Ryan Gosling and Eva Mendes have reportedly hired a full-time baby nurse.
The couple, who welcomed their first child into the world earlier this month, are sparing no expense when it comes to perfecting their parenting skills because the ‘Drive’ actor is still "a little nervous" around their baby girl.
A source told Us Weekly magazine: "[The nurse is] helping out around the clock."
Meanwhile, the 33-year-old actor hasn’t left his 40-year-old girlfriend’s side since she gave birth and has barely stepped outside of their home in Los Feliz, Los Angeles.
The insider said: "Ryan hasn’t left Eva’s side."
But the actor has already formed a close bond with their tot.
The source added: "Ryan is thrilled it’s a little girl."
Ryan once vowed to scale back his workload when he had a family and a source also previously said he had no desire to work during Eva’s pregnancy.
The insider said: "His family is now his number one priority. He’s accomplished everything work-wise that he had hoped and this is the next step in his life."
The couple started dating in 2011 after meeting on the set of their movie, ‘The Place Beyond The Pines.’
