Shenae Grimes welcomes a baby girl

Shenae Grimes has given birth to a baby girl.
The 28-year-old actress – who portrayed Annie Wilson on the American drama series ‘90210’ – has announced that she and husband Josh Beech welcomed a baby girl named Bowie Scarlett Beech into the world on Thursday (27.09.18).
Shenae – who has shared the first picture of her child on her Instagram account – told People: "We couldn’t be happier to welcome beautiful baby girl Beech into the world."
Shenae and Josh have been married since 2013, and the actress has been documenting her pregnancy online over the last few months.
Earlier in September, Shenae discussed her changing body, and joked about how pregnancy has caused her to lose some definition in her figure.
She quipped in a vlog: "I’m losing my jawline now. In the past four weeks, my biggest battle has been with my feet and ankles. The swelling has reached new heights."
Josh was also on-hand to offer some advice to expectant mothers.
He said: "Swimming. I would advise that to any pregnant lady. Lots of swimming.
"I’ve noticed such a big difference in the way you hobble about. It’s a bit more of a street hobble, but before it was more old lady. If you want swag with your pregnancy waddle, swim."
Meanwhile, Shenae admitted to obsessing about the preparations for the arrival of her first child.
The actress confessed to being anxious about parenthood and so she was determined to ensure she was ready to deal with any potential problems.
She shared: "I do have a little bit of fear and nerves about [being a mom] and that’s why I’m excessively preparing.
"I want to give myself as much comfort and confidence as I can before I dive into this total unknown chapter of life. In a month or so we’re going to have a brand new human that is completely reliant on us."
