Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting's husband is "taking amazing care" of her while she recovers from sinus surgery.
The 'Big Bang Theory' star, who underwent an operation on her nose to treat a long-time congestion problem on Friday (26.12.14), gushed about her "beautiful angel of a man" Ryan Sweeting for always being "right there" for her.
The 29-year-old actress shared a number of photographs of herself and Ryan from her hospital bed on Instagram, writing: "Coming out of sinus surgery and the first thing I see is my beautiful angel of a man, hes right there . Always . He's taking amazing care of me i love my noodle . Hes perfection (sic)."
She later wrote: "Sinus surgery sucks. My husband does not (cant wait to breathe again)!!! (sic)"
But the blonde beauty, who previously claimed getting breast implants in 2004 was "the best decision I ever made," isn't impressed by rumours she is really recovering from a nose job.
She added: "I have been putting sinus surgery off for year, and I finally did- and for this who think I got a nose nob thinks again ! (Wish) thAnk you to my amazing husband and sweet dogs for watching over me (sic)"
Kaley is no doubt hoping to have recovered from the uncomfortable procedure in time to celebrate her first wedding anniversary with Ryan on New Year's Eve next Wednesday (31.12.14).

Adele insists she and Simon Konecki "are still very much together."
The 'Set Fire to the Rain' hitmaker, who has two-year-old son Angelo with the 40-year-old charity worker, has blasted rumours their relationship is on the rocks following claims they have been living apart for the past two months.
The 26-year-old star, who is usually extremely private about her relationship, took to Twitter to address the speculation today (28.12.14), writing: "Just wanted to wish everyone happy holidays & all the best for 2015! PS Simon & I are still very much together, don't believe what you readx (sic)"
A source recently revealed Simon had moved out of their £2.5 million seafront house in Brighton, England and back into his bachelor pad after a string of arguments.
The insider said: "Simon is back at his bachelor pad. It doesn't bode well for the relationship.
"It isn't clear if they've formally split, but they are certainly not living together anymore. They've not spent any real time together in the past two months.
"Adele spends time with her mum Penny and friends in London while Simon is nearly two hours and 60 miles away."
The pair were last spotted together in June at London's Chiltern Firehouse, where they reportedly had a bitter argument before the singer left in a separate car.

Pop stars including One Direction and Adele have had their emails hacked.
Their private conversations have reportedly been stolen by the same hackers who targeted Sony's Hollywood film studios and delayed the release of 'The Interview'.
Details of the stars' contracts and demands are believed to be among the information stolen by the hackers - who have been traced to Pyongyang, North Korea by the FBI - and it could cause "embarrassment" for the singers.
Media analyst Mike Raia said: "The potential embarrassment and turmoil would be as devastating as that which has crippled Sony's movie-making arm and effectively killed the general release of 'The Interview'."
There is also a worry about the early release of music from some of the biggest artists at Sony Music - who own major record labels including Columbia, RCA and Epic - including David Bowie, 67, right, Rita Ora, 24 and Beyoncé, 33.
Mike added to the Daily Star on Sunday: "Music files intended for release at a later date could be released on the net where fans would download them for free.
"We're talking about hundreds of millions of dollars in lost revenue. It could end up as a financial disaster so enormous that the company, at least in its present form, might not even survive."
Meanwhile, a senior executive at Sony Music has claimed that bosses at the firm are "in complete panic" over the hacking.
The executive said: "We don't even know the extent of exactly what they have. We know it's a lot.
"There are skeletons in everyone's cupboard, only nobody ever expects a bunch of robbers to smash down the door and steal everything inside."

Tim Burton is reportedly in a long-term relationship with Berenice Percival.
The 56-year-old director - who, last week, announced his split from Helena Bonham Carter after 13 years together - has been romancing the 39-year-old production assistant who has been working for him for three years, according to a report in The Mail on Sunday newspaper.
The blonde - who has been revealed as the mystery woman who was pictured embracing Tim last year after a cinema trip in Hampstead, North London - is believed to be a big factor in the separation.
Meanwhile, Helena's friends think Tim "is having a classic mid-life crisis" with the actress reportedly devastated that her efforts to save the relationship have failed.
A source close to the 'Alice in Wonderland' star - who has two children, Billy, 11 and Nell, seven, with the filmmaker - said: "Tim is having a classic mid-life crisis. All Helena's friends think he's a terrible old cliche. Helena gave him a lot of time to sort himself out."
Another pal also revealed that the actress is "really upset" about the split.
They said: "Helena was very upset at the Chequers party earlier this month hosted by Samantha Cameron. Other guests noticed she was in a bad way.
"She is really upset. It's all still very raw and they only told the children two weeks ago."

Taylor Swift has commissioned a Wild West-themed bar for her home.
The 'I Knew You Were Trouble' hitmaker has reportedly treated herself to a saloon bar, which will be installed in her Rhode Island mansion.
A friend told The Mail on Sunday newspaper: "Taylor is obsessed by the Wild West and the piano was played by Barbara [Stanwyck] in one of Taylor's favourite films.
"She wants her room to include a fully stocked bar, a long table, and the piano in the corner."
The 25-year-old singer spent just under £13,000 on a piano, which was made famous by the Hollywood star.
The new bar will be a perfect addition for parties at the beachfront mansion.
A few months ago, Taylor invited fans to her Rhode Island home to celebrate the release of her latest album, '1989'.
Writing about the experience at the time, a fan shared: "Well, this is gonna sound really bizarre, but I met THE TAYLOR SWIFT last night!!!
"On Thursday, my sister (along with 87 other people) was hand picked & invited by Taylor herself to a "Secret Session" at Taylor's home in Rhode Island! We were sworn to secrecy; we were only allowed to tell immediate family & we weren't allowed to post anything on social media.
"We hung out with Taylor, at her house, for 6 hours!! Her home was right on the beach, & absolutely beautiful! We all sat in her living room & she played her new album for us, 1989. She sang along to every song & at the end we all danced to 'Shake It Off'! (sic)"

Courtney Love wants to ride in a horse race.
The 50-year-old singer is reportedly keen to take part in a race at Goodwood Racecourse in Chichester, south England in July 2015.
The racecourse owner Lord March said: "It is something she's been thinking about.
"We chatted when she came to watch the racing here and she said she was keen to take part. I believe she is a good rider."
Courtney is believed to be "really interested" in taking part in a charity race for women jockeys.
A source close to the singing star told The Mail on Sunday: "She's a competent rider and she is really interested in the race."
Meanwhile, Courtney - who has turned to acting full-time - recently admitted that her job of playing a kindergarten teacher on the final season of 'Sons of Anarchy' helps her to stay in control of her life.
She said: "I'll never outgrow [music], but acting offers a better lifestyle at my age.
"I have to show up early, act responsible and can't be a brat."
Courtney is spending her spare time working on her upcoming autobiography and has admitted that she has to make a lot of edits, as some of the content is too shocking to publish.
Asked about the memoir, she said: "Fixing it now to make it less salacious. It was too rock n' roll."

One Direction is James Corden's "secret weapon".
The 'Steal My Girl' hitmakers - Liam Payne, Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik - will reportedly be recruited to help the 36-year-old comedian and television presenter launch his career in America as he takes over the reigns of 'The Late Late Show' in March 2015.
A source told the Daily Star on Sunday newspaper: "One Direction will be James' secret weapon in the battle to increase his profile and have younger people watching."
The boy band will reportedly appear on the show for free rather than demanding their usual $2 million fee.
The band's close pal and music video producer, Ben Winston, who is also a friend of James and a producer on the CBS show, has overseen the plan.
James has made no secret about his nerves ahead of his US talk show debut, already fearing it will be a "disaster".
He joked: "Why wouldn't it be [a disaster]? I'm from High Wycombe.
"What are the chances of a chubby guy - and I'm being generous - going to America and hosting a talk show every night being anything other than a complete mistake?"
James - who will move to Los Angeles with his wife, Julia and two children: Max, three and one-month-old Carey - has admitted that he even considered that producers chose him so they could cancel the show.
He said previously: "It did cross my mind that they're trying to kill the format.
"They might have thought, 'We don't need another chat show at 12.30am. How can we just kill it off so we don't have to do this any more? I know - let's get that guy.'"

Frankie Bridge once bought Mollie King chewing gum for Christmas.
The Saturdays stars enjoy their own mini festive celebration with their bandmates Vanessa White, Rochelle Humes and Una Foden and buy "silly" Secret Santa gifts, but the brunette beauty admits she wasn't very well prepared one year and to settle on a packet of the minty treat.
She said: "Me and the other Saturdays girls always have our own mini Christmas. Instead of buying each other big presents, we like to spend some time together and go out for a nice meal.
"We normally do a Secret Santa and get each other silly gifts.
"I got Mollie one year when we were on tour and didn't have time to go shopping so I bought her a whole load of chewing gum - not that she has bad breath."
One of Frankie's best ever Christmases was when she was surprised with a pet hamster.
She recalled: "I really wanted one and opened all my presents and was pretty upset that my mum and dad hadn't got me one, but they waited until the very end of the day before giving it to me.
"I walked into the dining room and there it was. It was such a great surprise. I called it Sammy the Hammy."
