Cindy Crawford: I respect George and Amal

Cindy Crawford "respects" George and Amal Clooney for not trying to keep their wedding a secret.
The 48-year-old supermodel and her husband Rande Gerber, who co-owns tequila brand Casamigos with the Hollywood actor, were guests at the power couple's nuptials in Venice last September and the brunette stunner was very impressed with how they dealt with the huge interest in their big day.
She said: "I think George decided - and Amal, too - which I thought was smart of them, typically, that either you spend all this time and energy trying to make it secret or you just go, 'You know what? We're getting married in Venice and we're going to have this great party and we're going to do exactly what we want.'
"So that's what they did and I really respected them for it."
Cindy - who has children, son Presley, 15, and daughter Kaia, 13 - admits she wasn't deterred by all the press attention at George and Amal's nuptials because she saw it as a big party and even chatted to one of her paparazzi friends after the ceremony.
Speaking to ES magazine, she added: "You were aware of the interest, sure. I mean by the end we were even talking to the paparazzi because we knew one of them from LA - it was so random - but it was just a great thing.
"Everyone was there celebrating their friends. And I've tried to live my life this way. I don't ever want to change my plans or what I want to do based on the worry of if there's going to be paparazzi there."

Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie both attend Critics Choice Awards

Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie narrowly avoided a potentially-awkward encounter at the Critics Choice Movie Awards last night (16.01.15).
The event, which took place at the Hollywood Palladium, marked the first time Jennifer - who was married to Angelina's current husband Brad Pitt from 2000 until 2005 - and the 'Maleficent' actress had appeared at the same major Hollywood event since the Oscars in 2009, but their paths didn't directly cross on the night.
Jennifer - who wore a Gucci outfit with a layered gold necklace - arrived at the event with her fiance Justin Theroux and made a hurried entrance into the venue.
A source told Us Weekly: "They walked in holding hands [in a rush] so hustled to their seat."
The pair posed for pictures on the red carpet prior to the show, which they entered just 20 seconds before the show went live.
Meanwhile, Angelina - who attended the event without Brad - was seen taking photos with fans and critics, and was seated on the opposite side of the venue from her husband's ex-wife.
During one of the show's commercial breaks, Jennifer, 45, and her 43-year-old fiance made a speedy exit, while Angelina - who wore a floor-length silver gown - remained in her seat.
Likewise, Jennifer and Justin made a hasty exit at the end of the ceremony, making their way past Angelina, who was seen chatting with Eddie Redmayne.

Tiffani Thiessen is pregnant.
The former 'Saved by the Bell' actress has revealed she and husband Brady Smith are expecting their second child and admits their four-year-old daughter Harper can't wait to have a younger brother or sister.
Alongside an image of her family on Instagram, she wrote: "We are excited to announce the news that we are expecting. Harper could not be more thrilled to have a sibling and a playmate."
The 40-year-old star - who married 'The Jensen Project' actor Brady in 2005 - previously revealed that rather than being worried about having to share her parents' attention, Harper has been desperate for a sibling.
Speaking about her and Brady's decision to try for another baby, Tiffani said: "With Harper, it happened right away so I'm hoping it'll be easy this time around.
"Every day she begs me to have a baby.
"Every morning she wakes up and days, 'Is there a baby in your belly?' She thinks it grows overnight while we're sleeping. Then she looks at me and says, 'You're not growing a baby, Mommy!' "

Sienna Miller feels ‘so good’ after Ruffalo hugs

Sienna Miller feels "so good" after receiving a bear hug from Mark Ruffalo.
The 33-year-old actress - who is engaged to Tom Sturridge - plays the 47-year-old actor's on-screen wife in true crime movie 'Foxcatcher' and revealed he used to give "a lot of love" when he embraced his fellow stars.
She said: "He's a big hugger and you feel so good. Like a bear, man. And he gives a lot of love."
The blonde actress admitted her 'American Sniper' co-star Bradley Cooper - who was nominated for a Best Actor Oscar yesterday (15.01.15) - is also a big fan of embracing.
When asked if he hugs, she replied: "Yeah, big time."
Sienna insists Bradley's performance in the motion picture as sniper Chris Kyle is "incredible" but she was grateful to do the motion picture just to meet the shooter's wife Taya Kyle, who she plays in the motion picture.
Speaking on 'The Daily Show', she added: "I tried to be truthful to the moment. Of course it's a film and it's ultimately about Bradley, who is amazing in this.
"He's incredible but basically everything that happens happened so I could talk to her [Taya], she was very on hand to help me through it and of course you have to up the ante at times."
The full interview with Sienna airs on 'The Daily Show' on Comedy Central at 1:30am tomorrow morning (17.01.15).

Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting wants to have a baby soon

Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting wants to have a baby "sooner than later".
The 'Big Bang Theory' star married tennis player Ryan Sweeting, 27, in December 2013 and she's now seriously started thinking about starting a family with him.
The 29-year-old actress: "I love kids. My husband does too. I can't wait for that next part of my life. Sooner than later, hopefully."
The blonde beauty has also offered some insight into her home life with Ryan and says one of his most "adorable" traits is that he lets her dress him.
She told PEOPLE: "He lets me dress him, which is, like, my favourite thing in the world. He loves it too. He's getting really into it."
Kaley recently sparked criticism after she said she didn't consider herself a feminist, but insists she was misinterpreted.
She said: "If I could say all the words I wanted to, it was really meaning that as independent as I am - and I've made my own career without a man - I love being a wife. I feel like I have it all."
Meanwhile, Kaley thinks her TV series - which focuses on a group of friends who are scientists - has helped make nerds "sexy now".
She said: "Nerds are sexy now. I really think our show has made it possible. You can be total geek chic, and it's hot."

Charlize Theron wants low-key wedding

Sean Penn and Charlize Theron are planning a "low-key" wedding.
The couple, who reportedly got engaged during a romantic trip to Paris in November, want to exchange vows on a private beach later this year with just close family and friends in attendance.
A source close to the 39-year-old actress, who has never got wed before, said: "She'd love to get married on the beach in her native South Africa, but Sean loves the idea of Cuba."
Sean - who was previously married to actress Robin Wright and Madonna - is willing to park his plans for Charlize and let her have her dream day.
The insider told Life & Style magazine: "They want a low-key, classic and romantic wedding. They've also talked about a sunset ceremony in Malibu - black-tie but barefoot."
Before getting engaged, Charlize - who has an adopted three-year-old son, Jackson - had claimed she had no desire to ever be a bride.
Last June, she said: "Let's put it this way: I never had the dream of the white dress. And watching other people getting married? I think it's beautiful for them, but to be quite honest, usually I'm sitting there just devastated.
"It's supposed to be this night of celebrating love, and all you see is a couple separated all night making sure everybody else is OK. It just looks like a lot of work. And as you get older, you start sifting through the stuff that really matters."

Nick Cannon files for divorce from Mariah Carey

Nick Cannon has filed for divorce from Mariah Carey.
According to TMZ, the 'America's Got Talent' host reportedly filed the papers on December 12, just over a week after Mariah - who split from the TV personality in the summer after six years of marriage - was said to have been discussing terms of her property settlement with her lawyers.
The gossip website believes the pair - who have three-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan - have agreed on a deal but also noted Nick won't be entitled to any of the 44-year-old singer's earnings from her upcoming Las Vegas residency.
The 'We Belong Together' hitmaker confirmed earlier this week she has signed up to headline the Colosseum at Caesar's Palace in Sin City and she is expected to receive more than $30 million for the run of gigs.
Mariah also revealed the Sin City crowd can expect to hear all 18 of her number one hits at her show.
She said: "I'm going to do my first ever residency in Vegas at Caesars. This is a special event for me.
"And again, I have to hope that the fans will enjoy this cause I'm gonna be performing, which was kind of inspired by my album 'Number 1's', and this is now the updated version with 18 of them."
Nick, 34, took to Twitter earlier this month to insist he will "never say anything negative" about his estranged wife and hopes they can both "move forward" this year.
He wrote: "I will never say anything negative about @MariahCarey We are forever a family rooted in love.
"I am always an open book but Personal matters are just that 'Personal.' So please respect my family and respect the process."
"I have no problem being painted as the bad guy. I got tough skin. Keep going! I just pray we ALL can move forward in the new year."

Idina Menzel to sing national anthem at Super Bowl

Idina Menzel will sing the US national anthem at this year's Super Bowl.
The 43-year-old star has been chosen to belt out the iconic 'Star-Spangled Banner' song at Super Bowl XLIX at the University of Phoenix Stadium in Arizona on February 1, and the 'Frozen' star cannot wait to perform on the same stage as the late Whitney Houston, who sang the anthem at the American football event 24 years ago.
She wrote on Twitter: "It was 1991 and I remember it well: Whitney sings the national anthem at the Super Bowl. Almost as glorious as her voice was her huge radiant smile. I am so humbled and honored to be asked this year. (sic)"
John Legend also has been announced to perform 'America the Beautiful' at the annual NFL event.
What's more, the pair will be joined by fellow singers Lenny Kravitz and Katy Perry, who is reportedly planning to poke fun at rival popstar Taylor Swift during her set at this year's spectacle.
Actress Treshelle Edmond will also take to the stage to perform both 'The Star-Spangled Banner' and 'America the Beautiful' in sign language in front of the 63,400-strong crowd.
Idina will follow in the footsteps of Backstreet Boys, Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Carrie Underwood, Christina Aguilera and Alicia Keys who have all performed a rendition of the US national anthem at previous Super Bowls.

Gwyneth Paltrow’s ecstasy confession

Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed the hardest drug she has tried is ecstasy.
The 42-year-old star - who has children Apple, 10, and Moses, eight, with estranged husband Chris Martin - has confessed to taking the Class A drug at some point during her life but didn't go into detail about the situation.
When asked what the hardest drug she has ever taken was during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live's Plead the Fifth segment, she replied: "Ecstasy."
The blonde beauty had a slight smirk on her face after giving the answer but didn't elaborate on the topic.
Show host Andy Cohen then said: "Very good. She didn't plead the fifth everybody."
The star was also asked who she would prefer to be stuck in a lift with out of Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Garner and while she tried to avoid choosing between the actresses at first, she eventually settled on the 'Unbroken' director and admitted it would be a great opportunity to get to know her more.
Elsewhere on the show, the 'Mortdecai' actress also admitted the best perk about being pals with Beyonce Knowles is that she has a good friendship with someone who knows what it is like to live in the public eye.
When asked to name the best thing about being friends with the 'Crazy In Love' hitmaker, she replied: "The best part about being friends with Beyoncé.
"The greatest perk of being their friend is that I have a relationship with people who are also - who have similar.
"Obviously I'm not as famous or successful as they are. But I do have a life in the public eye and I have people to sort of walk through life with in that capacity, and they're very kind and loving people."
Gwyneth also admitted she loves spending time with the couple's three-year-old daughter Blue Ivy.
She said: "And it almost means I get to be around their daughter, who I love so freaking much."
