Camila Mendes and Victor Houston have split up.
The ‘Riverdale’ actress reportedly dumped her boyfriend, a childhood friend from Florida, after Comic Con last month leaving him "heartbroken".
A source told E! News: "Camila ended things with Victor after Comic Con, when she knew she wasn’t ready to be in this relationship anymore. Victor was completely blindsided and is very heartbroken.
"He has been receiving a lot of backlash from the ‘Riverdale’ community, even though it was actually Camila’s choice to end the relationship."
Their romance was first confirmed in June, when it was revealed that they had been dating for two months.
A source, who spotted them out together in West Hollywood at the time, said: "They clearly looked like a couple and didn’t leave each other’s side for the hour they were there. They were showing a lot of PDA and were being very lovey dovey."
And Camila, 24, previously spoke about how refreshing it was to date someone who wasn’t in the acting industry.
The actress – who plays Veronica Lodge on The CW television series ‘Riverdale’ – said: "It’s somebody completely out of the industry. It’s funny because I’m more hesitant to talk about it because I don’t want him to read this…I actually would totally talk about it right now, if I didn’t feel like, Wait, he might read this.
"It’s just dating people in the industry is tough. I did for a little bit. I’ve just dated actors. It’s hard when that’s your world."
