Una Foden joined by The Saturdays for baby shower

Una Foden celebrated her baby shower with her The Saturdays bandmates.
The 33-year-old singer is pregnant with her and husband Ben Foden's second child and while toasting the upcoming birth of their first son with Frankie Bridge, Rochelle Humes, Vanessa White and Mollie King, the Irish beauty admitted she has been lucky to have had such an "easy time" with her pregnancies.
Una - who also has daughter Aoife, two, with Ben - said: "Ben was a huge baby - over 11lb - but although we've been told our son's a good size, we're not anticipating he'll be a whopper like his dad.
"Aoife was just under 8lb and we think our boy will be around the same. I know I'm very lucky to have had such an easy time of it on both occasions."
Vanessa has also noticed how well Una has been coping with her second pregnancy, describing her as a "warrior" after a recent performance with the group.
She said: "We did a performance just the other week and Una wasn't even out of breath afterwards. There's nothing she wouldn't do - she's like a warrior."
Frankie - who has 14-month-old son Parker with husband Wayne Bridge - admitted she would have another baby sooner rather than later if her pregnancies were as easy as Una's and although she struggled with water retention while expecting her son, it hasn't put her off completely.
Speaking at Una's baby shower, she added to HELLO! magazine: "If I did pregnancy like Una does, then definitely, but I sometimes think I'm not sure I can go through it again.
"I felt so big and uncomfortable and only just feel like I've got my body back. But then I'll watch Parker with other children and he loves it so much and I'll think, 'I don't want him to be an only child.' "
Rochelle admitted her and husband Marvin are also keen to give their 19-month-old daughter Alaia-Mai a brother or sister but are going to wait a few years.
She said: "If Marvin had his way, we'd have another one tomorrow, but I think it will be a year or two yet."

Jennifer Aniston doesn’t find it ‘painful’ talking about Brad Pitt

Jennifer Aniston doesn't find it hard talking about Brad Pitt.
The 45-year-old actress was married to Brad, 51, from 2000 to 2005, and Jennifer insists they maintain a healthy relationship despite their high-profile split and Brad's subsequent relationship with Angelina Jolie.
The former 'Friends' star said: "I don't find it painful. I think it's a narrative that follows you because it's an interesting headline. It's more of a media-driven topic."
In fact, Jennifer revealed that she and Brad still communicate with each other, although she confesses it's not something they do on a regular basis.
Jennifer - who has been engaged to screenwriter Justin Theroux since 2012 - told CBS: "We've exchanged good wishes and all that sort of stuff to each other, but it's not a constant thing."
Her remarks come shortly after Angelina Jolie said being married to Brad is an "extraordinary feeling".
The 39-year-old star, who tied the knot with the 'Fury' actor last year, said the ceremony was so special because it was shared with their children - Maddox, Zahara, Pax, Shiloh, Vivienne and Knox.
She explained: "As soon as it was all over, we all just changed clothes and hung out. It was just a very happy time. It wasn't this monumental change - we were just very happy and sure, and it's quite an extraordinary feeling to be so sure. It gives you peace."

Kim Kardashian West ‘plans to become a fitness guru’

Kim Kardashian West is planning to relaunch herself as a fitness guru.
The 34-year-old reality TV star is famous for her curvaceous figure and it's been claimed that Kim is in the advanced stages of designing a workout app that will help fans with toning up.
A source close to the situation explained: "Kim is hard at work perfecting her latest tech project which will be workout and bum-based.
"She loves working out and keeping fit and is open about it being a struggle. She wants to share her tips as inspiration for others.
"But the app will also be cheeky and fun.
"An idea is that subscribers will post pictures of their progress, including belfies of their bums getting more toned by the day."
Kim is hoping to embrace the power of social media in order to make her app a success.
The source told The Sun newspaper: "She had her own workout DVD in 2009 long before her profile soared by marrying Kanye West so her team think linking fitness with social media is the perfect way to make this venture current and very Kim.
"If a huge star like Gwyneth Paltrow can get involved in the fitness market, then Kim thinks there's no shame."

Sienna Miller’s life changed when she gave birth

Sienna Miller believes "everything changed" when she had a baby.
The 'American Sniper' star - who has two-year-old daughter, Marlowe, with her fiancé, Tom Sturridge - has admitted that motherhood has been a blessing for her.
She said: "I think having a baby really changed everything, if I'm honest. I think that's where it began."
The 33-year-old actress also revealed that having a child gave her more self-awareness.
She explained: "The stakes are higher. You have someone that you want to be proud of you eventually.
"You're aware of your own mortality. For me, as soon as I had a baby I had a vision of my life - and what was left of it."
Sienna - who has starred in 'Stardust' and 'G.I. Joe' - thinks she is being treated more seriously by the acting industry now she has a daughter.
She explained to The Observer magazine: "People who read the negative things [about me], the people who need persuading, are probably ignorant enough to assume, 'Well she's got a kid so she's serious now.' Which, of course, isn't the case.
"I'm still whoever I was. Maybe more mature, but the same. So amongst that ignorant, ridiculous area of my industry, I'm sure opinions of me have changed because I'm a mother now."

Katy Perry wants ‘private’ relationship

Katy Perry wants to keep her relationship with Diplo "private".
The 'Roar' hitmaker - who has dated singer John Mayer and comedian Russell Brand in the past - is reportedly keen to keep her romance with the DJ as low profile as possible as she "wants it to work".
A source told HollywoodLife.com: "Diplo is still a part of her life, but she is keeping it very, very private.
"After Russell and John, she doesn't want to have the same media storm she had with them because that took a toll on those relationships and really was a main reason for the trouble.
"They are still involved but she is being very closed off on this because she wants it to work."
The 30-year-old singer is also said to be reluctant to become heavily involved with Diplo's one-month-old son, Lazer, with his ex Kathryn Lockhart.
Although the brunette beauty has met the tot, she is keen to keep her distance and has refused to take part in any "decision making" regarding the youngster.
The source explained: "They want it that way. She has met Lazer, but is involved in zero decision making with the child."

Benedict Cumberbatch isn’t focussing on his wedding

Benedict Cumberbatch isn't focussing on his wedding.
The 38-year-old actor - who announced his engagement to Sophie Hunter by posting a notice in the Births, Marriages and Deaths section of The Times newspaper in July last year - has confessed he isn't ready to start planning their nuptials as he will be too busy filming scenes for BBC crime series 'Sherlock'.
When asked if he had started making preparations for his big day, Benedict told Popsugar at the Palm Springs International Film Festival yesterday (03.01.15): "One thing at a time.
"I'm playing Sherlock now - just about to start - so my main focus is going to be on that."
The 'The Imitation Game' star also admitted that announcing his engagement to the brunette beauty was the "most important news" of his life.
He previously said: "I've had the most important news of my life.
"That's also sort of private, I don't want to talk about that too much. But my engagement to the woman I love is obviously the most important thing of 2014 for me."
Benedict added that Sophie is great at dealing with all the attention he gets from his fans.
He explained: "She's proud of my work, she's proud of me, and she loves me.
"That's the bottom line, isn't it? That's one of the reasons it's a good fit. It could be a really difficult thing, but she's just so in command of it."

Thom Evans missed out on Fifty Shades role

Thom Evans auditioned for the role of Christian Grey.
The former rugby union player and ex-boyfriend of model Kelly Brook has revealed he tried out for the sought after part in the upcoming movie adaptation of E.L James' novel '50 Shades of Grey' and described the process as a "great experience".
The 29-year-old star - who missed out on the role when it was awarded first to Charlie Hunnam and later, to Jamie Dornan - said: "I went up for Christian Grey. The audition was pretty tame to be honest, but it was a great experience for me.
"It's such a huge project and I'd be lying to say I wouldn't have loved to have got the role. But I think Jamie is perfect for it and I can't wait to see it."
Thom - who has previously shared his plans to pursue a career in acting - also confessed that while he would prefer to work in the UK, he believes there are more opportunities for him in Los Angeles.
He explained to the Daily Star newspaper: "Ideally I'd like to do theatre stuff here and do things in England before I go anywhere else - it's just the opportunity for auditions over there [in Los Angeles] at certain times are obviously substantial."
'50 Shades of Grey' - which is set for release on February 13 this year - also stars Dakota Johnson, Rita Ora and Jennifer Ehle.

James McVey takes back cheating ex

James McVey has reunited with his cheating ex-girlfriend.
The Vamps star - who split from Kirstie Brittain two months ago after a picture of the model appearing to show her kissing another man emerged online - has got back together with the pretty blonde and was spotted strolling hand in hand with her around London over the weekend, reports The Sun newspaper.
James - who is thought to have reunited with Kirstie back in December - previously expressed his heartbreak over the split on Twitter.
He said at the time: "Not sure why I give people my heart so easily.
"Trust and loyalty are the most important things in relationships. Without them, there's nothing.
"Girls suck and friends aren't always who you think they are."
James and his bandmates Connor Ball, Tristan Evans and Brad Simpson recently opened up about what they look for in a girlfriend and James insisted he isn't attracted to girls who show too much skin.
He said: "I'm not a fan of short skirts."
Connor added: "I think if she was showing loads of flesh [it would be a turn off]."
Meanwhile, Tristan says he avoids girls who dress "too boring".
He explained: "I'm the opposite - I love a girl who's really dressed up."
