"Staring down the barrel of a gun is the scariest thing you could ever experience. It's not funny, it's not for the movies. There's a chance of life or death in one click, that's it."
On the same episode, Christina's mother Carmen also spoke about her daughter's abusive relationship.
She said: "You had bruises and you were covering them up all the time. I remember he instilled that fear in you that if you left him he would hurt us and because of that you stayed in it. But like to the point where you know you almost lost your life."

She has a daughter Violet with The Dream, who she married in 2009 and divorced in 2010,
Christina was also engaged to Jas Prince before splitting in 2014 and she most recently dated Lil Wayne but they ended their relationship earlier this year.

Tina Fey housing ghost

Tina Fey thinks there is a ghost living in her four-year-old daughter's room.
The 'Sisters' star revealed her youngest child, Penelope, has started sleeping in her 10-year-old sibling Alice's room because the youngster believes there is a ghoul living in her bedroom - and the comedienne thinks the little one might be onto something.
She said: "My four-year-old sleeps in her sister's room because she said there's a ghost in her room, which may or may not be a ruse.
"But I have been in there and been like, 'Is there a ghost in here?' "
Tina's piano player husband Jeff Richmond thought Johnny Depp was living in their house one day when he "very accurately pointed out" that she looked like the 'Black Mass' actor during a bad hair day.
She explained: "In the summer I was letting it air-dry and rocking a hat and glasses to go all beachy, and my husband very accurately pointed out that I looked like Johnny Depp."
Like her hair, the 45-year-old star's timekeeping isn't always on point either as she revealed she once had to sprint 40 blocks after writing the time down wrong for an important meeting.
Quizzed on when she was last late, Tina told PEOPLE: "To an interview to get my youngest child into preschool.
"I had written the time down wrong, and then I couldn't get a cab, and I was sort of running, like, 40 city blocks and arrived sweaty and crying a little bit, like, 'We're good people!' "

Gisele recently gushed about her hubby insisting he is one of the kindest men she has ever known.

Nile Rodgers understands why Ed Sheeran is taking a break

Nile Rodgers understands why Ed Sheeran is taking a break from music and social media.
The Chic legend has been recording new music and touring virtually non-stop for the last few years and has had very few breaks over the course of his five decade spanning career.
At the weekend, Ed announced as well as having a hiatus from making music and performing he was also quitting social media for several months to stop "seeing the world through a screen" for a while.
Avid social media user Nile understands the 'Sing' hitmaker's need to get away from the pressures of fame, and admits he's in the perfect position to do so as an artist at the top of his game.
He told BANG Showbiz: "I can see where Ed is coming from - but he's at the top of the food chain now so he can do what he wants ... Look, I'm on the usual suspects, Facebook, Twitter and the like ... I think sometimes social media can get in the way of making music, there is good and bad with everything. But then social media can also propel artists forward. In today's world we get the chance to communicate with people in other countries and at hours of the day that we wouldn't have done in the past. That can be a great thing."
Ed's friends in behemoth boy band One Direction - Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Niall Horan - have also just started a self-imposed hiatus, deciding to take two tears away from the spotlight.
Nile, 63, insists every pop star should have control over their career to decide what they want to do.
When asked if 1D are taking too long off, he answered: "I think that everybody has their own individual needs and wants and they deal with it in whatever way they think is right for them."
The 'Le Freak' hitmaker is currently preparing for next year's TEDxTeen day in London, which is organised by his We Are Family Foundation, a non-for-profit organisation founded in 2002.
The event - which is being held at the IndigO2 venue in The O2 on January 16 - aims to give teenagers an opportunity to fulfil their career dreams and inspire them with a series of talks from leaders in different fields.
Nile believes the 2016 TEDxTeen gathering, which has an "untapped" theme, is going to uncover some pioneering young people who is certain will inspire him to better things.
He said: "This year our theme is 'untapped'. We're looking for newbies, the first idea, the first collaboration, the first of its kind. When you hear our speakers and you see how it all ties together it's pretty wonderful ... Working with these teenagers is actually the best part of my life because it gives me faith that there's going to be a new generation of big, big thinkers, people who are passionate. It's very easy in showbusiness to get caught up in the mundane stuff, worrying about who is going out with who and doing things to enhance our own lives ... When I interact with these teens who are interested in other things than the trivial it makes me feel very hopeful and very proud that I know them."
To request an invite to attend TEDxTeen visit tedxteen.com and the deadline to apply is Friday (18.12.15).
More information is available on Twitter (@TEDxTeen) and Facebook (Facebook.com/TEDxTeen.com).

Behati Prinsloo: ‘I predicted Blake and Gwen romance’

Behati Prinsloo predicted Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani would start dating.
The 'Voice' coaches recently struck up a relationship after both of their marriages ended this year and Behati, 26, - who is married to their co-star Adam Levine, 36 - admitted she was not surprised by the romance.
When asked by Andy Cohen on 'Watch What Happens Live' if she knew about their relationship before it became public, she said: "I didn't, but we kind of called it ahead of time just because they were both kind of going through a moment. They're so different but so perfect for each other, so I didn't know, but I felt it."
The pair started dating in November and Gwen, 46 - who has three sons, Kingston, nine, Zuma, seven, and Apollo, 20 months, with her ex-husband Gavin Rossdale - recently admitted she feels "so exposed" at times because of her new relationship but is "grateful" for the 39-year-old singer.
She said: "Everything changed so quickly like overnight. I'm so tongue-twisted right now - I don't like talking about it.
"I am embarrassed about it sometimes because I feel so exposed but I am so grateful for that friendship that saved me through this year. It's unbelievable what it takes to get through stuff."

Tina Fey: ‘My daughter’s on the naughty list’

Tina Fey has joked that her four-year-old daughter Penelope will be on "the naughty list" this Christmas.
While Tina's older daughter, Alice, 10, is "really sweet", she admitted that Penelope has her moments and could find herself without a present this year.
Speaking to chat show host Ellen DeGeneres, she said: "The last time I was here I was pregnant.
"My older one is sweet and really easy going and my little one is rough. She is smart. That's the problem, too. When she is mad at you, she will just take you apart."
"I struggle because I worry she will be on the naughty list. There are times where I feel she should be on the naughty list, but then if that happens then there will sort of be hell to pay for mommy. I don't want to be the one there on Christmas morning, be like, 'Guess what happened? Coal. You got nothing.'"
While Penelope could be left without a gift on Christmas morning, Tina - who is married to Jeff Richmond - recently revealed what she wants from Santa Claus this year.
The 'Sisters' star joked she has turned into her mother because the present she wants most of all over the festive period is a piece of quilted fabric for holding hot dishes and pans, known as pot holders in the US.
She said: "I don't care what anyone says I like to give and receive presents.
"My wish list is like gym clothes and new pot holders. I've officially turned into my mom like, I don't want anything just give me some pot holders."

Eva Longoria’s Indian Christmas

Eva Longoria is spending Christmas in India.
The former 'Desperate Housewives' actress is currently in the country and visited kids being cared for by charity Harmony House in Gurgaon on Tuesday (15.12.15).

Asked what she's doing for the festive season, she told BANG Showbiz: "I'm going to stay in India. I've never been there and I need to be in Dubai so I thought I'd try it."
Eva jetted to India after getting engaged to her boyfriend Jose Antonio Baston in Dubai on Sunday (13.12.15).
Jose popped the question during a romantic trip to the desert surrounded by sand dunes and the 40-year-old actress had no hesitation in saying "yes".
Announcing her engagement on her Instagram account - accompanied by a photo of her kissing her new fiancée - she wrote: "Ummmm so this happened ... #Engaged #Dubai #Happiness (sic)."
The couple have been together since 2013.

Jane Seymour officially divorced from James Keach

Jane Seymour has finalised her divorce from James Keach after 22 years of marriage.
The 64-year-old actress and her fourth husband began proceedings for their legal separation in 2013 and have now finally agreed on a settlement with their finances and mutual assets, according to TMZ.
Papers filed state that Jane - who has 19-year-old twin sons John and Kristopher with the 68-year-old actor and producer - will obtain the couple's Malibu home and property in England, as well as a $132,000 payment in exchange for season tickets to the Los Angeles Dodgers that will go to the James.
In addition, the couple collected gold coins with an estimated value of over $200,000 and these will be split between them, along with their membership to Sherwood Country Club.
Jane married her ex-husband back in 1993, when they worked together on the set of 'Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman', and she will retain the rights to the show and also future profits from the Oscar-winning movie that they wrote together, 'Walk The Line'.
Meanwhile, the beauty revealed she still regrets the fact their marriage is over, though they have remained on good terms.
Jane - who starred as a Bond girl in 1973 film 'Live And Let Die' - said previously: "I still get very sad about it - but he made the choice, not me. We are still friendly and co-parent our twin boys."
And despite her sadness over the split, Jane - who also has children Katherine and Sean with third husband David Flynn - has found love again with old friend David Green.
She revealed: "(My new man) is called David Green and I first met him 35 years ago. He runs a company called September Films. We're in the same place in our lives and we enjoy our time together."
