Fake Prince Harry befriends fake Prince William

Prince Harry's impersonator has been wished luck on his new reality show by a Prince William lookalike.
Matt Hicks - who duped 12 American females into thinking he was the flame-haired royal for new dating reality show 'I Wanna Marry Harry' - has befriended Simon Watkinson, who claims to be the world's best Prince William impersonator, on Twitter.
The royal double took to the social media site to wish Matt luck on the launch of his show, which begins airing on US network FOX tonight (20.05.14).
He wrote: "Good luck mate!"
Prince Harry's doppelgänger responded: "Thaaaaaanks. Think I need it! (sic)"
And it seems the royal impostors could be planning a public meet-up, which is certain confuse fans of the real Harry, 29, and William, 31.
Simon - who tweets using the handle @WillsLookalike - wrote to Matt: "I'm sure it will be brilliant. Such a good laugh. I'd like to hear more about it all once it's all calmed down for you. (sic)"
The professional Prince William impersonator has appeared on TV shows across the world and taken part in numerous photoshoots posing as the royal heir.

Train driver suspended for Queen poster

A train driver has been suspended for putting up a poster of Queen Elizabeth at work.
The London Underground worker has been suspended and forced to remove the A4 sized image of the monarch while bosses investigate a complaint.
However, Union chiefs have now demanded that he return to work and put the poster - which is said to have caused an argument between the man and his colleague - back up.
The men - who both work on the Central line and are said to be members of rival unions who have "vastly different political allegiances" - have clashed over the poster numerous times.
Central line operations director Peter McNaught told the Daily Star newspaper: "Following a dispute between two members of staff on the Central line, a full investigation is being carried out by senior managers and a member of staff has been suspended pending the outcome.
"We take all claims of bullying and harassment extremely seriously and do not tolerate such behaviour in the workplace."
The reprimanded driver has been accused of bullying his colleague but union boss Finn Brennan says he denies all allegations.
He said: "It is extraordinary a public corporation under the control of London Mayor Boris Johnson is instructing staff to remove photographs of the Queen.
"We have written to the company to ask them for an immediate investigation and for this bizarre decision to be reversed."

Duke and Duchess of Cambridge praise young boy

Britain's Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have praised a book written by a little boy about his "superhero" grandfather.
Jake Dolman received the royal seal of approval for 'My Best Grandad', which he made as a tribute to his grandfather after he passed away last September.
The picture book has been self-published and all profits go towards the Mountain Rescue England charity, which Prince William is a patron for.
William and his wife Duchess Catherine were sent a copy of the book and in return posted a letter to the young author claiming they were "touched" by the tribute and were thankful for his support of mountain rescue.
Speaking about the letter he received from the royal couple, Jake said: "It made me happy - I like the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge because Will is going to be the King one day."
The young boy also confessed that he thinks his Granddad would've loved the book, which features drawings of the pair "diving, catching and at a barbecue and a pool", as well as "facts about when he died".
Jake's mother, Selina, added: "It started as a school project about superheroes, and Jake stood up and told the class his superhero was his granddad, who had recently passed away.
"He drew all these pictures of his granddad helping him with his homework, or teaching him to catch a ball, and I think it was a way of helping him cope with the loss."

Fake Prince Harry found pretence ‘draining’

A man pretending to be Britain's Prince Harry for a new reality television series admits the constant lying is "draining".
Matt Hicks, from Exeter in south west England, poses as the flame-haired royal for 'I Wanna Marry Harry' - a fake dating show which sees 12 American girls vying for his attention - and although he admits it was great fun, he did find it hard to keep up the pretence.
He said: "I hadn't though about all of the deceiving and the lying and how I'd feel about that. It was all a bit of fun, but after the process went on, that got a bit draining.
"The mental side of having to remember every single detail about Harry every time I opened my mouth to talk to the girls."
Matt was given a crash course in all things Prince Harry - including his military career, schooling, friends, exes and hobbies - before taking part in the show, but he claims he did manage to inject his own personality into the "role".
He told TVGuide.com: "I tried to put as much of me into it as possible, so when they asked about my traveling I spoke about the traveling that I've done because I assumed they wouldn't know any different.
"I wasn't necessarily opening up, but they were opening up to me by the end. And the girls at the end were obviously ones I liked more."
Despite admitting to feeling slightly guilty, he added: "At the end of they day, everyone signed up for a reality TV show. It's all a bit of fun."

Prince Harry visits the Colosseum

Prince Harry visited the Colosseum in Italy yesterday (19.05.14).
The flame-haired royal surprised a group of American and Canadian tourists at the historical landmark as he joined them for a guided tour before ending his two-day visit to Rome.
Harry's guide explained the history of the famous building - which was built between 70 and 80 AD and hosted gladiatorial combats, animal hunts and shows for the Roman emperors - to his royal client.
The Prince received a welcome similar to that of a Roman ruler himself as his appearance at the Colosseum prompted cheers from eager-eyed travellers who spotted him from the higher galleries of the ancient stadium.
Speaking about their encounter with Harry, The Quenneville family from Canada told ITV News: "It was the highlight of our visit. It was crazy. It was unbelievable. Better than the Colosseum."
Following his visit to the iconic building Harry stopped off at a number of other tourist spots including the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and Aventine Hill before making his way to the airport.
The 29-year-old Prince was in the capital city to attend a commemorative service for fallen and veteran soldiers from New Zealand who fought in the World War II battle at Monte Cassino.

Prince Harry discussing future with Cressida Bonas?

Britain's Prince Harry has reportedly been meeting with his ex-girlfriend Cressida Bonas.
The 29-year-old royal split with the dance graduate earlier this year following rumours he was preparing to propose to her, but it's now been revealed that they've been meeting up at his Kensington Palace apartment to discuss the possibility of rekindling their relationship.
A source told the Mail on Sunday newspaper: "They have been in constant touch since they broke up and she has now met up with him.
"It's all very amicable and no one is ruling out that they will get back together, but Cressida hasn't made her mind up and the ball is really in her court."
Rumours of a reunion come after 24-year-old Cressida was spotted enjoying a girl's night out with Harry's cousins, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, last week.
A source said: "She's usually so camera-shy, yet she was all smiles and giggles as the flashbulbs popped."
It's been suggested that snaps of the blonde beauty wearing a floor-length blue gown may have got Harry even keener for reconciliation.
Another source added: "Harry is the jealous type. He will have seen the pictures of Cressida and how stunning she looked."

Prince Harry pays tribute to World War II soldiers

Britain's Prince Harry has paid tribute to those who died in the World War II battle of Monte Cassino.
The flame-haired royal attended a commemoration service in Cassino, Italy where he met with war veterans from New Zealand and thanked them for their efforts during the Italian Campaign of the Second World War.
The 29-year-old Prince was a special guest at the New Zealand National Commemorative Service held at the Commonwealth War Graves Cemetery, where he paid tribute to over 500 Kiwi soldiers who lost their lives in the conflict.
Mr. Harry Hubbert, a veteran soldier from Auckland, New Zealand told the Auckland Scoop news channel: "He's [Harry] a nice bloke and was interested in what we did, and how we are doing now."
Mr. Hubbert was one of 38 New Zealand Cassino war veterans - all of whom are over 90-years-old - in attendance at the service.
The ceremony was also attended by members of the local community and visitors from New Zealand, all of whom clapped and cheered as the veterans made their way into the area where their fallen fellow servicemen are buried.
A total of 456 soldiers from New Zealand are buried at Cassino, while the names of a further 55 - whose grave locations are unknown - are listed on the memorial plaque.

Countess of Wessex gets henna body art

Britain's Countess of Wessex got a bridal henna tattoo yesterday (18.05.14).
Sophie, Countess of Wessex - who is married to the youngest son of Queen Elizabeth and the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Edward - had the decorative body art painted on her hand and index finger by the artist Humaira Rehrel at the Heart and Soul garden party held by the Church of Scotland in Edinburgh this weekend.
The 49-year-old royal is set to celebrate her 15th wedding anniversary next month, but she decided to begin the celebrations early by having the henna designs drawn on her at the annual event, which celebrates global religion.
Meanwhile, her husband Prince Edward was helping to prepare meals from a number of different cuisines in the nearby kitchen.
The couple, who met at a charity event in 1993 before getting married in 1999 and having two children, Lady Louise Windsor and James, Viscount Severn, are set to visit a number of other locations in Scotland during their visit and are scheduled to officially open the historic Dock Park in Dumfries after its £2 million revamp this afternoon (19.05.14).
