Sarah Byrne was ‘too enthusiastic’ for ‘The Apprentice’

Sarah Byrne thinks she was fired from ‘The Apprentice’ because she was "too enthusiastic."
The 29-year-old former glamour model was given the boot from the business show on Wednesday (03.10.18) night after Lord Sugar branded her "disruptive" after watching her eccentric behaviour in the first task, but she’s adamant the businessman sent the wrong person packing because she could’ve "grown a lot throughout the series."
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, she said: "Honestly, I just feel like I shouldn’t have gone I think I definitely would have been able to grow throughout the series and I wasn’t given that chance. At the end of the day in terms of the task I should have held back a little bit but I did get two items. Based on all the comments from Lord Sugar and his aides Baroness Karren Brady and Claude Littner, I would take that and move forward, on that basis I think I should have stayed. Obviously they thought I was disruptive however effort-wise I got two of the items. Maybe I was just a bit too enthusiastic and I went in there like bull in a china shop but it was just because I was so passionate and I wanted to succeed in the task."
Sarah seemed to rub a lot of people up the wrong way when the candidates were sent to Malta for a shopping challenge – in which they had to pick up nine local items and negotiate the lowest price on the items – before making it back to the airport by 7pm.
Despite locking horns with her fellow contestants, Sarah is adamant there’s no hard feelings between them – even though she thinks some of them have "big inflated egos."
She explained: "Remember you’re working with a very close environment with someone with a stressful task to do obviously. There’s a lot of big inflated ego and when you don’t rub someone’s ego the way they like they get a bit annoyed, by that but I don’t have any bad feelings against anyone in the show we will all remain friends."
