Rob Kardashian was "praying" for a son.

Speaking in a teaser for his new reality show ‘Rob & Chyna’, in scenes filmed before the baby’s gender was revealed, Scott Disick asks him: "What do you want?"
To which he replied: "A boy. You gotta carry on that name."
Confessing later to the camera, he added: "I’m definitely hoping for a boy because I want to have the same relationship that I had with my father with my son. So that’s what I’m praying for."
Meanwhile, it was Blac’s father Eric Holland who revealed the couple are having a baby boy.
He said: "Rob and I have had some one-on-one time. All I can say is he’s excited about the prospect of a boy.
"For Angie, the most important thing is that the baby is healthy. They were really excited when it kicked for the first time. They’ve chosen a name but they’ve not told anyone what it is. They want to wait until the baby is born."
And the 29-year-old television personality previously revealed he wants to be a "fun and goofy" parent like his dad Robert Kardashian was to him.
He shared: "He’s definitely happy, looking down. I had a really close bond with my dad. I was only with him for 15 years.
"That’s why I’m looking forward to having that long-term bond with my child and being funny and goofy like my dad was. I’m excited for this little journey now with my child and Chyna. I want to have a fun life."
