Rylan Clark-Neal can’t wait to get weekends back

Rylan Clark-Neal is glad he gets his "weekends back" after ‘The Xtra Factor’ was axed.
The 28-year-old presenter was left devastated last week after he found out he and his co-star Matt Edmondson had been given the chop from their hosting gig in order to make room for the main show ‘The X Factor’ to become more "digital" but, on reflection, he’s pleased the series isn’t going ahead because he can go out and party.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, he said: "I think it’s the right time. I think TV is changing and a lot is changing with TV and it definitely is the right time for ‘The Xtra Factor’ to say its goodbyes, and let the main show do what it needs to do and carry on digitally. I’m happy in a weird way about it, plus I get my weekends back."
However, for now, Rylan is fronting the spin-off ‘Big Brother’s Bit on the Side’ for ‘Celebrity Big Brother’ and is thoroughly enjoying getting stuck into the contestants.
The ‘This Morning’ celebrity news presenter has admitted he’d love to share the infamous abode with professional cleaner Kim Woodburn, despite her acid tongue, because there would never be any mess on the floor or the work surfaces.
Asked who he’d like to live with, he said: "If lived with Kim. I’d have a lovely f**king clean house. Interviewing Speidi [Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag] will be the weirdest interview of my life – and I’ve interview Britney Spears before."
