Ryan-Mark Parsons blasts Marianne Rawlins

Ryan-Mark Parsons has slammed fellow ‘Apprentice’ contestant Marianne Rawlins.
Ryan-Mark was fired by Lord Sugar in Wednesday’s (20.11.19) episode but felt Marianne should have been dismissed instead.
When asked if Lord Sugar had made the right decision, Ryan-Mark exclusively told BANG Showbiz: "No, it should have been Marianne because she is a waste of space in the process."
Ryan-Mark also felt that Marianne, 36, was a "drain" on the team during the task, which saw them host a corporate away day aboard a steam train.
He said: "Marianne was a drain on the task. She comes across as naive during tasks but when she gets in the boardroom she’s very condescending and very malicious. She’s like a troll under the bridge trying to grab your leg."
Ryan-Mark was accused of Lord Sugar for making too many excuses, but he believes that sticking up for yourself in the boardroom is necessary.
He explained: "The boardroom is the chance to justify yourself, explain your decision making and blame others. That’s the whole point of the boardroom, you’re there to fight for your place. If you don’t argue or fight for yourself, you will get fired for that."
The 19-year-old hopeful was one of the youngest candidates to take part on ‘The Apprentice’ and dismissed the idea that he was too young for the process.
Ryan-Mark said: "I’ve done quite a lot for someone my age, I’ve worked with high-profile clients. I was definitely making more money than some of the other candidates in my day job, despite my age. I lasted until week eight and outlasted a lot of older candidates. I think age is irrelevant."
Ryan-Mark also revealed that he was close to Lottie Lion, 19, in the candidates’ house and he felt that the atmosphere in the house was "friendly".
He shared: "It was very friendly in the house. If you didn’t like someone you just didn’t talk to them. I was very close with Lottie, she used to cook for me which was nice of her."
Meanwhile, Ryan-Mark tipped Scarlett Allen-Horton, 32, to become Lord Sugar’s business partner.
He said: "I think Scarlett will win. She’s very diplomatic, she’s very level-headed. Lord Sugar will like that type of personality."
