Robbie Williams and Ayda Field sexual harassment case dropped

A sexual harassment case against Robbie Williams and Ayda Field has been dismissed.
The couple – who have children Teddy, four, and Charlton, two, together – had been accused of a string offences that also included discrimination, breach of employment contract and fraud by former personal assistant Gilles De Bonfihs but he has now dropped the allegations.
Gilles had claimed that Ayda, 37, had "engaged in unwanted and unwelcome sexual conduct and behaviour" towards him as she had exposed her naked body, discussed her own "sexual activity" and asked him intimate questions about his own sex life while he worked for the couple between October 2014 and January 2015.
However, a spokesperson for Los Angeles Superior Court said the case had been dismissed without prejudice – meaning the charges can’t be filed again – after the ex-employee and his lawyer had requested it be dropped on December 22.
Lawyer Yitz Weiss, who was representing Gilles, refused to comment as to whether it had been dropped because of a private settlement.
The case had been due to go to trial on February 16.
Robbie, 42, and Ayda – who got married in August 2010 – previously branded the allegations brought against them as "despicable lies" and said they would be "strenuously defended".
They also filed a counter complaint accusing their ex-employee of fraud and false invasion of privacy.
Court documents also revealed their claim Gilles was fired after just three months in his position for "total job abandonment and numerous other instances of wrongful conduct."
