelle Rodriguez used Twitter to send "mad love" to the 'Eight Below' actor.
She wrote: "I love you Paul. Your living in the hearts of all who love you for sure. Sending mad love out to Heaven @SupportROWW (sic)"
Michelle's tweet made reference to Reach Out Worldwide (ROWW), the late actor's charitable organisation which provides natural disaster relief.
Elsewhere, Tyrese Gibson paid tribute to him on his Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages.
He said: "Physically gone but forever alive in our minds, hearts and spirit.... What was once tears of pain and shock are now tears of JOY celebrating all that you stood for...
"Everyone worldwide please take 5 mins out of your day to send live, prayers and energy to Paul's family his daughter Meadow and immediate circle today will be a tough day for us.... To this day his arm is still around my neck with love and protection... Rest in heaven....(sic)"
