Scotty T quits panto over wages

Scotty T has quit his pantomime role following a row over his wages.
The ‘Geordie Shore’ hunk has pulled out of playing Prince Charming in the theatre stage show of ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’ in Leeds because, he has claimed, he has only received 10 per cent of his fee from the production company.
Taking to his Twitter account on Tuesday (20.12.16), the 28-year-old star apologised to his fans for withdrawing from the show before referring to the firm as a "scam."
He wrote: "In my view, this whole production has been a scam with no funds for wages from day one and false promises delivered from the directors about funds.
"I would like to apologise to everyone who has purchased tickets for the event and I’m so sorry that I will no longer be a part of this performance. I am sad that I have not been able to finish my commitment to the rest of the cast. I apologise to anyone who was hoping to see me in the performance, but I hope you understand my reasons (sic)"
Scotty T – whose real name is Scott Timlin – has also claimed he lent the firm White Rose Productions Company "over £7000 to cover accommodation and flooring for the venue" and they had no method in place for a way to pay him back for the loan.
However, it seems not everyone was impressed with the reality TV star’s performance anyway as some people have taken to social media to blast him for his acting skills.
One fan called Katie Rose O’Brien wrote: "Scotty T in panto is the worst thing I have ever witnessed!!!! The whole show is a disaster!"
Before she added in reply to another user: "Yeah, honestly it’s the worst thing I’ve witnessed he can’t act or dance at all and the mics kept going off. (sic)"
