Kristen Stewart always has to change her look after she's finished a movie.
The 'Still Alice' star has admitted that she has to do something drastic every time she finishes filming so she can step away from the character she's played.
Speaking of "decompressing" after a film, she said: "By impulse, definitely. It comes up every single time. You're completely invested for every moment until the very last. Then when it's done, it's like, 'Go home. Stop thinking about it. You're done.'
"So yeah, I feel like I need to either go scrape my knees, or get a sunburn, get a tattoo or chop my hair off. I feel like, 'I'm me again. This is mine. My mind, body everything.' It's mine again."
The 24-year-old actress was also thankful for her role in 'Twilight' - which catapulted her to fame - stating that it "made me who I am".
Speaking on Late Night with Seth Meyers, she said: "Oh man, honestly, those are my high school years. In no way am I choosing little indie movies to step away from it.
"'Twilight' blew up and I still look at it as something that made me who I am. In no way am I distancing myself... I'm just trying to do cool stuff."

Miley Cyrus and Patrick Schwarzenegger are "filming" their sex life.
The 'We Can't Stop' hitmaker is reportedly creating videos of her bedroom antics with her boyfriend but the couple are deleting them as soon as they've watched them.
A source shared: "Miley has mentioned that their sex life has consisted of filming and taking pictures but they are instantly erasing it after watching and looking at it.
"Plus Miley likes using candy, like lollipops. You can imagine how that goes."
The 21-year-old actor and model has reportedly fell for Miley's "wild side" and is enjoying their "animalistic" sex life.
Another source added previously: "It's very animalistic and wild between them.
"They just met up and spent a few hours going at it. They were talking all night and most of the next day. It's very physical.
"[Their relationship] started out as just sex, but the more they get to know each other, the more it seems like they are falling for each other."
Meanwhile, the filming is not the only X-rated thing the pair are believed to be doing; the couple are also keen on getting matching tattoos in intimate places.
An insider told HollywoodLife.com: "It's not a one way street, he's into her big time. Her wild side does not turn him off. It's to the point where he's getting wilder, he's expanding that side of him.
"He's actually gone so far as to tell her that he wants them to get matching tattoos, below the belt, if you know what I mean. It's so X-rated and of course she's totally down for it!"

Chris Martin and Jennifer Lawrence never stopped dating.
The couple - who have since "rekindled" their relationship after reportedly having split in October last year - have "been together the whole time" and told people they had split so they could enjoy a relationship out of the spotlight.
A source close to the 'Hunger Games' star shared: "Neither of them wanted to be a public couple so quickly.
"So they told people they were broken up while they continued to build a relationship."
The pair even found a way to have the 'A Sky Full of Stars' hitmaker sneak into the 24-year-old actress' house without being seen by the waiting paparazzi.
A source added: "Chris spends the night at her house when he's in L.A. and they have a system for him to come and go without anyone knowing."
Meanwhile, the 37-year-old Coldplay frontman has yet to introduce Jennifer to his ex, Gwyneth Paltrow, because he wants to concentrate on parenting his two children - Apple, 10 and Moses, eight - who he has with the 42-year-old actress.
A source told Us Weekly magazine: "Chris hasn't wanted them to meet yet.
"Gwyneth and Chris are co-parenting without Jen involved for now."
Meanwhile, Gwyneth recently revealed that she "respects" all of Chris' choices, including who he dates.
She said previously: "Who says I don't approve of Jennifer Lawrence? I respect him as the father of my children. ... He wouldn't be with someone who isn't great. ... We have kids, we're always going to be a family."

Taylor Swift is "disappointed" in Selena Gomez.
The 'Blank Space' hitmaker is reportedly annoyed with her close friend after the 22-year-old singer was spotted meeting up with her on/off boyfriend, Justin Bieber.
A source shared: "Taylor is so disappointed that Selena went back to hang out with him, she really has been shaking her head over the whole situation.
"But Taylor doesn't know what to do because she has already done everything to tell Selena that Justin is the worst."
Justin and Selena were seen enjoying dinner together at Mastro's Steakhouse in Beverly Hills, California on Thursday night (15.01.15), which has reportedly angered the 25-year-old singer, who is "tired" of being Selena's shoulder to cry on.
A source added: "They are still friends but Taylor is looking down on Selena for doing this. She doesn't want to pick up any more of Selena's tears.
"She will, but it's tiring and nothing Taylor wants to do right now."
Meanwhile, Taylor previously told Selena to "take a year off dating" following her split from the 'Baby' hitmaker.
At the time, a source told HollywoodLife.com: "[Taylor] wants her to at least try taking a year off dating. She thinks she should date herself for a while, take the time to get to know herself and appreciate herself.
"But she's not going to force it, she's trying to lead by example this time, instead of forcing her ideas down Selena's throat, she realises she can be kind of pushy and she's working on that."

Eddie Redmayne's friends always knew he'd be nominated for an Oscar.
The pals of 'The Theory of Everything' star - who was given a nod for the Best Actor award earlier this week - used to make comments about his future success when they were younger.
Eddie's mother, Patricia, 65, shared: "He's a performer and has been ever since he was five and he first started singing at school.
"I remember at his 21st birthday one of his friends gave a speech saying they were looking forward to seeing him at the Oscars."
Patricia is excited to celebrate the nomination with her 33-year-old son and his new wife, Hannah Bagshawe, once he returns to London.
Speaking outside her home, she said: "We're absolutely delighted and over the moon with the news ... I had some champagne with some friends to celebrate.
"I think there are so many great actors out there at the moment, I think he has done so well to be nominated. I've spoken to him on the phone and he is just very, very excited ...
"He's coming home soon, and I think we will all be going out for a meal to celebrate."
Speaking of the film that earned her son his nomination, she added to the Daily Mail newspaper: "I think it was an extraordinary film and after a time watching it I forgot it was Eddie.
"I just thought it was Stephen Hawking."

Jennifer Lopez thinks she "just picked the wrong guys".
The 'Booty' hitmaker - who has been divorced three times - believes she is a "great girlfriend and wife".
On a recent episode of 'American Idol' - on which she is a judge - Jennifer was shown dancing with a contestant before telling her fellow judges that it was "the most fun I've had in months".
She quipped: "I'm a great girlfriend. And wife. Just picked the wrong f-ing guys."
Despite her comments, Jennifer has insisted that her split from Marc Anthony was nobody's fault.
Responding to the earlier comments she made, she said: "You get to a point in your life where it's not anybody else when things work out or don't work out.
"I think that's been a big part of my journey to finally sit back and go, 'Hey what is it that you think you're doing?'"
The 45-year-old singer also admitted that she has been on a "journey" recently, finding out how to be happy by herself.
She told the New York Daily News: "The key is in loving yourself and being happy on your own and then continuing from there.
"Someone can add to that happiness. 'Someone' is also healthy and can love themselves and have a healthy relationship with you, but you have to be whole on your own and you have to be happy on your own.
"That's kind of been my journey over the past few years."

Stephen Fry has married Elliott Spencer.
The 57-year-old comedian has tied the knot with the 27-year-old writer, taking to Twitter to share the exciting news.
Alongside a photograph of the happy couple signing the marriage register, Stephen wrote: "Gosh. @ElliottGSpencer and I go into a room as two people, sign a book and leave as one. Amazing. (sic)"
Stephen - who only confirmed the news of their engagement a couple of weeks ago - previously joked that he was hoping for a "private wedding".
At the time of the announcement, he wrote on the social media site: "Oh. It looks as though a certain cat is out of a certain bag. I'm very very happy of course but had hoped for a private wedding. Fat chance!
"Thank you all SO much for your kind congratulations. Deeply touched xxx (sic)"
The couple made a formal application to marry at a register office in Dereham, Norfolk - the comedian's home county - on December 23rd.
Meanwhile, Stephen - who has suffered with depression for years - has reportedly "found new hope" after starting to date his now-husband.
A friend of the star previously said: "Since Stephen met Elliott it is like he has a new lust for life.
"We've got the old Stephen back. He has spoken about his problems in the past because he wants others suffering with depression and loneliness to know it can affect everyone.
"But he has found new hope in Elliott and they thrive off one another."

Jennifer Aniston has joked that it was "almost just as good" to be snubbed for an Oscar than nominated.
The 'Cake' star - who was one actress on the list of the most shocking snubs from this year's Academy Award nominations - has revealed that she was "flattered" by the many messages from disgruntled friends and fans who insisted that she should have received a nod.
She shared: "I was amazed at how many messages of 'Shocked!' 'F**k 'em!' and 'Robbed!' I got.
"I found it quite endearing and flattering that I had so many people rooting for me. It was almost just as good to be number one snubbed than to be nominated. Now I don't have any pressure."
The 45-year-old actress also revealed that she took on the role of Claire Simmons, a bereaved addict, so she could alleviate some of her own doubts about her ability.
She said: "I needed to do it so I could prove to myself that I was able to do it. So I wasn't sitting there frustrated that I wasn't getting certain parts because they knew something I didn't know - which was that I couldn't do it ...
"It's something I hadn't done before. To take on such a wonderfully layered, complex character."
Jennifer - who has been engaged to Justin Theroux since 2012 - also admitted that his support guided her towards the role in the drama.
She told The Huffington Post newspaper: "I have a level of ease right now in my life. I have an unbelievable partner who supports me and loves me and makes me feel like there's nothing I cannot do.
"There is something about having a partner who supports you that kind of allows you to have a real 'f**k-it' attitude. I gotta just go for everything, cause if I fall down on my face, I got my buddy right here to dust me off and say let's keep going."

Karrueche Tran is reportedly ready to marry Chris Brown.
The 26-year-old model - who has an on/off relationship with the 'Yeah 3X' hitmaker - is believed to be keen on tying the knot with the singer, even if he has to go to prison after his probation was revoked.
A source shared: "Of course she would marry Chris. There's not one man she would rather spend the rest of her life with other than Chris.
"She loves him that much and will be there for him no matter what happens in March. Obviously, she doesn't want him going to jail.
"She wants him home and in the studio so he can continue to inspire people with his music and his dancing and share his talents with the world."
Meanwhile, the 25-year-old singer - who reportedly broke the terms of his probation, which were handed to him in 2009, by not finishing his community service and leaving town without permission - is also keen to wed his girlfriend, despite being "scared" about what will happen during his upcoming court appearance.
Another source added to HollywoodLife.com: "[He is] scared and he's contemplating marrying Karrueche now before his situation gets worse ...
"Chris is thinking ahead because he doesn't know what will happen in March. He could go to prison or he could be free.
"But what he does know is that he wants his girl to have full and complete access and power over all of his affairs and to make sure that legally happens. She'd have to be his wife and he's cool with that."
